    When I stayed there I got bit by bed bugs. I was told I could not get my money back from the room. Then they to me to leave or they would call the police on me watch they did. They have poor customer service and if you are a person of color. They make you feel like you are in a whites only place. Please don’t forget to use the blacks only door.

    I don’t understand why they can’t keep their equipment in proper working order. Every blackjack table I sat at the other night the automatic shuffle machines were not working correctly and had to be “pieced together” after the cards were loaded to shuffle them. The same hands kept coming up time and again. On many of the slot machines the buttons do not all work. This place is run very poorly and seems to be understaffed.

    I would like to a moment and comment on Hollywood Casino! We have been regular customers ever since they opened up in Hollywood. We have a small casino in Cape Girardeau we enjoy, but coming to Hollywood we get that “full casino” feeling. We love driving into the parking lot and depending how close we got to park, would somehow be a “omen”! Regardless, over the years we have won money; a few times got to win what we call (time to cash out cause we won more than we brought!), have broken even (to we believe is also a win), loss some money and really lost some money (enough said…) but where else could we get away to a wonderful room and plenty of free food and even some free slot play! Have room-service if you want, and we have enjoyed that all there. Especially all of the staff…. from reservations to check-in to room-service to needing help on the floor. All of the employees have always been gracious and kind and willing to help in any way!!!!! A special shout out to the cast (employees)! Pura and Jerry Fitzgerald (This is not a paid announcement!)

    Customer service was going downhill when this was still Harrah’s. Now that’s it’s Hollywood, it’s even worse. They have lost our reservations on multiple occasions, the food is either burnt or under cooked at most of their overpriced restaurants, the hotel rooms are in poor condition, and the odds of winning anything in the casino is only slightly above none, unless you are playing table games, which are closed more often than not. The only saving grace for this place is Charlie Gitto’s, which is well worth the price they charge. The rest of this poor excuse for a hotel and casino is terrible. We have had rooms with broken sinks, one room the toilet was clogged when we got to the room, the beds are uncomfortable, and more often than not you have to argue with the front desk over every detail. We end up going here about twice a year or so, just because we a comped rooms, but every time the service gets worse. Even complaining to the local management, hosts, and anyone else that will listen will fall on deaf ears. Don’t bother making a reservation more than a few days in advance, because they will either lose it, or tell you that your reservation was for a different day than it actually is, even if you have printed email stating what day is your reservation is for. We have arrived several times well past the start of their check in time only to be told that our room was not ready, then when finally getting to the room it is still dirty. Do yourself a favor. Go here to eat at Charlie Gitto’s, then go play and stay somewhere else. If there was a zero star rating, this place would earn it easily.

    Staff is helpful & friendly. Dog friendly. Offers a $10/person shuttle ride to Amphitheatre includes $10 food voucher for hotel restaurants & vip entrance. The place to stay for concerts. 3 thumbs up.

    I only put a star so I could leave this review. I stayed here friday night oct 2nd for my girlfriend and my birthday night. The room was originally 159.00 dollars. Not a problem. The problem is now I have been charged to my bank account $416.84 for a room that we stayed in one night. My bank account is now frozen and in the negative and am being charged overdrafts and fees. I work bery hard for my money and cant afford to have my account go negative let alone nearly $200.00 negative. I call the front desk cause im livid to only be sent to a voicemail??? How do I resolve this with an actual person? This is not fair and I can not afford to allow this to happen!!!

    Penn National has made a big investment in remodeling the Hollywood casino and public areas. Room decor is dated but plans are underway to redecorate. Working on finding the right mix of dining options. Penn bought the former Verizon amphitheater nearby to expand entertainment options. The secret to their success is their staff- very friendly with a goal of welcoming customer service. Reservations, desk clerks, housekeepers and room expeditors work hard to ensure a good experience. Our favorite St Louis area casino.

    We came from Kentucky to stay here because we are a non-profit and there was scheduled training in Webster Grove for Suicide Prevention. We stayed because the room prices were reasonable and we knew we would be safe here. We spent $100 on the Buffett of money we raised and the food was COLD! Never again!

    We ate at FinalCut last night and the food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t really up to the price that they charged for it. The bartender at FinalCut was great! She was busy but attentive and she had s great attitude.

    Worst part about the stay was being woken up by housekeeping at 9 AM. If checkout isn’t until 11AM why are they knocking on the door at 9?

    Living 4 hours from Maryland Heights, other than Vegas it is our favorite casino. We live 20 minutes from Hollywood Casino in Joliet and we love Maryland Heights Hollywood Casino. Not even close. Great craps dealers and our host Tatum knows how to treat customers. I can’t imagine how much I would love this casino if I ever won. See you in 10 days.

    My friends and I attended the show magic men last night, we purchased VIP TICKETS and there was nothing VIP about it. We were given shitty service and the staff was very rude and didn’t want to try and fix the issues everytime we tried they continued to act like asses. I was sent an email from your casino about drink prices and was told a bucket of beer would have 6 in it for 20 dollars well I got 5 for 20 dollars and they didn’t even put ice it them. So my question is why pay for VIP treatment when you get low class service I would like a refund for our tickets because the people who bought normal tickets got better treatment.

    we love the casino but the hotel room was not that good. the door in front of the frig was broken at the bottom hinge. you had to manualy push the toilet handle back up or it would run all the time. wet carpet in front of dresser

    Maybe I didn’t see it, so I don’t know if I have a legit complaint, but we paid $50+ to go to the Boogie Lounge for NYE only to find out that the place is very smokey in there. My fiance has cancer and can’t go on places like that. There is no ventilation in that room and we had to leave. When is Missouri going to get with the times and get a smoking ban? We’ll never be back.

    I come to Hollywood every year for New Years with my mom for her birthday and we have never been treated so badly. We went up to the buffet today for breakfast and we didn’t get our drinks till after we were done eating. When we asked for our drinks she just waved her hand and walked away. We asked for a manager and waited 30mins, so then we get up to get dessert and they give away our table. At that point we asked for the manager again, she finally came and was beyond rude. She kept giving excuses for everything and then laughed in our face. We then asked for her manager and he didn’t seem to care either. Luckily we have the nicest housekeeper or we would have just packed up and left. However, we will never go back to the buffet and I myself will never come back to Hollywood. There are plenty of other casinos to pick from. Thanks for ruining my mothers birthday brunch. You deserve a high five for the worst service ever.

