Players place a wager on which of two hands (the “Player” or the “Banker”) will have a total point value closest to 9. Each hand receives at least two cards but no more than three. Baccarat begins when the shoe (containing eight decks of cards) is passed to the first player. The first and third cards dealt from the shoe constitute the “Player’s” hand, and the second and fourth cards constitute the “Banker’s” hand.
Face cards and 10s count as 0, aces count as 1, and all other cards count at face value. If required, a third card is dealt to each hand according to specific rules outlined in the chart. If the point value of the first two cards drawn for either hand is 8 or 9, that is known as a “natural” and no additional cards will be drawn. The hand with the highest point total closest to nine wins. Winning bets are paid even money. However, a winning “Banker” bet pays a 5 percent commission, which may be paid at any time during the game. If both hands result in identical totals, the “Tie” bet wins, paying 8 to 1. When a “Tie” occurs, all bets on the “Player” and the “Banker” are neither paid nor taken.
Foxwoods offers both Baccarat in which the players control the cards, and Mini-Baccarat in which the Dealer controls the cards.

Click to learn How to Play
Each player places a wager in the center of the betting circle. The dealer then deals two cards to each player, face up. The dealer also receives two cards, one face up, the other face down. Kings, Queens, Jacks, and 10s each count as 10. Aces count as either 1 or 11 as a player wishes. All cards, 2 through 9, count at face value.
If your first two cards are an ace and 10 value card, you have Blackjack and you are paid one and one-half times the wager (3 to 2) unless the dealer also has Blackjack. You may not take a “hit” on a Blackjack. However, if you don’t have Blackjack, you may continue to draw cards attempting to total as close to a score of 21 without exceeding it. If you do go over 21, you “break” and lose the wager.
Dealer must draw on all totals of soft 17 or less and stand on all totals of hard 17 or higher.
Caribbean Stud Poker
Caribbean Stud Poker is a variation of traditional 5-Card Stud poker with odds for higher winning hands.
Place a bet known as the “ante” in the appropriately marked betting circle. Players also make the optional $5 jackpot wager at this time.
The Dealer will then deal you and every other player five (5) cards face down. They will also deal five (5) cards to themselves four (4) face-down and one (1) face-up.
Look at your cards and decide on one of two options:
Fold You lose your “ante” wager and that round is finished for you.
Play You place an additional wager in the bet area, which must be double the amount of the “ante” wager.
The Dealer then reveals his/her hand and compares it with each player’s hand still in play according to the standard Poker ranking of hands. The Dealer’s hand must “Qualify” with an Ace/King hand or better. If the Dealer’s hand fails to qualify, the player wins even money (1 to 1) on the amount of his/her “Ante” wager and the “Back bet” is a standoff (Push). If the Dealer’s hand does qualify, and his/her hand is higher than the player’s hand, that player loses both the “Ante” and “Back bet” wagers. If the player’s hand is higher, he/she will win even money (1 to 1) on the “Ante” wager and a bonus amount based on the “back bet” wager, up to a maximum payout of $5,000.
Casino War
Casino War* is a return to your childhood; join in the fun. Yes, Foxwoods is pleased to offer this great game. It’s fast; it’s fun; the pace is furious.
War is as simple a game as one could imagine. The dealer will deal you one card face-up and one card face-up to him/herself. If your card is higher than the dealer’s card, you win. Should both you and the dealer match cards, then you have the option of surrendering half your wager, or you may choose to go to “War.
A Player also has the option to wager on the Tie. If your card and the dealers card match, you win ten to one.

Foxwoods is now offering 5 Times Odds.
The object of Craps is to wager on potential combinations of numbers being rolled either with “Sequence Bets” or “Roll Bets”. To play, a player will roll two dice directly down the center of the “Craps” table attempting to hit the far wall of the table.
Crazy 4 Poker
Crazy 4 Poker is an easy game to master. It offers all the exciting elements of Three Card Poker and features new rules, betting options and a higher payout.
How to play: You receive five cards to make your best four-card poker hand. A four-card straight is a straight, a four-card flush is a flush, etc.
Player vs. Dealer: Make equal bets on the Ante and Super Bonus spots. After seeing your cards, you can fold or stay in the game by making the Play wager. The Play wager must match your Ante unless you have a pair of Aces or better. If you have at least a pair or Aces, you may bet up to three times your Ante. The dealer qualifies with King-high or better. When you beat the dealer’s qualifying hand, your Ante and Play bets win even money. When the dealer qualifies and beats your hand, your Ante and Play bets lose. When the dealer does not qualify, your Play bet wins and your Ante bet pushes. Super Bonus and Queens Up wagers are resolved normally.
Super Bonus: The Super Bonus wins when you have a straight or better. Failure to get at least a straight, however, does not result in an automatic loss. The Super Bonus pushes when you have less than a straight, but you bet or tie the dealer’s hand. If your hand of a straight or better loses to the dealer, you still receive the Super Bonus payout. In addition, your original Super Bonus bet is not removed.
Queens Up: The Queens Up optional bonus bet wins when you receive a pair of Queens or better.
Let It Ride
Let It Ride* is a simple but exciting game that follows the standard rules of Poker. You place an equal wager in each of the three betting circles marked “1”, “2,” and “3. The dealer then deals three cards to each player face down and the dealer receives two community cards (placed face down in front of the dealer) that all players use to complete their five-card hand. Players then view their cards. If you think you have the beginning of a winning hand, you say, “Let it ride.” If not, you ask the dealer to push back the bet.
The dealer then reveals the first of the community cards, which becomes the fourth card in each player’s hand. If you still feel confident, you say, “Let it ride. If not, you tell the dealer to push back the bet. The dealer then reveals the second community card, which completes all players’ hands. Each player who has a pair of 10s or better wins, and the better the hand, the higher the payouts.

Money Wheel
The Money Wheel is perhaps the easiest of all casino games to play. You simply place a wager on the number of your choice. The dealer then spins the Wheel, and the number on which it stops is the winning number. All bets must be placed before the dealer spins the Wheel. You may bet on as many numbers as you wish.
Pai Gow Poker
Pai Gow Poker* combines the elements of the ancient Chinese game of Pai Gow and the American game of Poker. It is played with a traditional deck of 52 playing cards plus one joker. The joker may be used only as an Ace or to complete a straight, a flush, or a straight flush. Players also have the option to bank bets against all other players. However, the house must bank alternate hands.
Ranking the Hands
The value of hands is based on basic poker rankings. Each player is dealt seven cards that you arrange to make two hands: a two-card hand and a five-card hand. The five-card hand must be a higher ranking poker hand than the two-card hand. (If the two-card hand is a pair of sevens, for example, the five-card hand must be at least a pair of sevens or higher.)
Object of the Game
The goal of Pai Gow Poker is for both of your hands to win. If you win one hand but lose the other, that is considered a “push” and you neither win nor lose. When both of your hands are higher than the dealer’s or player/banker’s hand, you win even money less a 5 percent commission.
Play of the Game
The “Shuffle Master” displays a random number on the indicator that determines who receives the first hand. Each hand is dealt face down. You then arrange your cards into a two-card low hand and a five-card high hand, as described in “Ranking the Hands. The dealer does not display his/her cards until all players have set their hands face down in the designated spaces. Each player’s hand is then compared to the dealer’s hand.
Rules to Remember
Once the dealer exposes his/her cards, players cannot touch their cards. Players are not permitted to expose their hands or discuss them with other players. Any player’s hand that is set incorrectly automatically loses. You are responsible for arranging your own hand and should do so with care. Foul hands are: A) two-card hand higher than five-card hand, and B) the wrong number of cards in the hands.

