The Casino Food Minister is responsible for overseeing the quality and variety of food and beverages served within the casino. This includes managing all staff involved in food-related activities, such as chefs and waiters, and ensuring that the necessary food licenses are acquired and maintained. He/She is also in charge of designing and updating menu items, pricing items effectively, and ensuring that food and beverage offerings meet the requirements of health laws. Additionally, he/she is in charge of purchasing food and beverage items and managing the inventory. The Casino Food Minister is also responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction with regards to food and beverage, resolving any food-related customer complaints, and helping to promote the casino’s food services.