    I got very poor service at the Buffet> my server 1-17-16 at 1;30pm was horrible> he brought me my drink and never greeted me or said a word. He never checked on me. He never took my finished plate ever. Never brought me another drink or nothing. Was so dissapointed. I’m a good tipper, but for the first time ever i refuse to leave a tip for terrible service. Sad!!!

    Normally my stay here is relaxing. Like a stay-cation out of the house and away from the kids. Went there recently for my birthday and when I tell you that my experience was absolutely horrid. The first room that we checked into was clean at first glance. We (my husband and I) decided to rest our backs on those plush, comfortable beds for a bit (we both worked long hours that day)before heading down to the casino. I turned my head to tell him something and was instantly distracted by a long piece of red hair. He has no hair and my hair is a mix of dark brown and black. He called management who then switched is to another room. Before I could turn on all of the lights, you could see stains on the chair, couch, and floor. I looked past all of that and proceeded to turn on the little lamp by bed and the corner of my eye instantly zeroed in on more hair as well as something that looked suspiciously like hot cheeto crumbs. They sent up housekeeping to change our bed and she found hair that we didn’t. She laughed with us for about a good 20 min which made me feel a little better. She left and then we left to eat at Phat Thai. Phat Tai can do no wrong in my book. Love you! It’s too late to gamble so we went back to our room to digest, shower, and collapse. Never got to do the last two. While were sitting there we hear a deep rumbling. Hubby had the nerve to ask me was that my stomach. I could have kicked him. I told him it was coming from the bathroom. Before I could investigate, it stopped. Then it started again. When it didn’t stop, I went to check out the source of the noise. Of all things it was the toilet, rumbling and bubbling like a jacuzzi. Not even the best part. Foam starts to form and run up and out of the toilet onto the floor. I had my husband take pictures because I felt nobody would believe me if I told them. By then I am thoroughly disgusted with the whole night and he is irate. He called back downstairs and got a different manager who I felt was a little patronizing from her tone. She sent a floor man with a plunger, like, on what earth do you plunge foam. She then offered a suite but I declined. It’s after 1a and I have to be up at 5a. I just wanted to go home so we did. I still want to thank Jim. He was the night manager and did the best he could while he was on shift. I would also like to apologize to our night housekeeper. I meant to leave her a tip for catching my husband jokes and making me laugh. I can’t recall her name. Phat Thai and those 2 are the only reason why I didn’t rate it a 1 and the 1 would have been stretching it.

    I go to Hollywood and I dont remember ever being charged for a room. I am disabled and cannot go unless someone drives me. They always go above and beyond to help me. I wanted to see Warrant and did not have enough money but I had a room and was going to listen to them outside Boogie Nights. The wonderful people of Hollywood emailed me two comp tickets for the show that night. I didn’t ask for them, they just did it. I would also like to give a shout out to Mark who works behind the bar in the casino and to Greg and Nathan in Boogie Nights. They have always treated me like a friend and not just a customer. I love Hollywood Casino!

    I’m really unhappy right now.

    I planned a romantic Valentine’s Day stay at your hotel with the idea to make a nice homemade meal that we could heat once we got to the room.

    I splurged for the upgraded two room jacuzzi suite only to find out you don’t have microwaves in your rooms.

    I called the front desk and explained how the microwave was a key element of our evening and was told there’s nothing they could do because it’s “advertised right on our website that we don’t have microwaves.”

    I checked. I didn’t see anything, other than microwaves not being listed among the amenities.

    Maybe I should have read that fine print, but even the cheapest hotels I’ve stayed in had microwaves. I wouldn’t think to check a website to see if an upscale hotel had a tv so it didn’t occur to me to check for a microwave.

    While I admit my part in this debacle, I expected more empathy from your front desk. A comped meal – even in your hamburger joint – would have gone a long way to salvaging this night for us.

    Given how much money casinos make and how much we planned to drop on gambling in your establishment this weekend, a $20 comp seems like an incredibly reasonable request. And something your hotel could have easily done.

    There are several other casino hotels in the area that we like. We chose yours tonight. We won’t next time.

    You went for the fast nickel instead of the long dime.

    Hope the $20 was worth it.

    My wife planed a night at Hollywood casino for our anniversary she called and booked a free night so we drove 2 hours to get there after I worked all day we get to desk and they told us they had no more rooms and we had booked our night for the previous night which was the night she had called to make it for the next night the girls at the desk said sorry they would put us on a list but it would not be so after my wife setting there crying we decided to take our money across the river to ameristar casino we will not spend a cent at Hollywood casino again they could of at least comped us a free buffet but did not so good luck if you plan a special night at Hollywood hope it ends better than ours

    After years of playing @Hollywood I finally decide to get a players card like all of my friends. You sent offers in the mail. I made reservations for 2nights.
    We get there, the room was far from “up to par”. The shower didn’t work so I went home to shower, and the room had a trash basket filled w colorful sticky stuff and so on. I’m not one to complain or try to milk for free stuff so I said nothing.
    I went downstairs to check out and didn’t say a word until she asked if something was wrong … I quietly explained the issues and she offered a nicer room on 8th floor. I was like yeah OK. Sounds good.

    It was definitely cleaner and bigger, however, that’s when my view of Hollywood casino changed forever.

    This place is the absolute worst casino I have ever been to and I highly recommend every one to boycott this place. My entire family got bed bugs from their hotel, I was called a douche bag for absolutely no reason by a lady working security at the front of the casino, our toilet did not work for our entire stay and when we we called multiple times asking for someone to fix it, they said nothing could be done at this time and would not even bother to offer us a refund or any comps for our troubles. I will never be coming back to this place and I encourage everyone to do the same.

    *****BEDBUGS!!!******I am so disgusted right now! We were celebrating a promotion last night and on a whim decided to stay at Hollywood Casino Hotel. My son is out of school today and it was like a night away from home. I went to sleep at 1230a just to awake for some odd reason at 2a. Not sure why I awoke but when I did I noticed a black thing moving on the covers. I captured it and took a picture and it appeared to be a baby roach. We checked out immediately and upon forwarding the picture to Saint Louis County Vector control, they have identified as a bedbug! I now have to seek private pest control because we brought our bags inside our home unknowing of the infestation potential it could have on our home…..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!