Pai Gow Tiles
Pai Gow which literally translated from Chinese means “Cards-Nine” is the forerunner of American dominoes. The 32 dominoes used in Pai Gow are mixed or shuffled by the house dealer. The dominoes are placed in eight stacks of four each. The dealer and up to six players each receive one stack (four dominoes).
The Object
With the four dominoes dealt, you will make two combinations that both total closest to nine. The object in setting both combinations is to have them both higher than the two combinations of the hand against which you are playing.
The Deal
Pai Gow is a complex rotating bank game. The bank is offered to each player in turn, counterclockwise. The player has the option of either accepting the bank or passing it to the next player. The banker begins the game by rolling three dice, the total of which determines which player receives the first set of dominoes. (Starting from the bank, the dealer counts counterclockwise.) Each player receives four dominoes and plays two hands simultaneously, a high hand and a low hand. Both hands must be higher than the banker’s hand to win. If one hand is higher and the other lower, it is a push. If both of your hands are lower than the banker’s hand, you lose. A complex ranking system determines the value of each hand. First, is a pair. Second, is a 12 or 2 with a 9. Third, 12 or 2 with an 8, then as close to 9 as possible.
Players may wager on the number(s), combination of numbers, or color they think the spinning ball will land on in the Roulette Wheel. Each player receives his/her own distinct color chips that are good only at the table at which they are issued. The specific value of each color is established when a player “buys in. You must trade them for value chips before leaving that table. Players may continue to place bets until the dealer announces, “No more bets.
Foxwoods offers both Single Zero Roulette and Double Zero Roulette.
Spanish 21
Spanish 21 is a variation of Blackjack combining the excitement of a Blackjack game with the multiple payoffs of a slot machine. Spanish 21 is similar to Blackjack with numerous options providing more fun and more ways to win. All cards count as face value except Kings, Queens, and Jacks, which always count as 10. Aces count as either 11 or 1.
The game itself is played with eight (8) Spanish Decks. A Spanish Deck is a standard deck of cards with the 10s removed. Each player places a wager in the center of the betting circle. The dealer then deals two cards to each player face up. The dealer also receives two cards, one face up, the other face down.
If your first two cards are an ace and 10 value card, you have Blackjack and you are paid one and one-half times the wager (3 to 2). However, if you don’t have Blackjack, you may continue to draw cards attempting to total as close to a score of 21 without exceeding it. If you do go over 21, you “break” and lose the wager.
Dealers must take a “hit” on all totals of 16 or less. Dealers must stand on all totals of 17 or higher.
A Players Blackjack always beats a Dealers Blackjack and is paid 3 to 2 odds. A Players total of 21 always beats a Dealers total of 21. Certain Player 21 totals result in a Bonus 21 Payout.
Match the Dealer:
In addition to the regular bet, a Player may place a side bet on the possibility that either of his/her first two cards will match exactly the Dealers up card in rank. These matches can be either suited or non-suited, creating five possible payoffs.
Three Card Poker
Three Card Poker* is an exciting, fast-paced game that gives the player three ways to play; four ways to WIN Pair Plus, Ante, or both PAIR PLUS and ANTE. The player can play against the dealer and/or simply play for a pair or better.
Pair Plus:
Place a wager on Pair Plus to bet on your own hand (not against the dealers hand) and win automatically with a pair or better.
Place a wager on the Ante and, if you like your cards, place an equal wager on the spot marked PLAY. If the dealer qualifies with a Queen high or better, compare your hand with the dealers hand and the better hand wins.
Play Both:
Its you and the cards for a pair or better; its you and the dealer for the best 3 card poker hand. You must make the PLAY wager or you will forfeit your ante.
Ante Bonus:
If you play the ante and play wagers you may win a bonus payout even if the dealer doesn’t qualify, and even if the dealers hand beats your hand.

To “buy in” on a game, simply place your cash or chips directly on the gaming table. Chips can only be purchased from a gaming table; they cannot be purchased from the cashier’s cage. Please keep in mind that dealers are not permitted to remove anything from a player’s hand.

Once you have decided how much to wager on your next turn, place an appropriate number of chips in the betting area, where they will remain until the outcome is known. At the conclusion of each hand the dealer computes the payoffs paying the winning bets and taking the losing ones.

The dealer cannot redeem chips for cash. You must go to the cashier’s cage to redeem your chips for currency. You may ask the dealer to “color up” your chips exchanging smaller-value chips for larger denominations, which makes them easier to transport to the cashier’s cage

If you wish to present a token of your appreciation to a dealer, you may do so at any time during your table play. However the dealer may only accept tips in the form of cash or chips. Please make the dealer aware of any gratuity by noting it as such when you present it.

Each time you present your Rewards Card at a table or slot machine you earn valuable points that can be redeemed for complimentaries or used toward the purchase of goods and services throughout the resort. For table games, notify the dealer or floor supervisor that you wish to have your play rated. To review the balance on your Rewards Card, login to Foxwoods Rewards or call 1-800-FOXWOODS (1-800-369-9663). If you do not already have a Rewards Card, simply register at any Foxwoods Rewards location and you can acquire one instantly.

Please keep in mind that players are not allowed to touch the gaming cards at any time (with the exception of games where the cards are hand-held, such as Poker and Caribbean Stud). Players are not allowed to lay purses, bags, wallets or other articles on the gaming table.

Our professional gaming staff will be happy to answer your questions related to particular games. In fact, we encourage you to ask. After all, the more you know, the more you can enjoy your gaming experience.

  1. Maria Celia Rodriguez Eccleston say:

First time visiting. My husband and I was there only for a show on late Saturday night and have to leave early Sunday morning so we decided to stay outside the resort after looking at the rates for a one night stay ? Not reasonable to pay that much for a night stay. Not big gamblers but tried slots machines but was disappointed that the non smoking area was crowded and the smoking area has more elbow room. Hard to get a drink in the areas , went to one of the restaurant for dinner , food was good but service is disappointing. Being it was aroun 8 pm and not peak dinner time place was not busy but it was still like everything was at a snail pace. Server never checked if we need more drinks ( glass was empty on the table!) forget to bring our condiments after we asked 2x. Was really going to stay a bit more for coffee and dessert but he came handed our bill never asked if we need anything else and left. Oh he refilled the drinks once throughout the entire dinner! The place is big but not enough direction/map so you can find places. We have to circle the whole place to find the restaurant we want not finding it , we settled for this one . If we did stay inside I would have explored more the following day to maybe shop and try the slots but I really don’t know if it’s worth it.

