While this is a nice hotel I definitely do not believe it was worth the rate we paid. Was a little disappointed… The restaurants close early, some as early as 9pm so we were stuck eating in the food court which was not any better than the local malls. The pools and SPA also close early, 7 pm,! it’s summer time.

  2. Robin Kaszas say:

I generally dont win but I won a little this time.. what i like are the slot machine choices, what I hate is all the smoke…I had a headache and was dizzy. Cant get away from the smoke. And, my gelato was terrible!! Tasted like it had freezer burn. Almost like old ice cubes. Waste of money. I bought for 5 people, spent 25 bucks and it sucked.. hence the 3 stars…!!!

  3. Rich Huffman-Hutchins say:

Was not appreciative to see maintenance/cleaning carts expressing political views. I expect to come, enjoy myself and not have political views involved. I’ll think twice before returning.

  4. Silvia Pires say:

Loved it ! I really appreciated the support team at the front desk, they were welcoming and efficient. Rooms was very clean, bed is confortable with in good quality linens. Adult pool area is nice.Best casino by far in AC and lets not even speak to the restaurants available on site. I ll be back ! Thank you

  5. Anthony Fazio say:

I have been going to borgata for years me and my wife go a few times a year. Was not happy with the last visit to many changes since mgm came into picture. Changes from towels in room being to small and not of same quality as before. Payouts being horrible not enough drink takers. Room also had some issues. Shower had no water pressure, so they sent up a maintenance guy who basically told me thats how it is. The water was basically trickling out. After some debate he took apart the shower and replaced all of the pieces and shower worked as intended. Maintenance guy insisted it was same as before, Not even close. Hope things change back too a more quality place we are uses to or i guess we have to find a new place to go.

  6. Gail Haley say:

The Borgata is a beautiful hotel that has everything you need……you don’t even have to leave the hotel. The casino is beautiful. Beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I will chose this every time I come.

  7. Larry Montozzi say:

Poor customer service. The beer garden was closed at night.

  8. Karen Kasman say:

The smoke in the casino is soooo thick you can swim through it, and it was way too warm inside casino. Bobby Flays was spot on! Lobster continues to be sweet and delicious! Bathrooms in hotel rooms need a little touch up, black between marble outside shower. Shower floods bathroom floor.

  9. Elizabeth Blundin Richter say:

Sorry to say I have to agree with the comments about Borgata since MGM took the helm. Checked in at 2pm.and the room was still not ready by 4:15 pm. I was told rooms were not guaranteed for 4pm check in. Don’t think they would be ok with me not guaranteeing an 11 am check out. It has become evident that the staffing has been cut to a minimum. From the bathrooms to the slot techs to housecleaning …it is evident. One other thing. The furniture in “The Living Room” is filthy. I know people can be disrespectful and frankly…slobs. They behave in ways I would think they would not in their own homes. However, not all of us put our dirty shoes on furniture or allow our children to wipe their noses or food laden fingers on same. Some of us just want a clean place to sit our clean selves down. The standards have just been going south at Borgata.
One more thing. I went up to the M life rewards desk to ask one question. I was looking for the line reserved for Gold Cards as there were probably 30 to 40 folks in the other line. I was informed you found the Gold card line only slowed things up when it gets busy. Can you please tell me what the point of having a preferred card is if you don’t honor the rewards “when it’s busy”?
Can only say I was disappointed and I hope conditions improve.

  10. Jay Sims say:

Save your money. For about $500 a night, the room is just that, a room. Nothing special. You’d think for the money you’d get a bottle of water or something. Nope.

We had a room that was adjoining. There was no sound proofing between the rooms and we could hear the guys in the room next to us like they were in our room. From the conversation we heard, they were there for s bachelor party. Language definitely wasn’t kid friendly. Glad we left them home.

The casino smelled of smoke throughout., even in the no smoking sections, the elevators, the areas outside the casino floor. Your clothes will smell of smoke when you go home.

The pool closed at 8:pm. Why?

The show we saw was great (Jeff Dunham) and the restaurant was good (Wolfgang Puck), everything else….. don’t waste your money.