    My husband and I love the Hollywood Casino! We live in Southeast Mo and have several options for gambling, but we always go to Hollywood!     1st Id like to say that Ive always had great experiences here at hollywood but today of all days on Mothers day has been my worst ever. Housekeeping came in my room after knocking so hard and loud even though I had a do not disturb sign and she says well whats going on with chk out? I told her I was staying extra day and changed with hotel desk. She says im going by the front desk sheet and it says chk out. Then proceeds to next door which is mine as well. And I explain to her in my tshirt and panties thats my room also. She blurts out well yall need discuss it with frnt desk bc yall want to get mad at us for knocking waking you up. I just slammed the door and went on.
    Then I finally make it to casino floor round 2pm and try to get on a machine and lady says its out of service. So I asked Red shirt worker could she service it and she says its out service, I ask again and say its says out of paper then she says with smart attitude I said its out of service. As she walks off I talk to lady next to it and then the red shirt worker comes back as im walkin around and says she act like she cant read it says out of service. Im pissed by now making a complaint which I know nothing will be done but its really sad that workers treat you this way when your spending your money on rooms and gambling to have fun then they are unhapoy or dissatisfied about their job. Hollywood needs to do a clean up on its mean and rude employees..

    Sorry to say that this has been my first bad experience here, the room smelled like mildew and smelly feet. Called the front desk to ask for a different room and was told that they well booked up but she would call me back. Well after a 15-20 min wait I had to call back down to the front desk, talked to a different person, who stated the they were booked up but could send someone up to spray the room. I said ok and that we were going gamble. Came back to the room and the same funk greeted me at the door. NOT a happy person having to sleep in this funky room! All I wanted was a good evening to celebrate my 32nd anniversary, but that didn’t happen!

I had made a reservation about 3-4 weeks ago for a non-smoking king size bed, upon arrival the man at the front desk called someone to see if they could “find a room” for me.     I’m kinda disappointed in the comp deals. I have played here a lot and spend lots of money here. I brought my niece one time and she played a little not much. Just not her thing so she watched me all nite. The next month she gets a 100 birthday money comp. how awesome for only playing one time and only spending 100 dollars all nite. But then comes my birthday month now and I get a 40 comp for my birthday. I play a lot here and lots of money and that’s what I get. I call and ask and they said they do that to get them to come back???? Shouldn’t u guys take care of us that come all time. I’m really upset about my birthday comp and I will come play it next weekend if the front desk will answer my call for a room reservation which I’ve been on hold for 30 mins now( assuming having problems with the lines or something) and I will still come play at ur casino as its my favorite one but really disappointed in the comp. even Alton argosy gave me 100 steak house certificate and I hardly eve play there.     I booked a hotel stay for husbands birthday and then come to find out after we have checked in and had dinner at the Italian restaurant where we spent $100 that the casino is going to be closed from 2am until 9am!

    My husband and I both took work today so that we could play and drink at the casino the whole night. There was 0% mention that the casino was going to be shut down when we booked the hotel otherwise I definitely would not have stayed the night and not wasted a vacation day at my work.

    When we checked out this morning the clerk was not fazed what so ever by the issue and just said there was nothing she could do because it was unscheduled maintenance issue. Which I don’t believe because after we exited the casino to go back to our room to grab a snack around 1am there were signs of the casino being down from 2am -9a…..so if you have signs printed how is it an unscheduled maintenance.

    ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! !!! Have stayed here 5 times now and have had a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!! Only twice were we treated respectfully and the problem got fixed. The other times we were treated very rudely! The last time we stayed our food was messed up and Sherry at the front desk was great!! She got us a room service credit and said that the Celebrity Grill would refund my 10$ food comp….They never did and that was a month ago. We decided to come back again and once again our room service order isnt right and we are missing food. We have also been treated very rudely by the staff. I understand that its probably getting old with us having problems but it is also getting old for us having to deal with the problems. We spend A LOT of money here which is why end up with so many comps and we will DEFINITELY be giving our money to another casino/hotel from now on. Not to mention that our room was horrible and not cleaned well and we couldnt even make coffee because the coffee maker was broken and it took us an hour and a half to get a new one. TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP!!!!!

    Where do I start? Oh the buffet! Food was extremely cold and dry, no one was helping customers, server was sweet, when we complained about our food, we we’re treated badly and disrespectfully. Although they did refund our money. Carpet needs to be replaced, the pipes to the ice machines are visible and gross (cigarette butts in where the water drains), bathroom wall paper tearing, mold near the bathtub and extremely short beds. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND people steer clear of this place and their food!

    Some friends, family, and I stayed there for 2 nights so my daughter and her friends could attend a concert. We paid over $100 a night so I expected a really nice room.
    Pros: Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in (if you like soft
    beds – my mom doesn’t so she hated the bed)
    The staff at the buffet and the coffee place were very friendly
    Fluffy towels
    Cons: Hardly any lighting in the bathroom
    1 roll of toilet paper for our stay
    Buffet food was not worth $20 per person
    Toilet didn’t flush well
    Bathtub and sink drained really slow
    No hot water for a shower early in the morning
    No microwave in room
    Space in closet for luggage was too small to fit a normal size piece of
    The shuttle to the concert was $10 per person – my daughter and her friends got on the shuttle with backpacks. When they got to the concert, a security lady told them they couldn’t have the backpacks and to get back on the shuttle. Well, the shuttle had already left so some nice private shuttle driver let them ride back to the hotel with them. The shuttle driver from the hotel should have told them when they got on that they couldn’t have those bags. Then, when they finally get to the concert, there is severe weather coming and the concert is put on hold, but only after making everyone sit in the rain forever and get drenched did they announce the concert was over.

    Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. This hotel should cost a whole lot less for the little that you get.

    I have always found the rooms to be clean, only once was I dissapointed in my room. It was a non smoking room, but had a very strong smokey smell. The front desk offered me another room immediately. I have received some great promotions from the casino. I just got back from a Carnival cruise and had a great time. Breakfast/ brunch buffet is good too.

    We were very pumped to come here for my sisters 60 th birthday. Drove from Oklahoma and our very first experience did not go well.
    We got bumped from our double queen, newly renovated room to an older, smelly hotel tower with two double beds and a tiny bathroom with low, low lighting.
    After expressing my disappointment… All we got was a $30 food voucher… There are THREE of us! Hello!!! No upgrade, no comp, NOTHING! I will not be back nor will I recommend to others. There are other options in this city!