  2. Jun Tiongson say:

I got there Saturday afternoon and found out the room wasn’t available. They gave a Suite but their is only one king size bed. So my two kids end up sleeping on the couch. The room was dirty. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed good enough and the bedroom was ok.

  3. Brendan Sawicki say:

second time here and it was great! First time parking was confusing…. but second time around I was a pro! Donated a little more this time around though. I guess it was beginners luck the first time!

He was VERY polite and VERY determined to resolve my problem! He gave me his PERSONAL phone number to call upon my arrival to foxwoods next time i go so we may handle the situation. I WAS NOT PLANNING ON GOING BACK. But today after talking to Mr.Morgantini I WILL DEFFINITLY be going to foxwoods again soon! TO THE MANAGMENT OF FOXWOODS RESORT AND CASINO. THANK MR.MORGANTINI FOR CREATING FURTHER REVENUE AND RESOLVING MANY ISSUES WITH DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. I have a VERY big socail media following and was about to post my stories today until he got me on the phone and spoke with me personallY which as altered my veiw of your casino and resort compeletly . AGAIN THANKYOU. And i will be speaking to you soon Mr.Morgantini!

Took a bus in and got there at 9 and stayed until 6, the bad part was trying to get a drink . Took me about 2-3 hours of chasing the waitress staff to get a drink. After being yelled at to sit down and play a game to get a drink and feeling like i was treated like a dog i sat next yo the kitchen entrance in the grand pequot casino and repeatidly ignored by waitstaff i was sick of it and found a manager. Which i had to wait 30 mins for her to even show up. And then she jus brought us a drink and said she had told her wait staff to treat us better due to the fact IT WAS MY SOON TO BE BROTHER IN LAWS BACHELOR PARTY. And all we did was get terrible service and ignore and yelled at by wait staff. Wish the day went a little better. Not sure if we will be back. This was supposed to be a huge day for him and one hell remember in a good way for a long time and it didnt work out that way. . Had trouble on the slot machines. My foxwoods card stopped working twice and i had to stand in line for a new one . It was jus a poor day all in all . Maybe it will be better for other customers. Maybe we will give it another go but im not sure at this particular moment.

The last time I was here was 11 year’s ago. My wife and I had a GREAT TIME!!! I did notice the machines aren’t hitting like they use to!! Overall, we had a GREAT TIME!!!

  39. Michael Cervellino say:

Best Casino in the World! Such great fun for business and relaxation! Thank you for stress relief!

  40. Jennifer Topping say:

The hotel rooms are ridiculously overpriced. I really wish they’d make it more affordable. Its almost an insult the price they charge after all the money you spent in the casino itself. However, I did enjoy the shops and the restaurants. The food is always good. I’m not much of a gambler but when I do play, I have some fun.

  41. Debbie Fernandez say:

Always a great time in Foxwoods, great food, entertainment, clubs and the outlets. Nice weekend getaway

  42. Emilio Dejesus say:

Always come home with money , that’s no lie, always love going much fun , injoy foxwood

  43. Zachary Hobbs say:

I hate to give you guys a 3 because I have been coming to Foxwoods since you opened! I still enjoy coming and some of the changes are Great! But alas this last visit I found many of the keyosk having issues and I couldn’t gather my promotions.

I got two rooms for my Birthday this past weekend (reserved both as non smoking with a king size bed because my family and I are all 6 foot plus.) But was told that the only rooms left had two twin beds and smoking when we arrived from our 4 hour ride. Ouch guys my mother and father in-laws didn’t sleep very well that night….. You did hook me and my wife up with an upgrade to a presidential which was awesome! But when we got in the room there was only one towel and missing the little things like hotel shampoo and soap. Plus the coffee maker didn’t work and wasn’t hooked up.

I can say that I will still be coming back to you for years to come but could you please work on a few of these things? I felt like it made me look bad in front of my wife’s family for recommending that we spend our time there after bragging how awesome it was. Thank you for taking the time to read this as I am sure you will.

  44. Hilary Hernandez say:

The perfect getaway… See u soon

  45. Stan Husereau say:

Poker room awesome great bingo hall for the wife’s while we play poker.

  46. Rachel Morales Lopez say:

Hadn’t been to Foxwoods in years & was looking forward to going back. We stayed at Two Trees Inn and it was beyond over priced and disappointing. The building is repurposed in a very cheap way. The room was a junior suite and small, basically 2 connecting smaller sized hotel rooms. Not worth $300 plus a night. Front desk customer service was also lacking. Not enough reps in front at check in & out times, the reps had no manners. There is no business center on site so if you need to print out tickets or something, the front desk reps will not extend their help. However, the staff in the restaurant was great & efficient. The chef who was on for Sunday brunch went above & beyond (he should give training to the front desk). Not worth it, so disappointed.

  47. Orlando Santiago say:

Very nice place n lots of machines to win or lose but it’s all good fun

  48. Debra Chase say:

Foxwoods is goung down hill. The bathrooms didnt even have toilet paper .in several. My sidter on law was sitting on the other side of my stall and no tp there either.
Although i realize this happens , But this was several bathrooms. Also the kiosk to swipe your cards never work this is an on going problem for them. Too many machines with problems either they dont take your money or they wont spit it out then u gave to wait for ever for someone to come. Have of them disnt want to reas our cards.

  49. Annie Ramrattan say:

Beautiful resort if you want to get away for a few days. Me and my husband been going for years and we are not tired of going there. Lot of entertainment for every one.

  50. Amanda Mulrath say:

@mattallen at Scorpion Bar is the best manager in the entire casino! He made my friends and I feel extra VIP Saturday night! Give him a raise!

  51. Jim Christensen say:

This will sound harsh, but the place was not very clean. At 3 pm all I could smell was BO. Even the cigar and cigarette smoke could not hide it.

  52. Kyle Priano say:

Came down on a Monday, had a blast. First time at a casino. The employees were friendly, incredibly nice and more than happy to explain how to play the games to me, more than once. Fox Tower was recommended to me and you guys didn’t disappoint. I just wish I didn’t park at the Grand Pequot garage. It was a hike, but well worth it! I didn’t realize you had THREE casinos! I’ll definitely be back again!

  53. Wendy Jesusismylight Becton Christmas say:

Absolutely stunning in every aspect. From the moment you walk onto the property. The grounds are magnificent, the staff was great. The next time i visit, i will plan to stay at it’s resort.