    Got my September Cruises & Cash brochure in the mail today!
    My Free Slotplay that used to be $5 a week is now reduced to $5 from Sept. 5 to Sept. 18 and $5 from Sept. 19 to Oct. 2. You can’t even afford to give me $20 a month to gamble with – you have to reduce it to $10 a month. That isn’t even worth the gas money to get there. Also, in July and August – I got 2 free buffets twice a month. Now that’s been reduced to BOGO lunch buffet. Check my records I don’t go out to lunch – only dinner….. Have you see what Ameristar Casino is doing? Earn 50 points and get a free buffet – any day of the week. You should be following what they are doing and not down grading your regular gamblers….. It just makes me want to go to Ameristar Casino instead of Hollywood Casino…..

    Stayed here for a concert the only good thing about this place is that you get a shuttle to the venue. And anyone that stays at the hotel does not have to wait in the long general lines to get in and out of venue. The furniture at the hotel is disgusting.     Hmmm where to start! Terrible smelly room, sheets and bedspreads were dirty, stayed two nights, paid more than the ameristar and got no pool! Parking for hotel guests was terrible! By the time we got back from dinner to the hotel, there was NO parking in garage! No incentives to come back! Overcharged for the bed and breakfast package and had to go thru credit card to get my credits, even though I was handed a paper! Check in was 4:00, didn’t get in my room until 5:00! Did I say the room stunk? No satisfaction when I went to front desk! Wouldn’t stay there again! Again no incentives to come back! Drove over 9 hours to get an overpriced, stinky room! Thank you.

    I started going to ameristar and lumier after seeing the rooms here couple months ago. Plus you don’t have to constantly play at the others to get free or discounted stays. The rooms need remodeling and some deep cleaning. We had such bad mold in our room I couldn’t breathe due to asthma and asked to be put in a different room they refused to move us then wouldn’t even refund our money. I won’t be going back here.     It’s a shame. The buffet was awful. The food was not worth the calories. Nothing on the buffet was good. The hotel room and casino and dining room were showing signs of heavy use and no improvements. Have stayed and played here in the past. Not worth stopping for us again.     worse hotel I have ever stayed at. booked 2 nights in a smoking room Friday and Saturday. Go to check in and they don’t have any smoking king rooms, Same you can only request them. Ok so I do get a moved to a double smoking room. that was fine. Until the next day and I go back to room and keys don’t work. they gave our room to someone else and decided to move us to a non smoking room. got no help from the front desk on the matter. my question is since you cant reserve room types why did they take mine away and give it to someone else the next day. cant get answer on that. if I would have known this Friday I wouldn’t have stayed that night. got me to stay under false pretense. time to go back to Ameristar I guess. hell they cant even send a simple email with your reservation to you. stay else where people. thanks for ruining the first news years we have been able to do in over 10 years.

    We made reservations month in advance for three rooms, each room with two queen size beds. We had a group of 10 people. When we got to the hotel, they had three rooms with the amount of 4 beds, so a couple had to buy their own room (we felt so bad), I had to share a bed with my friend and her boyfriend and two others had to share a bed who were uncomfortable with it. Not only this, but 4 of us went to the Buffett and paid $130 for it. Well we didn’t receive our beverages until after we were done eating, the meat wasn’t cooked, the pasta wasn’t cooked. There were no crackers for the crab legs. The food just wasn’t worth $35 a person.
    Later that night, before going to bed around 1:00am, I ordered some Thai food from one of the restaurants in the casino. I took it to my room, had a few bites and realized something was wrong. I stopped eating, went to bed, woke up a few hours later with food poisoning. I was sweating, with a fever and shitting and throwing up every 10 minutes. Remind you, I was sharing a bed with my friend and her boyfriend. Every time I got up, they woke up. This was such a disappointment. I came here to celebrate my bestfriends birthday and ended up sick, tired and unhappy.

    My credit card was ran four times at the buffet total of $400 when I was called was told all three of them will stay pending and the other one will go through meanwhile I have $300 pending on my account good thing I actually have money what about somebody else who just happened to take their family on a birthday dinner and they probably don’t have that kind of money and now you have $300 extra pending on account that they probably don’t have and I ask does this happen all the time or was it just that day and the girl told me no it happens all the time so next time I come I have to pay with cash no matter what.

    This is my second trip to Hollywood Casino in St. LOUIS in the last 5 weeks. My family and I are from Kansas City. . Staying 3 nights again.
    I was very impressed with the hotel our last stay as the rooms were spacious updated and clean..however this time I assume we are in the older part of the hotel. The hallway to our rooms is disgusting so didn’t expect much from our rooms and I was correct. I love how friendly the staff is and the ambiance of the casino. I just don’t see alot of people winning any $ . I just hope tomorrow can change my opinion . I really was excited about visiting frequently from Kansas City.

    We had a special from our points used it for my birthday. We asked for room close to elevators because I have had knee surgery 6 weeks prior got one close enough our room was a king tub and shower tub was deep which was nice. Refrigerator chair and ottoman and desk and chair. Dresser nightstands bed was comfortable room a little chilly but warmed up had no complaints. Gambled rested gambled again had a blast But was worn out.

    Me and my fiancé got a room over night for my birthday. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a casino. We were especially looking forward to the “boogie nights” night club. The staff at the sports bar we sat at and ate was very preoccupied. It took a lot to get their attention and get drinks and a menu. We decided to stand in line over a hour early to get into the club, that might I mention was supposed to feature 70’s and 80’s music. It was even advertised as such which is why we chose to go to this particular casino. After waiting in line for almost 1.5 hours we were let in right at 9pm just to find out it was NOTHING like we expected. Gangster rap, old school rap, and more of the same. That’s fine I like all kinds of music, but it’s not why we drove over two hours to come experience. So, after staying in the club about a hour we decide to leave since it wasn’t what was advertised. We go back to the sports bar with the same service as before. At this point we decided to go to our room at around 12am. Through the whole night all we heard was people fighting, screaming, and loud partying. Eventually at around 2-3am we slept. I really hope this isn’t what casinos and the whole experiences are like, being my first time in 43 years I was a bit disappointed.