  54. Kathy Lavoie say:

I have to say, we were big Mohegan ppl…but this year, Foxwoods has been so good to us, we won tickets to a free concert (We got to pick who) generously 2 FREE nights at any of the hotels, every week (6 months in a row) great atmosphere, friendly people and lots of fun..thank you

  55. Ann Altshuler say:

Wonderful location and a great place to spend time doing multiple things regardless of weather conditions. It’s been my 5th visit and always a fun and entertaining stay!

  58. Nick Ragno say:

Valet parking has been a huge disappointment. 40-50 minutes to bring your car up when leaving. UGH. Everything else was great. Fix the valet at piquat

  59. Libby Leung say:

So far been waiting to check in at the Fox towers hotel in foxwood. There’s a long line and only 2 check in ppl.
The wait is at least 45 mins.
No answer from management or adding another person.
So far not a good vacation start. Well see on the remainder.

  60. Lisa Richardelli Bossoli say:

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because we froze the whole evening! From the casinos to the hallways to the restaurant, to the Fox theater where we saw the show the air conditioning was off the chain. I had a top on with sleeves down to my elbows and I was freezing cold. Why do you have to keep the air conditioner on so low? The temperature outside was approximately 80° so no need to make the building a meat locker

  61. Maralyn Howland MacGillivray say:

Was my 77th Birthday & my friend got the directors suite & we both stayed overnite…saw Legends…LOVED that! Had dinner at Cedars ….they were fantastic! Waiter Jon was so good to me…had my favorite dish in the world for dessert! (Which was not on the menu) how he pulled that off really made my nite!! Thank you so much!!!!

  62. Debbie Johnson say:

I visit Foxwoods about once a month. Love Grand Pequot hotel. Staff always professional and friendly. Usually dine at Cedar’s but last two times have been horrible. We were told they keep changing the chef’s around. Bad idea would not go back.

  63. Roxanne Schiloski say:

Pool sucked unsupervised in the hot tub jumping running diving

  64. Trudy Tilton say:

I was very disappointed. I have been going to Foxwoods since it opened and have enjoyed watching it grow. The facility itself is beautiful but much to my surprise I found it to be dirty. The slot machines were dirty. The buffet was a huge disappointment. The food area was dirty. The seafood area, specifically the sauce had been spilled onto the ice by every person who ladled it onto their dish and the appeared to be no attempt to clean it up. I was sitting at a table next to a dividing wall and that wall was filthy!! The food choices were not what they used to be. No fried clams (necks). I think I’m probably stretching it giving you a two star!

  65. Jackie Thibault say:

My husband an I spent three days there .
The food was great the room was nice
    Had alot of fun

  66. Kristal Leon say:

Beautiful casino but a little pissed that when I signed up for the rewards card they failed to tell me that I needed to earn points ts to get the buffet for free. Was not aware and had to end up paying $20 for a small buffet. Wasn’t worth it in my option.

  67. Carol Brenek Fontaine say:

It is too cold in the bingo hall. No need to be that cold.

  68. Debbie Rawlston Williams say:

My husband and I came down this past week!! We had comp rooms , nothing to complain about there !! I appreciate what I get from Foxwoods for comps ! We stayed at the Pequot, wondering why the elevator is still broken after months??? We had legends tickets and that was a great time as always!! Thanks Foxwoods!! But please loosen the slots!! ?

  69. Chris Pappas say:

Stayed for two nights had a blast looking forward to our next stay

  70. Darlene Bickham say:

First time staying in the Fox Towers! My husband and I had a great time! I’m giving a four became we had an end/corner room. The view was beautiful, however it was so tight. The TV was sitting right in front of the king size bed. It was on top of this old awkward looking piece of furniture. There was also a large column in the middle of the floor. Everytime I walked to the other side of the room…I banged into it. The TV was small so it could have been mounted on the wall. Also, there was two of us in the room and we were only given one towel.
Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves at the casino and spa!

  71. Carole Pont say:

Love Foxwoods ! Have been going there since it was just a bingo hall !! So nice to see them grow & grow !

  72. Pamela Schuler say:

Machines sucked and you need better ventilation of cigarette smoke. When i go to mohegan i dont come home feeling like i smoked a carton of cigs…yuck!!!

  73. Brian Sgroi say:

I love going to foxwoods at least once a year. I get so excited. I’m from upstate New York so it takes about 4 and a half hours to drive there. Two and a half years ago I was diagnosed with colon cancer, was on remission from that and now have pancreatic cancer. I’m only 43 years old and don’t know how much longer I have to live. I used to get free or even reduced rates for rooms at foxwoods. I don’t anymore. My wife still gets them every other month for either two trees or foxtower. We used to go to foxwoods several times a year, but unfortunately things changed with my health and finances. I will be there September 13 & 14 overnight and hopefully in October for our anniversary for a week. I love it at foxwoods and love mystic pizza!!!

  74. Lakeisha Richmond-Williams say:

I had the best time of my life at this casino. I am from Northwest Arkansas and I was here for business and visiting my uncle and his wife in Worcester MA a few weeks ago. I first went to a casino in MA called Plank something which was a bad idea. I do understand the odds of winning at a casino ” you may or may not” but the people there were not nice. This was my second time visiting with my family and they wanted me to check out this other casino. They were bragging about Foxwood and how it’s the largest free standing casino and it had everything in it and what not. So like a fat kid in a candy store I was the first one ready to go and was anxious. Boy OH Boy!!!!! Was I in for a surprise! Oh Yeah!!!! It was so big, it was exciting, it was massive, omgoodness! I had so much fun. The waiter was so cool, the people there were cool. Man I didn’t want to leave that place. I played the free slot tournament, but I didn’t win, but it’s all good, I had fun. This was the best experience that I’ve ever had at a casino. This is my favorite of all of them. Every other casino that sends me a survey better get ready for the naked truth…. smh WOW! Next time when I visit which will be next year, I will be staying in one of those rooms. Sorry for the run on sentences etc…. I’m too excited…. oan on top of that I played down to 1 penny and got 180 spins and got 70 something bucks then up my bet and got the whole screen of free spins and got over 540 free games and that was pretty awesome and I was ready to go before I got that. That is how my luck changed and left with $1,000

  75. Linda M. Carlson say:

Personally I would rather spend two nights at Foxwoods, than an entire week in Las Vegas.

  76. Michele Mcdonough say:

Such a great get away! Everything and more, under one rooftop! Started going here many yrs ago! Haven’t been financially able lately. Never want to leave, I’d love to live here!

  77. Marcia Snyder say:

A fun place to visit every so often. Played BINGO and had a great time!

  78. Shelly D Souza say:

I’ll start by saying I absolutely love Foxwoods and just this past summer I’ve visited 4 times, twice I stood at a hotel close by because foxwoods hotels were booked and once I stood at Grand Pequot with my fiancé and his family for a weekend stay then the last visit was just lastnight and this is where I have an issue because I called on Thursday and asked if there was a jacuzzi room available for this Saturday which was Aug 19. The woman I spoke with told me there was nothing available at Grand Pequot but there was available hot tub rooms at either Fox Tower or Great Cedar and after going over prices I chose to book a room for Aug 19 with a king bed, non smoking, hot tub room at Great Cedar Hotel in Foxwoods. I gave my credit card information and booked the room. I was so excited that there was an available room and my fiancé took the time off from work and we made plans for a babysitter for my daughter and planned our night away and visit to the casino. The next day I was checking my emails and I got a confirmation email from Foxwoods for my reservation and when I looked at the date I noticed it said SEPTEMBER 19!!! I was so confused so I called back and was told that it was their mistake and they made the reservation for September instead of August and that there were no available rooms for Aug 19 and there was nothing I could do but cancel the reservation for September 19 and find somewhere else to stay. This was one day before I was to go there I was so upset!!! Luckily I found a room at Two Trees Inn but I felt as if Foxwoods could have atleast gave me a complimentary room for a different date or something for my troubles. I emailed them replying to my cancellation confirmation email from them but got no response. Besides this I have no other complaints and will be returning to Foxwoods at the end of September because I love it so much but I was really looking forward to staying at a hotel in Foxwoods and due to the mistake of their employee that made my reservation I wasn’t able to. It would be nice if they righted their wrong and at least gave me a complimentary night stay at one of their hotels located inside Foxwoods. I spend enough money there lol

  79. Karie-anne Emmons Everlith say:

Went to the outlets- difficult to figure out parking and then how to find them after we parked. Signs wanted me to bring my children through areas they were not allowed. Very frustrating. Then because they had to send us all over the place, we could not figure out how to get back to my car. Same goes with the bus station where we started off. There are no signs telling you how to get there or find it. If you want to have people use the casino for more reasons other than gambling, you need to fix the signage issues.

  80. Allan M. Kleiman say:

It was our first visit to Foxwoods and the outlets. Thought we would spend more time there but had to leave early. Upon arrival we looked for a scooter rental for my friend. Finally directed to the Bell Captain who called for us to rent one. We were told 15 minutes. Even after two calls the scooter never showed up after waiting an hour. Met the guy delivering the scooter who gave us lip for leaving after and hour and walking to the car. He was really nasty. We waked back to the Grand and did grab a bite to eat and headed for the parking lot . We never had a chance to gamble. My friend was in too much pain. Not sure we will come back if this is how customers are treated.. I thought the customer was always right and don’t need to be insulted by a concession vendor providing a paid service to those visiting Foxwoods. So beware if you have mobility issues Foxwoods may not be the place for us if you require a power scooter.

  81. Joyce Levans say:

Awesome place. Did not like the fact that people smoke. Buffet was great . Shops were great. Beautiful !

  82. Michael Hayes say:

The dealer could not explain the game of Spanish 21 stated she only knew how to deal the cards. The table games were limited and the wait staff was terrible.
The “festival” buffett was virtually empty! There was food “crusted” over from the heat lamps, food “mashed” into the floor from lack of cleaning and the selection was virtually non existent.
The Golden Corral was cleaner and has a MUCH BETTER variety with plentiful amounts and the food taste is so much better than the Festival Buffett.
Just my suggestion, GO SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN HERE.

  83. Darby Ann Georgio say:

Had a great time. Definitely wish there was more $1 black jack tables.

  84. Cheryl Gose say:

We stayed at the fox tower and the room was very clean!! There was plenty to do there with my 13 year old son and we will definitely be back!!

  85. Tracey Hayes Kopchik say:

Stayed in the Fox Tower in early June. No cards were given to charge to your room. Upon asking someone, we were told there was now a new system and heard everywhere how messed up it was. Upon check out the system was not working and had to go to desk., Total chaos at the desk! Finally made it to the front of the line and was given a receipt with a bunch of coded type stuff on it that made no sense. I asked for a proper receipt. The clerk left and went into the back and we stood there forever. Finally came back, gave us a receipt and we left. A big you’re welcome to the other guests whose check outs were charged to my credit card. You can only check out once but didn’t get charged once. Card company says to call the number on the bill first. What a joke! Called constantly for days, rings and rings until you get a voice mail – then is says “this voice mailbox is full and not accepting messages” . Guess a lot of us paid for other people and they just aren’t even bothering to help people. Foxwoods has now sent “documentation” that includes the other peoples check in slip that says cash customer but then show the list of charges charged to my card including theirs. You look at the paperwork showing that you DID use my card for other charges and you don’t fix it, but send it as proof of my charges?? Rocket scientists working in that department! Now my cc company says – well we disputed the wrong charges?? Going on three months and I still have not been reimbursed! Shameful!

  86. Beth Taccogna say:

I booked our visit on July 6 when you advertised a fun way to go back to school shopping and to take advantage of the CT no tax week. Six kids and three adults and for the first time, I did not get upgraded. Disappointed, but understandable. What I don’t understand is your Pool policy for a week advertised as bring your family. Closing the Grand Pequot hotel to children at 6 pm makes no sense. You should definitely reconsider that policy. Also your pool area is an accident waiting to happen, someone needs to be available to mop up water as well as the bathrooms. I had to call to get someone to clean up the throw up and when we left at 6 pm, it still was not done. I also feel it was irresponsible not to have working water fountains. The water cooler was also empty. To make matters worse, the vending machine was empty, for two days! While in concept the back to school idea was great it is too bad you failed to execute and not live up to expectations. I hope you can address these issues as this Grammie of 8 will not go back without assurances. Safety first. Thank you for listening.

  87. Cornelia Blum say:

Have been going to Foxwood since 1990, I think that says it all!

  88. Nicole Iacobucci say:

We stayed at the Grand Pequot, the bathroom was filthy. The toilet seat was broken and needed to be tightened, there were tiny ants in the bathroom, what looked like fruit flies in there as well and the sink counter top was so dusty. I didn’t mention it to Hotel staff because it was my boyfriend’s birthday and a) i didn’t want to ruin his night and b) we made reservations at the Sugar Factory for 8:15pm, 8 of us ordered drinks, appetizers and dinner. Our food didn’t come out until 9:20 (or later), everything at once, half of us didn’t have silverware until well after our meal arrived and some people’s orders were wrong while others were ice cold. The manager was nice enough to remake some orders and adjust the bill, which was very professional and greatly appreciated; however, we didn’t leave the restaraunt until well after 10pm, by the time i discovered how awful our room was I didn’t feel like complaining and couldn’t wait to get home. Overall Foxwoods dropped the ball.