    This place was horrible. Rooms where hot and smelled bad. Staff was not courteous. We are at 99 hops and let me tell you the manager there has zero concept of how to ensure a good experience while in his restaurant. They had a band at 7 pm during prime dinning hours we where sat before the band started or set up right in front of the band. No mention of it maybe being loud during sound check and then starting to play. Wouldn’t be a problem if it didn’t take an hour and half to get 6 burgers did i mention there was only 23 people in there to eat as well, just horrible. We moved away from the band along with a few other tables you couldn’t even talk to your server it was the worst experience. Someone spilled a drink and they didn’t clean it up just put a wet floor sign out. A waitress slipped and fell then 10 minutes later a customer slipped and fell and then they decided to clean it up. There was a lack of leadership and managing there. Whatever you do don’t let your wife hold on to your arm and have her head on your shoulder walking through the common area to have a moment with each other we where approached by security telling us my wife was too drunk to be there she had 5 drinks over the course of 5 hours and we are drinkers and can handle it. This completely ruined our weekend the security staff was inconsiderate rude and condescending. They made her go to our room like she was a child. She was not staggering wobbling or anything it was a bad observation we really felt like we where harassed for reason at all complete bullshit. don’t have too much fun here or they will be sure to end it. I later witnessed a female passed out in the hallway and two men where trying to pick her up no security anywhere to be found really….don’t waste your time in this shit hole and go to ameristar. The club was supposed to be a 70’s and 80’s themed club, it was a hip hop club with a rough crowd it was over capacity and the bar staff couldn’t keep up with the demand waited 30 minutes for a drink and then left…trust me you will be disappointed go somewhere else..

    We stayed at the Hollywood casino last night, when we got there and checked in the staff was very friendly, it wasn’t until we got into our room when we started having issues, my husband went to lay in bed and in the sheets were multiple hairs (these were not the hairs that grow on top of your head) which is very disgusting and I’m so glad we notice before actually laying down, I would of been irate! So we packed up all of our stuff and went down to the lobby, we explained to the girl what had happened, which she was very professional about the entire thing, moves us to a new room. When I get to the new room I decided that I was going to take a shower, grabbed a wash clothe, and low and behold there was a hair on it, I started looking at all of the towels and they were all covered in hair! So we packed up again and took the trip back down to lobby, to once again. They did end up upgrading up to a suite which was very nice, by the time it was all said and done it was 1am and we were beyond ready for bed after all of the room switching.

    Me and my wife visited the casino on January 27, 2017. We went to the buffet and then played in the casino for several hours. We haven’t been to the casino in quite some time so we decided to go on a Friday evening for dinner looking forward to the crab legs and the many other items at the buffet. Our wait wasn’t bad, the dining area was not filled. We had to wait numous times for plates when visiting the buffet in fact we ended up using the small desert plates for our dinner. It was very frustrating as we both enjoy crab legs but found us limited to what we could put on our plates. We paid $35 each to enjoy a good meal but left feeling ripped off. We even made several comments to the staff regarding our issue without much concern or response. We expect to lose money playing slots but really didn’t expect to be ripped off at the buffet.

    My husband got there Thursday night when he checked in the lady was really nice changed his room to 2 double beds as my girls and I were coming on Friday night. When he got to his room and went to lay down he saw a bunch of hair on the bed (not the hair on your head either. Same goes for in the shower. He then called downstairs and made a complaint as he was assured that someone would be up to clean his room. Noone ever showed up. He then went to Walmart to buy his own blankets and cleaning supplies just to feel clean and be able to sleep. He had work on Friday and called again to see if someone could clean the room still nothing. He asked for more shampoo and a shaving kit took 40 mins but never got the shampoo. When we arrived on Friday night we asked if there were stairs going up because my 3 year old daughter hates elevators was told security has to escort you up but they were to busy at the moment. Will never be going to here again.

    A group of us decided to go down this past Friday night for the Crab-leg Buffet and some gambling. Very disappointed with the buffet. From the last time we went to this past Friday night, it looks like the dessert bar was about half the size and they had a couple of guys giving you a limited amount of crab legs after paying $35.00 for the buffet. The rest of the buffet was much to brag about either, most of it didn’t look appetizing. The last thing, we had eat out of small plates because apparently the back was not keeping up with the dishes. I would have understood that part if the place had been packed, but it wasn’t. Very disappointed.

    I love crab legs and we were made aware of your crab leg buffet. We live near Springfield Illinois. And my husband doesn’t have the same love for them but the ones who highly recommended your establishment said the buffet itself was amazing.     I had went to the buffet for the crab legs (after being recommended to the place for a nice buffet). We walked in and we needed to stand in two lines (first was very long, with that amount of people you would think there’d be more than one/two cashiers). I love crab legs and was VERY excited about trying them. We stood in another line for the crab legs. When we finally got to sit down to enjoy them it seemed like they were not that fresh. It was very hard to snap the legs, the shells were very soggy. When i went Togo back for more to try if they were better than the first batch and they had no more plates so i was unable to get a second batch. Also, I did grab some shrimp and several of them were not edible. I also had the dessert and it was pretty disappointing a lot of the food tasted bland and had no flavor. Overall I was not impressed with the variety and quality of the food for the price.

    Went for the first time on Sunday. We had brunch at the buffet and then enjoyed some slot play. We normally go to the lumiere appx 2-3 times a month. I will say I am glad we made the trip to Hollywood. First off the buffet was leaps and bounds better than the one offered at lumiere. The food selection was better and taste was also better. It seems the actually put some thought into their menu. Our server was very polite and always kept drinks refilled. The hostess at the rewards counter was also very welcoming and answered all questions about their rewards programs. The slot play was good. They have a great selection of different types of machines. The only thing I would personally like to see is more of the hi tech interactive themed slots. We will be making the drive to Hollywood more often bypassing the lumiere.

    Currently 8:30 am. There has been construction going on since 7am. Woke up to everything in our refrigerator frozen. Called the front desk thinking the noise was from the room next to us using a paper shredder asking for someone to resolve the issue. Had to call back again 10 minutes later, as they then proceeded to inform us of the construction neglecting to give us a courtesy return call back the 1st time nor did they uniform us before requesting the room. We will never return to this hotel. This is ridiculous! Very uninviting.