  89. Tom Tackett say:

Rewards program is awful compared to other properties. I lost $2,000 a couple weeks ago and many times in the past and have never once heard from a host or had any sort of comp. Any other place offers much better rewards to their players. Also very disappointed that you make me drive their 3 times a month to get my gold benefit. I worked hard to keep that level and will not try again to maintain it. Also almost every time I have a comp room on my account they are sold out. Play elsewhere you will be rewarded much better

  90. Joann Marotta Nellis say:

This was our first time at Foxwoods. I read so many reviews and the negative ones concerned me. However I found the opposite. Our room was clean. Every staff member we met was friendly, nice and helpful. We stayed at Two Trees which isn’t as glamorous as the larger places but it suited us fine. Plus there was no smoking there. We went out for our 25 th Anniversary and our waitress Wanda ( The Verranda) couldn’t be sweeter and more helpful. Later on we spent time at The Atrium watching and doing karaoke and had a wonderful conversation with Karen, a supervisor. Each store, casino and restaurant we were greeted with smiles and pleasant workers. We did not win in the casinos so we quit that pretty quickly but it gave us a chance to explore the entire place clocking in 5 miles a day. I admit the smoking in some areas took time to adjust to. And other areas need an upgrade, but we were happy to celebrate our 25 th during Foxwoods 25 th and will visit again. PS. We also went to the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research center. Very nice and informative if you love history as we do.

  91. Helen Allalouf Levin say:

The staff if you found them were cold and didn’t want to be bothered. Food was the worst!!!?

  92. Vithal Shrikhande say:

A Beautiful Place, Awesome View and very near to Nature. You have Facilities to stay in a King Style, for Refreshments, Entertainment & Shopping….

  93. Regina Coleman say:

I have stayed at foxwoods a number of times in the last couple of years but seem to never get any offers extended to myself. No complimentary rooms, gifts or special invites. I have played in all the big bingo games for the last 3 years and also slots and table games. Are offers only for those that have a gold, platinum or black player card. It does not seem to work for us regular folk with a blue card.

  94. Betsy Crow Yarra say:

So much fun! I love Foxwoods good times here ! Making memories, friends and cash lol!

  95. Mike Shanahan say:

Yesterday…only spent a few hours there. Stopped with the kids for breakfast/lunch at Festival Buffet on the way home from Mystic CT. Walked around a bit to the shops and found a huge arcade area for the kids. They loved it! My husbands been here several times with the guys, but this was my first time here. He stopped to play some of the big boy games for a few minutes. When we were leaving, I told him I absolutely want to try to come back without the kiddos and spend our anniversary weekend here in a couple months. I loved it. And its SO close to Mystic, which I love also.

I stinks like stale smoke and cigs, and I hate going to the casinos I just go for fight nights. It’s very expensive,, and would never buy clothing from there as that would smell like smoke too,, I go for fights and than leave asap!!

  107. Tory Thivierge say:

Went to the fights, some younger people, decided to start crap and escalated to a physical confrontation, some guys decided to beat on a chick, yeah she was drunk and obnoxious, but they were antagonistic and she was with them. Well, they sent her home and let the guys back into watch the fight…umm.. they assaulted her, I don’t understand how that happened. I know at other places , they all would have been asked to leave and / or arrested. Which would have been the right thing to do. Great job guys… just one more reason to never go back…

  108. Niko Envee say:

wah, I didn’t win last time , wah I didn’t win the time before. WAH, I didn’t win after, wah still haven’t won anything…. wah wah wah fucking Gerber babies it’s a casino!

Buffet is disgusting…all food was cold and greasy. Need a non smoking room for bingo (just putting smokers on other side of room doesn’t work!!!) I could barely breath by the end and it smelled horrible!!!

  116. Jim Thompson say:

Been to foxwoods at least 1 time a yr for the last 25…90% I went home in the money..100%always had a good time ,eating and drinking and shopping. . Mohegan sun ,never won
I’ll stick with my lucky casino
    Thank you FOXWOODS

  117. Roxanne Montgomery say:

We came to see Legends. Great show. Cher and Frank Sinatra were the best. Did a little lite gambling and played bingo (Don’t consider bingo to be gambling, never win but get to hang out with friends with no kids.) Only drawback was paying that much for a room and not having a non-smoking room available. I forgot that smoking indoors is not illegal in every state. Still it was a 5 star time.

  118. Sheri Mailloux say:

I spent 2 days here in a complimentary room. I won’t say free room because you have to spend quite a bit to get the rooms. The slots were not kind and as usual I spent too much. I however do enjoy spending time at Foxwoods. I have been a patron for 25 years.

  119. Barry Tillery say:

I Always Enjoy Myself Great Hotel Wonderful Staff Great Restaurants & Amazing Concerts

  121. Bob LaConte say:

I have been going for Foxwoods for many years and always have a phenomenal time! There is always something exciting going on! My sister and I call it our “happy place”! We love the entertainment – especially the Legends in Concert – and the excellent variety of slot machines! The hotels and casino staff are extremely professional and polite!
I also want to give a huge “Shout Out” to my casino host SHANNON KELLY! Shannon truly is amazing! She is always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that I have the best Foxwoods experience! She makes me feel welcome and valued! I certainly lucked out meeting her and I’m happy to call her my friend!
Win or lose, Foxwoods is by far the most outstanding resort casino! Can’t wait to return this month! ??? Judy

  127. Jillian Begin say:

just absolutely terrible and good luck getting a response from them

  128. Mike Corliss say:

I get the free rooms all the time(hopefully still do after this post) but about a month and half ago stayed in great cedar and our room was getting quite run down and found circles from drinks still on the coffee table from previous guests and the room itself is just worn out.. not to mention I get absolutely smoked every time I go now. literally no matter what I do I lose. Used to win occasionally and do realize it’s called gambling for a reason but now they changed a few things on the blackjack table and it’s just a flat out donation. Again I really like to go it’s a fun place but it would be nice to win every once in a while or at least when I lose get more than 5 points for the 800+ I bring every time. Just don’t really feel like my business is appreciated like it used to be. Used to get alot more points and perks. It is getting better as of late though

  129. Denise Berrios say:

They was exciting to go there was my first time there and i will fo back again

  130. Shawn Sheehan say:

Stayed at the fox tower for the Gabriel Iglesias show on Sep 2, show was amazing, arrived at 4pm and room was not ready which made it a challenge to get ready for the show, had a suite so found that odd. Once we get to the room I noticed they rushed the room inspection (toilet seat was praticly falling off, linen was dirty) I hope for a better room experience next time, food was amazing ate at the guy fieri’s kitchen

  131. Michael Schoenbrun say:

Had a great time at Foxwoods, was there to see Fluffy. Great show and excellent theater not a bad seat in the place.

  134. Jennifer Gray say:

My fiance and I had an amazing time at Foxwoods last night! We went to Gabriel Iglesias and we were not disappointed… The staff at the Grand Theatre at Fox Tower were so very polite and helped us with any and all questions we had. I watched how attentive they were to guests also and it was the best I’ve seen in a long time!!! We are already planning our next date night to go to Foxwoods again…

  138. Amanda Saunders say:

I was there on saturday to see fluffy. He was great! And We had a great time in the casinos before and after the show. We didn’t stay at the hotel so i cant comment on the rooms or services for the hotel. Bit as far as having a drink waitress to come deliver a drink i only saw one lady at one of the casinos none at the others we were in and they never were around to clean you old drinks left by other people or empty ashtrays maybe the were short staff or something. But other than that issue everything was good It wasnt my first trip there but it was one if my longest trips there. I will definitely be back regaurdless of the complaints mentioned above because I just can’t let one little thing wrong ruin the whole trip.

  139. Elisabetta Spina say:

This was my first time being there. I went for a show and the whole experience was just awesome. I’m definitely going back for another weekend. This place everyone should experience at least one time. There so many restaurants to choose from. Loved it that’s all I can say.

  140. Margaret Sales Martel say:

I like everything about it. Just the only thing is not Winning.

  141. Missie Merritt-Williams Lmt say:

Went Sunday to see fluffy. While the show was amazing I prefer Mohegan sun for the casino. I have never been to a casino where children were allowed to RUN around unsupervised. There was a fight on the floor between two woman over a slot machine. I’ll stick with Mohegan for game play thanks

  142. Deborah Cartier say:

Well this was a fall visit went to attend the show legends in concert one hour into the show went to the concession stand and it was closed now why the hell would you close the concession stand hour into the show ? second went to Fuddruckers I never been in the most disgusting filthy pig hole of a place by the time my burger came out and the rest of the food came out my burger was ice cold waited 20 minutes for the other two entrée To come out the place was a disaster really gross out of Ice out of Soda food on the floor napkins dirty tables ? disappointed Foxwood sorry So much for the free tickets !!

  143. Sharyl Kastens say:

Had a fun day at Foxwoods. Had a late lunch at the Sugar Factory and the food was great. Had fun playing the slots, even though I came back with less money than I arrived with. But still had fun!

  144. Grace Kausilas Hackett say:

It’s been several years since we’ve been to Foxwoods. (The last time we stayed there, we didn’t really have a good experience.) The restaurants are terrific, and the staff is lovely. The only thing that I wish for is a larger non-smoking area to gamble in. The only small non-smoking area was always packed and difficult to play in. Other than that we loved our room. The pool was a lot of fun even though it was a bit chilly out. To top it off we were able to see Gabrielle Iglesias aka Fluffy. He was an absolute riot!! I would definitely see another show in the theater because there wasn’t a bad seat in the house. Overall it was a great time!

  145. Jean Bogdanski Stratton say:

Gabriel Iglesias was top notch. He is very funny, genuine and warm.
We did find the signage daunting as we were trying to find the Grand Theater, Guy Fiereri’s restaurant. We had to keep asking folks were they were.

  146. Christina Marie Alquinta say:

Awesome show with Gabriel Iglesias aka
Fluffy. Good drinks as we played slots. Hate that there’s smoking in the casinos..but gambling isn’t my thing anyway.

  147. Jennifer Dailey say:

Had a awesome time .me and my man enjoyed it .even went on the sky launch

  148. Giselle Gigi Perez say:

  149. Tracy Mathews Remp say:

Not much for non smoking! And holy kids…. I got ran over like 50 times! Kids should NOT be at at Casinos resort or not!

  150. Robert J. Schussler say:

I walked out a winner what’s not to like LOL the food was good the gambling was good

  151. Lucy Wu say:

Place is huge and signs are not too clear. Lots of food and shopping options.

  152. Ada Saez say:

Foxwoods is the place to husband and I loved it. Can’t wait to go back we were there for Gabriel Iglecias comedy tour.. he’s super funny.. we would love to have him back at Foxwoods..

I love this place. So much to do. Bring your bathing suit, get a massage, swim a few laps, relax in the whirlpool.
Oh yeah, and slots, lots of slots!!

  155. Bob Roza say:

Usually I have a good experience but never again on a Saturday. I stay there Saturday September 2nd in the great Cedar Hotel. Had to call security twice for large hotel party at 2 a.m. as people were screaming and being very loud in the hallway. Didn’t sleep very well after that. Also found an empty coke bottle behind the computer desk that was there from the last occupants. Not a very good job by housekeeping. The little trash barrels don’t even have little plastic bags in them anymore noticed that the last several times so you’re throwing your waist in the barrel with no bags.

  156. Denise Swann say:

Relaxation, pleasant view and shopping than play when you want great resort to stay at.

  157. Susan Klekot say:

We saw Fluffy there Sunday night…it was both my and my boyfriend’s first time there. We were really confused on parking and ended up in the garage farthest from the theater. No big deal, got my steps in…and we got to see a lot.

Not a fan of the smoking (especially the ones in the halls/walkways)…but overall a great experience.

    Bring Fluffy back!!!

  158. Ira Hechtman say:

Lotta fun. Saw Gabriel “fluffy” Iglesias there. Great place to see a show, eat, drink and gamble. Definitely a must visit

  159. Hans Mann say:

I haven’t been to Foxwoods for a while. I went there today and I have noticed how unfriendly some of your casino bartenders are. Didn’t like the tone. Some of your employees seemed to feel irritated by my questions. Not so sure, if I come back to your casino. It was very disappointing

  160. Bessie Jones- Payne say:

I played the Slots & Bingo … Didnt win anything but the Experience was lovely

  161. Elsie Colon say:

This is my home away from home. I love the place and staff. I have gone numerous times just to look around and spend the day there.

  162. Kathy J. Burns say:

Stayed at fox tower was awsome!!! Loved the outlets….

  163. Toby Gagnon-Sharkey say:

As a fellow employee I went and played bingo for the first time. I had worked for Foxwoods for 23 years and loved every minute of it. I had such a great day yesterday at Bingo. The employees especially Rose were so nice and attentive. Thank you Foxwoods for being such a great place to work and now a great place to visit!!!

  164. Bonnie Cichocki Sakowski say:

We stayed two nights. Room was very nice and we had very good meals. The only complaint that we would have is that it was so cold in every casino we visited that it made it uncomfortable we had to wear our jackets the whole time we were on the floor.

  165. Sharon Anderson say:

I brought my son and his friend to a concert (Bryson Tiller). I got to play some slots and watch my Patriots on the many televisions located in the Fox Tower. Oh and they got to go on the new thrill ride. It’s my happy place.

  166. Susan Rivera say:

Absolutely love it!!!!! Would highly recommend. Clean rooms and great food.

  167. Chad Robinson say:

Not a high roller by any means. Not type of person who gonna put my car on the line. But I still feel like after spending 400 somthing would give, Felt like the machines were atms. Also seemed that when I put my rewards card in I would win very lil 2 bucks here 7 dollars there. But take my card out put 20 in and all sudden my last three bucks I hit 70 bucks just found it odd not winning with rewards in but with it out I won.