    I stayed here for the first time in January and it was horrible. The room is small and outdated compared to where I usually stay (Ameristar). Tried to take a bath and the water wouldn’t stop draining so relaxing wasn’t an option. I got food from the restaurant in the casino close to the tables games and EVERYTHING was extremely overpriced. $10 for a Philly cheesesteak and nothing was included. Keep in mind my whole reason for coming was the Blackjack Tourney which sold out before i could even get there since i drove two hrs. This was my worse experience at a casino. Stick to one of the others in the area is my advice to anyone

    I’d like to know your policy on emergencies. I was there tonight when an emergency occurred in the buffet and I heard a call for help. Being CPR and First Aid certified I responded. After realizing the patient was coherent stating she was overheated and dizzy I asked one of your workers for a cold cloth to put on her neck and forehead and was told nothing could be done until
    EMTs arrived. Seems rather ridiculous. I wasn’t asking to feed her food, give her pills, etc. What if she wasn’t breathing, would your worker have prevented me from starting CPR since the EMTs weren’t there yet?

The girls up at the buffet are very courteous and friendly, the desk clerks always go out of their way to fix things when or if something is wrong with our rooms, and we have the best Hostess whenever we come up.

    Yes, this is an EXCELLENT casino. I like the comfortable layout. To me, there is something about being inside of Hollywood Casino’s lobby area where I immediately feel better regardless of what kind of day I had prior.

    I also like that there are lots of games, free beverage, great restaurants, they have one of the BEST buffets in town with great food that is usually fresh (and I’ve been to ALL of the Casino buffets and Hollywood and Ameristar are literally the best of all of them. Of ALL of the buffets in the St. Louis, I truly rank them no. 1. And this is no joke! I’m not just saying this!! They earned the above rank give or take!!! There is no second place with above two Casinos and I have been to A LOT of buffets in St. Louis)!!

    I also like Hollywood’s staff. Their staff is friendly (especially in the restaurants). Many of them make me feel at home and even part of the family. And I just like the environment at Hollywood better than all of the other Casinos in town. So, I can’t really say that I have any complaints about Hollywood. Their VIP isn’t all you can eat like at Ameristar and River City, but Hollywood makes up for that via points towards meals each time one makes a certain amount of points. And I’d rather eat at their 5 star restaurants anyway; ESPECIALLY their buffet.

    Plus, Hollywood’s location is away from the city where one can enjoy fresh air, beautiful scenery, there is a beautiful lake and beach nearby on Marine street just a few blocks down where one can concentrate and have peace of mind.

    Thus, all of the above are things that Hollywood has going for itself. It is an OUTSTANDING place to go.

    I had a absolutely horrible experience! OK we get there to check into hotel and the lady adviced us at this time there were doing construction in which started at 8 o’clock! Well at this point we are here, we were like can’t be that bad! We check in and we are the 3rd floor! Then we preceed to the casino were we loose 2500 bucks and we can’t even get a comp for food! We are regulars and its getting very disappointing we can’t get crap! So we go up to bed around 3 am keep in mind that’s why we got hotel this was our night out away from kids got extended checkout to sleep! OMG WHERE WE WRONG! the construction was so loud they were drilling and everything! I was so upset! They should be telling you this when you call and book a room NOT WHEN YOU GET THERE! like I said we are regulars who play but are really considering to change casino!

    We had our date night at Hollywood Thursday night….we love coming to the casino the atmosphere is so laid back and friendly, everyone from the staff to other patrons make the time spent enjoyable.     Overall good experience but when I lost my ID in the casino the staff was less than helpful i couldn’t get back in the casino with no ID and they refused to escort me to where I was playing slots not 5 minutes earlier nor would they make the effort to check for themselves. They also implied that if the did find my ID it was now the casinos property and we’re very vague on whether they would return it or not. Naturally I was annoyed by the unresponsiveness of staff. What does it matter to them if I’m out another 37$, right? Also the suite we stayed in had no water pressure and the bedding was a small step up from a motel 6. The 80’s night club was very entertaining however, with a lot of seating options and a great dance floor. Still want my ID back though. Not a bad hotel but I don’t think they will see any more business from me. ?

    Went to the buffet around 4:30-5pm Monday the 17th when they opened, food took awhile to full up the buffet. Food was good, service was good. After our meal my boyfriend went to the bathroom, ended up having to jump a stall to help a man who was unconscious. The staff pushed him away and told him to go about his normal business. They didnt even ask for a statement of what happened or anything. When he asked if the man was going to be okay the women told him to mind his own business, even though he was the one who alerted the staff of his condition to attend to his needs. I did call Hollywood today to see if I could be informed if the man was okay, but was told I had nothing to worry bout. I do hope the man is okay, and thank my boyfriend and the staff for being quick to react.

    We called to get a room. They literally told us we could check in at 4 am with a rate of $169. We dove 5 hours. Called to double check with them at 3 am and they confirmed. Arrived at 5 and they told us the computers were down and there was nothing they could do. A girl named Mary helped us. We could have got another room somewhere else instead we were lied to, drive all that way and had to drive around for another hour to get a hotel. We Called to talk to a supervisor after paying for another room and they could only discount a room by $10. They wouldn’t do anything to discount or help us get another room after paying for another hotel and quoting us that price. Never again.

    Hollywood had been my casino of choice not anymore. New rooms have beds which are very uncomfortable feels like sleeping on a pillow col into middle if bed no support. The renovations make the room feel cheap with only blinds and no curtains. You collect enjoy money surely you can afford curtains. Lastly payouts are horrible you might as well have a collection plate out front so we can drop off our donations. I realize I will lose money but feel foolish when paying 50 cents and lose 200 in less than 30 minutes. I will have to find another source of entertainment. People except to lose at casino but when people feel foolish that’s another story. Just look at the decline of the number walking into the casino. DOWN

    Absolutely disgusted at this buffet. My boyfriend and his mother and I went to the buffet last night for a birthday dinner (April 27 around 6:30pm) our service was average but my boyfriends mother found a bug crawling around on her plate and multiple bones in her catfish nuggets. She complained to our waitress and she brought over the buffet manager and the chef. The chef was much more apologetic than the manager (Landon I believe) who didn’t seem to care at all.
    He took pictures of the bug on her plate, then walked away. He returned moments later to tell us that after he examined her plate the “bug” wasn’t a bug but a piece of pepper. Obviously it was crawling and nothing on her plate had peppers and the little bugs were all over the wall in the corner we were seated in. When we asked for some sort of compensation for the poor experience the manager rudely said nothing more than no and left us to finish our “meal”.
    All in all this is poor managed and poor excuse for a restaurant.