  168. Tyrone Mckinney say:

It is always a joy to always enjoy life away from home at times

  169. Jeanette Nye say:

    ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Never left our room❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  170. Carlos Santiago say:

Great atmosphere, very clean. Extravagantly looking place.

  171. Fabian Rapino say:

The quality in the restaurant in food choices sinks. Then you have people walking around begging for cigarettes and the staff is very not in great standards. I play slots and many times when problems occurs you be wait for at less hour before you get help.

  172. Ricky Miller say:

We love foxwoods we had dinner at David Burke prime great food and service we stayed overnight before room was clean and nice

  173. Margie Haught Perkins say:

I love the slots although I always loose. Would like to win sometimes. The workers were not very helpful. We had to talk to5 of them, before someone gave us the right direction. Very upsetting. Three of them, has no idea where anything is.The buffet was amazing. The food was perfect. Great chefts.

  174. Desiree Hicks Poole say:

Cant get a drink, machines dont pay stayed over once and was very disappointed , not worth it.

  175. Ray Miller say:

Slot’s are so tight they squeak no fair gaming just like mohegan they both really rake customers over the coals. Maybe n.i.g.c. and d.c.p.should be contacted about slot’s operations.

  176. Serge Quinones Montero say:

great place loved it alot and plan to go back there

  177. David R. Herridge say:

The slot machines were very limited compared to many other casino’s we’ve been to.

  178. Odell Stewart say:

The new york kings of Comedy were great.
    Friends added to the fun.

  179. Donald Joseph Wood say:

Foxwoods can suck my butt. They screwed me out of my 3 day vacation by giving away my room. Then they tried to charge me double for a lesser room. I’ll stay at a flee bag motel before I’ll ever book another room with them.

  180. Theresa Kunerth Kudla Ikels say:

My 1st visit & I was in awe the entire day. Place is as big as Texas!!!! . Shopping was fabulous too . I treated myself for a change. Very happy day with friends I used to work with.

  181. Darren Duchaineau say:

Plenty of gambling, shopping and dining — all over-priced and over hyped. Not nearly enough elevators in the Fox tower for the number of guests. After long waits for elevators we finally took the stairs. While most of the hotel is very clean and seems well maintained the stairways were full of cigarettes, trash and broken glass! The music is too loud in the casinos, with cigarette and cigar smoke and dirty ashtrays almost everywhere. The non smoking casino was small and crowded. Guests were loud in the hallways making it hard to sleep/relax. It was raining so we couldn’t use the pool (which looked nice). I paid upfront with Travelocity, but at checkout the hotel mistakenly charged my card a second time. Their accounting department and customer service were horrible to deal with. The first person I talked to was pleasant but gave me incorrect information. Her supervisor was rude to me on the phone and THAT persons’ supervisor did not return my call after two voice mails and an email. I finally got it worked out after much grief and time on the phone. The Travelocity person I talked to was VERY helpful in getting it worked out. Our room was nice and most of the facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant except for the person I talked to on the phone. The food was excellent but most of it was way overpriced. Since we couldn’t use the pool there was not much to do except gamble, eat, and shop. It was an OK stay that was soured at the end by their horrible billing department and lack of customer service. I will not be back.

  182. Riki J Willits say:

Won a free overnight stay. Waiting for supervisior to call to confirm. Because it isnt coming outta my pocket it seems they dont give a shit. The waiting is starting to annoy me to no end.

  183. Gale O. Potter say:

We had to walk forever to get around the casino and nobody was winning…cold atmosphere…didn’t like it at all…never going back…

  184. Sharon Bracken say:

I loved all the restaurants and the stores….I’m not a big gambler but I played the slots a little and won $57 woohoo…..

  185. Lee Bellegarde say:

I love Foxy’s, but I especially live going here with my family. We have great fun everytime!

  186. Dave Acampora say:

Not a gambler really but had fun the hotel tool was awesome . I played slots alittle but got bored quick . Very disappointed when they changed the slot to a paper voucher . So cheesy !!!! The last time I was there a real quarter fell out of the slot . Just lame .

  187. Louis Rom say:

Always enjoy shows there, parking a snap especially by valet, food is usually good. I still cannot figure out why they allow smoking in these places. Did they not get the memo?

  188. Gabriella Smith say:

Love the outlets. Dislike how expensive to stay here, and how many smokers there are here. Mohegan is nicer.

  189. Patricia Fusco say:

Had no complaints…check in was easy and the employees very friendly…our room (there were 4 of us) was clean and had 2 queen sized beds..plenty of towels..the food and service at Alta Strada was excellent..we will definitely be back

  194. Brenda McCarthy Connors say:

Always have a Great time, when We go there Weather I’m with My Friends just together for the Weekend or with My Husband for some R+R
I Love the Summer for the Outdoor Pool and the Winter You have the Beautiful indoor Pool.. The Restaurant are Great and don’t forget.. You can now shop in the Tanger Outlets

  195. Mary Holler Townsend say:

The room was not ready as per the reservation & was offered a smoking room. Curtains had burn holes in them & mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Not told at check in they would be putting a $200 hold on my debit card. Today is the 8th day since the hold…So a complaint will be made to the AG of Conn for shoddy business practices and theft.

  196. Bette Booth say:

I’ve been coming here for years, since all they had was bingo. The service is great, and the rooms are always clean. I have never had a problem that wasn’t fixed immediately.
This trip…I ate breakfast at the festival buffet. I had an omlet that include ham. To my dismay, I found a bone in the inlet, it was a chopped ham bone. I showed the server and she said “what is that?” And she took it away. I realize it’s a buffet and there was plenty more to eat. But there went my appetite. What I really don’t understand is why didn’t someone from the kitchen, or a manager come and apologize. Bad service.

  197. Donna Grosfkreuz say:

Went to see a show and had dinner at The Veranda Restaurant last night and our server Rami couldn’t have been better! He was very nice, very professional, and the food was outstanding. I love prime rib!

  201. John B Carsetti say:

I got attacked by a security guard in the the grand theater. My lawyer will be in touch.

  202. Dona Charron White say:

AWESOME!!!!! Sammy Hagar and Collective Soul Concert!!! Absolutely An Amazing Two Days!!Staff is Great’Very Friendly!

  203. David Darling say:

You’re spending a lot of money redoing the place and the machines are so tight can’t win ! Even playing the penny machines you can’t win that is ridiculous, all the restaurants are way overpriced ! We were there Friday night and you could hear the crickets chirp and there was no one there ! Better do something quick or they going to be on the bank Rupp list to

  204. Colleen Malone Langmeyer say:

Great fun for 8 of us for the Brian Wilson concert!

  205. Chelaine Knudsen say:

Absolutely loved our 4 day stay, looking forward to returning!!

  206. Patti Dagg say:

Not happy. Seemed to be a lot of machines out of order or shut down in all rooms I am talking about full rows. Either they were paying out too much or Foxwoods could not afford to fix?