    Well when I got there to get our room for the night that I reserved 3 days ago the lady said they had no non-smoking rooms left and she would give me a brand new room. The sunset tower rooms just opened today so I said ok I will take that because we don’t smoke and like to stay in a smoking room. We went to our room and it looked very nice but the whole section of hotel had the bad smell of formaldehyde from the new carpet. We thought we’ll it’s not that bad so we stayed the night. I go up around 3:00am so sick with a massive headache and couldn’t breath with nausea. The floor glue smell was toxic and my fiancé wasn’t breathing good so I woke him up at 4:45! I said babe we have to get out of here this place is toxic and we will have major problems if we don’t. He finally came to and said wow the glue smell is so strong . He had a bad headache and nausea. Very lethargic and dizzy!! We left ASAP. We go home this morning and both don’t feel right at all. We are sick from this from floor glue toxin!! Don’t stay in the section until it’s safe!! If we would have been old people with a lung problem we probably would be dead!!! And to top it off the new toilet wouldn’t work but that was least of our problems . We might have to go to the ER

The staff was great even though I wasn’t spending money. We ate at Phat Thai. Awesome portions, flavor amd service there.     I called in to the hotel that morning to let them know that I would not be in until midnight. I asked if that was a problem…no problem I will put a note in the system they said. Haha yeah right!

    So I drive my hour to get there and I get to the front desk and the lady says due to our 9PM cancellation policy your room has been canceled. I had just called in that morning and was told it would be okay. It seems like they had a problem with someone putting in the notes because the couple in front of me had the same issue.

    Then they have a lady working the front desk who can’t due anything but say I can’t fix the problem. She just kept repeating due to our 9pm cancellation policy…a kid can do the job of repeating a phrase. If you can’t fix it find someone who can. And why the hell don’t they have someone working that can make decisions around that place.

    There is a reason why they are one of the worst casinos in this area. Hopefully they can fix their issues.

    I solid nothing special. Requested Executive suite. Booking agent should have told me I was requesting a high roller suite which wasn’t available, as it was what I was expecting. The room we were given was just standard room. Called desk, THAT is when we were informed what I had requested was a high roller gifted room.
    Ok, so we tried to make the best of it, went to the steakhouse for dinner. I ordered a medium well steak….came out bloody-medium raw at best. Disappointing.
    It was my anniversary, wanted something special. Honestly had I known we were getting a bare minimum, run of the mill room, I would have booked at another hotel with at least a jacuzzi tub…it was to celebrate our 22nd anniversary.

Staff is always friendly and the dealers are entertaining which makes the experience even better. I ate at 99 Hops and the food was good.     I was at the casino recently and we stopped for breakfast before going to the Casino floor. They had 1 person at the register at 8:30am, the line was extremely long and moving very slow, we are use to Hollywood being poorly staffed however those that are at work are usely very polite.
    However on this morning, I witnessed a women trying to return a ball cap (with a reciept) that she had purchased the previous night and decided she didn’t like it. Simple return right? Oh no. The employee said with a half smile/laugh ,I can’t return that and there is no manager so come back after 12 and maybe they can help you. Seriously? What company does that, no one on site to handle a return? What BS. The customer was nice and asked a few more time politely but was ignored by the employee. I can only say that employee was lucky it wasn’t me she was dealing with, I was in sales (retail) for many years and that is so unacceptable.
    Hollywood needs to get themselves together or they can only expect to have continued bad reviews. Too bad, this use to be a really nice place to spend an evening.

    Had a very negative experience at the customer service desk when trying to receive a player’s card. I just turned 21 last week and my sister had convinced me to get a player’s card and come up there with her from time to time since her and her boyfriend play there a lot. I have pretty severe social anxiety so my sister walked up to the desk with me and told the man (can’t remember his name for the life of me) that I was there for a player’s card. I gave him my I.D. And the first question he asked me was “What is your middle name?” Okay, now I completely understand why he was asking questions, I get that they have to take precautions to make sure that I am who I say I am, the I.D. Isn’t fake, etc. so I told him my middle name. But it didn’t stop there he asked me 3 or 4 more abstract questions like “how tall are you?” “What’s your zodiac sign?” Then he asked “what’s your initials” having already told him my middle name I figured he just wanted my first and last, so I responded with “EW”. This man very rudely responded with “what, you don’t have a middle name?” I was being treated like a liar. My boyfriend was getting his player’s card at the same time and was only asked one question about his birthday. Like I said, I understand the precaution, but I feel like my experience was a little excessive.

My 18 year old daughter was staying on the property and got stuck in an elevator for almost 2 hours!! The Hotel security/staff was very rude, unprofessional and blatantly lied to my face several times. I completely understand that things happen that are beyond their control (how long it took the elevator company to arrive) but the way their staff handled things was unacceptable, i would expect more from a Casino/Hotel. Shame on you Hollywood.

    Very disorganized front desk. Room rates were higher than what thought. Once in the room the bedding was not secured on the mattress and came off when we pulled back the covers. Even at 5pm cleaning crews were still in the hallways cleaning rooms. If going to a concert at the amphitheater it would be smarter to just pay $40 for the vip experience instead of getting over charged for a room not worth the amount. Make sure when checking out you get a bill to make sure you get charged correct amount.

    We had a fabulous stay at Hollywood Casino. Our room was ready upon arrival and it was extremely clean. This was our first time to visit Hollywood. We were in town for a concert. The shuttle service to the concert was well organized and very efficient. I love to play slots!! I didn’t win but didn’t lose much and got to play for quite some time. I will return in the future.     Everywhere reeks of cigarettes room floors are NOT clean.

    I only stopped on my way home to Oklahoma from central Illinois–a trip I make often, but the first time I chose this Casino. It was awesome! I only regret that I did not get a players card that might have afforded me the opportunity for a discounted room on my next trip in July My first bet resulted in a bonus of $948 and then I had two jackpots to follow that with a total win of over $5000! Whooohooo. Now you understand why I wish I had gotten the players card. The cashiers were extremely nice and helpful. They made great recommendations, but most importantly, they “found” me to return the $39 ticket I had left at the first jackpot machine in all my excitement. I will be back!

    We had a very nice visit. I used to go all the time when Harrahs owned it. Check in was very fast with an excellent representative. Buffet was pretty pricey and the food just not that great. $100+ for 4 people, we felt disappointed. Casino was clean and all of our interactions with floor, dealers, and cocktails were exceptional. Huge drawback were the rooms. You get 2 twins, not queens. The blinds in the Sunset towers are made of some type of paper. They neither go up or down and the sun blasts you at 6AM. All in all not worth the $235 a night.

    I went to what is supposed to be a pre-party before the concert. They charge $50 for all you can eat buffet and drinks and a shuttle ride to and from concert with an after party advertised. The only thing good is the shuttle. The food consisted of cold burger patties, extremely fatty pulled pork, soggy cold breaded chicken wings and hard pretzel sticks. The flavor of the park was good if you were lucky enough to get some non fatty pieces. They had very good brownies and cookies though. The bar tender was nice and accommodating. They had tables but no chairs so you had to stand the whole time. Also, FYI, there is no after party as advertised, it closes down at 7pm. Definitely not worth $50 per person. I could have gone to the real buffet upstairs for $25 per person and bought my two drinks from the bar for less than that. It’s a rip off. For $10 you get just the shuttle ride, that is worth it if you plan on drinking, but nothing else.

    I attended two concerts at the Hollywood Casino & Ampitheatre 2 weekends in a row. Dierks Bentley on July 29th and then Chris Stapleton on August 5th. Both times we attempted to check in at 330-4p, which is after the posted check in time, I had to wait for a room. The 29th was a bachelorette party and we had 5 women that had to get ready for the concert and we didn’t get into our room until 5p and the shuttle started at 6p concert at 7p. August 5th it was my boyfriend and I and we arrived at 415 and waited until 550p to get into our room. Now- I know about flip time on motel rooms, my mother owns a motel and I have cleaned my fair share of rooms. It just seems like bad planning on housekeeping. The first weekend the room was great! Clean, fresh smelling and the bathroom was super clean. We were in room 477. We ate at the 99 Hops house, the food was great!! Loved the onion rings!! The 2nd weekend we were in 570 and we got into our room and it was clean, however the bathtub had not been cleaned. It had hair in the tub and water left from a previous shower. We again ate at the 99 Hops house and I had the Tacos, they were fantastic!! He had the brisket sand and it was good as well. This place is nice and it’s less than 4 hours away….but I am not sure if I would stay here again or get a room somewhere else next concert. The shuttle was very handy, but pricewise for the whole package, I don’t know if it’s worth it.

    My husband and I came down to celebrate our anniversary we went on the Budweiser tour which was great And then was looking for somewhere to stay I called the casino and she told me they had no availability but then while I was on the phone my husband booked us a room online. We went in and told them about this when we went to check in and they had no explanations to why she told me there was no rooms. We got to our room, carpets leading to the sunset tour was dirty, our room was hot, dusty, smoky, ashes all over, toilet barely worked. And all mirrors dirty. Gaming machines was filthy. Bathrooms dirty. Came back up to room and noticed room was still hot after I had set it to 67 several hours before. Came home today and this room we booked for $226 ended up as $315… Wow happy anniversary huh. Will not be going back, next time we will make sure we book ameristar or somewhere else early on.

    We stayed at the Hollywood casino hotel last night. First I went to check in at 9:00, and waited a long time. We walked a mile to our room and got there and it was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled strongly of nicotine and there was no tub. I specifically rent hotel rooms with tubs because I don’t have one at home. I called the front desk and had to go back down and get a room in a different tower. Non-Smoking??? sure couldn’t tell it by me. It stunk so bad. I breathed it in all night. Couldn’t sleep. Kept putting oils on so I could breathe because the smell was so bad. I woke up with a sore throat from the smoke. I guess it was coming from the casino. I don’t know but it was gross. I won’t be back ever. I probably won’t stay at another casino hotel ever.

I almost died at dinner and was treated absolutely horribly by management this morning to the point where they were threatening me after a horrible experience the night before to which absolutely nothing was done about?!?! I am in absolute shock over how I’ve been treated today. I am so upset about how things have been handled the whole way through.
    Complete insanity. After all that, I was told to leave a message for the Safety and Risk manager and she’ll call me back tomorrow. We’ll see.

    My husband and I visited on 9/20/17 – 9/24/17. We had a wonderful time at the casino and St. Louis area. We flew in from DC with a wonderful offer and got to see Billy Joel at Busch Stadium (great seats)! We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Gitto’s (Italian Restaurant) and had a wonderful waiter. We had use of the Executive Producer’s Club and that would be where my only complaint comes in and it’s not huge, but should be recognized to enhance a better experience by people. Firstly before the feedback, Kelly was an awesome bartender on Wednesday night, she took great care of us and made us feel like a local. My issue is you had to show a pass to get into the club (as I am a Producer). Two times when checking in we were told oh you can put that away (our pass) as Producers are allowed in tonight. We did not know that when ordering our drinks (at table area) that we needed to show it again. It apparently caused confusion and led us to be charged. When I explained this to the server, she got a bit testy and said well you should have showed it to me. She ultimately got it straight after about 20 minutes, but never communicated to us what was happening. Bar service was awesome, table service not so much. Again, it did not ruin our trip, just seemed out when everyone else we encountered at the hotel/casino offered excellent customer service. Thank you Hollywood, we would like to visit again next year and thank you Cassandra for all of our arrangements.

I lost my purse and knew I would never see it again. Security called my room at 5 am to tell me that they had it and was bringing it up to me.     We booked a non smoking room and at check in we were advised we had a non smoking room. We definitely were not in a non smoking room. We called the front desk and the lady told us because we booked through a third party like Expedia that they can’t guarantee we get what we ask for. Our room smelled so bad of smoke that our clothes and our suitcases smelled. The casino was so smoky it made us sick. We will never stay here again.

    They don’t honor each guest at this casino I’ve been playing a while here and I’m a high level player and they don’t send me any offers and when they did it was a five dollar bet… They suck and are racist

    Great Casino although my hotel stay was horrible. Noisy party next door till 4am. Called front desk nothing called security nothing. Called manager left voice mail….nothing.

    We’ll have been going there for years now every two months. I would like to say I have won some money but all those machines there do is take and take and take. We usually get a pretty nice room but the last several visits the beds were like sleeping on cement and the pillows so big there is absolutely no way you won’t get a neck ache by morn! The staff is always very accommodating but when it comes to trying to get a nice bed and pillows…..they have no beds or different pillows. Also, this time we made reservations 2 months ago and they had no room available so they put us in a handicapped room. Felt very uncomfortable ….what is someone handicapped needed that room????? I think I am threw going there for a while will try another casino.