  11. Keith Kindred say:

Being my first time there. I have no complaints except being a little stingy with the bathroom wash cloths…lol, Love there buffett!!

  12. Scott W. Baker Sr. say:

I love the place and everytime I seen a show there excellent but to eat there are you kidding me…..46 dollars for a 12 oz steak and 300 hundred a night to stay……and they wonder why ac is going to waste…..make it so real people can stay and enjoy saw Jeff Dunham last night was going to get a room and eat there…….drove home and had popeyes….seeing shows there a 5 after that save your money

  13. Bjorn Joseph say:

The buffet closes at 10pm?? Wth???!!! After the show I had the munchies and they closed the buffet!!!!!

  14. Ricardo Mendez say:

Very rude from the get go! Signs indicated new member perks, employee said we were wrong and that we read it wrong (our whole party read it wrong). No welcome, no nothing. Ask for a drink (whom they have wear barely any clothes), half an hour later, still no drink. I would have left by now but I was here with others. Being as they don’t want my money, I retire to my room early. No extra blankets or pillows. Why should I have to call down to ask for them. I could not wait to get out of here the following morning, to head over to the Golden Nugget who actually wanted my money. Will not be back.

  15. Howard Kossman say:

Great service. Nice clean room employed very helpful can’t wait to come back.

  16. Anthony Giannattasio say:

Very nice Casino. The show was fine. The parking was very easy and made the trip that much more enjoyable. If you can afford the rooms, it helps to be of the one percenters, a great place to have a vacation in the summer.

  17. Marsha Capri say:

First time ever staying there (AC regulars) and I must say we were very pleased with customer service, parking, atmosphere, room service, room rates, early bird check in at 7am (wow), restaurant options, bars, etc. We will be back!

  18. Mary Celentano say:

Stayed at the Borgata over the weekend and had a great time. Room was clean, people were helpful and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit.

  19. Sarah Peacock-Elia say:

We went to see Jeff Dunham, his show was fantastic! But we were completely disappointed in our stay at the Borgata. From the food to the service, the ability to find our way around, it just was not what we had hoped.

  20. Joseph Bilson say:

I went to see jeff Dunham yesterday and I was very impressed by the facility I even walked out a winner from the casino the staff was great and it was nice to see security was tight around the casino

  21. Angela Davis Monroe say:

Beautiful casino. Lots of slots & table games to choose from. Didn’t stay here so can’t comment on rooms.
We are poker players & follow the WSOP Circuit. The poker tournaments here, that are NOT associated with the WSOP, are the WORST ran tournaments we have ever been too. Not sure the ones running it know what they are doing. Anticipating more buyins, they broke the 9 handed tables down to 5/6 handed tables. (Never had anyone else buyin). Most of the players complained and even called a Mgr over. But they still left the tables playing 5/6 handed. Broke the tables the same way the next day. Leave the tables playing as full as possible until you NEED to break the tables.

  22. Terry DiGiacomo say:

I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service before. Attended Saturday night for a bachelorette party and we had reserved two rooms next door to each other. Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm and when returning from the pool at 4:30 we were told our rooms were still not ready. 45 minutes later we were told only one room was ready. We had 8 girls who needed to get ready for a 7:30 dinner reservation. We decided to go up to the room that was ready to at least have a place to sit. Upon having our bags sent to our room we were harrassed by a bellhop that we needed to open our bags because they “felt too heavy and must have alcohol in them.” Since that is invading our privacy we did not agree and were told security would have to come check our luggage. He told the front desk we had boxes of open wine and beer in our room, which was even close to true. Not only did we not have alcohol with us we had just literally just walked into our room. At 6 pm we still had not received our 2nd room and when going to the bell services to check on it we were given a condescending attitude by Kevin who said our room was still not ready and the security issue was a priority. Security coming or not coming is not the reason why our room was still not ready 2 hours later. After complaining again Kevin “magically” gave us another room on that floor that I’m sure had been available for quite some time. We were told we could have a 12pm check out but were not compensated any further for not having anywhere to go and barely making our reservation on time. Cleaning services knocked on our door at 930am the next day to begin cleaning.. funny how we can start cleaning that room before even normal check-out, but we can’t get a room cleaned for 2 hours to check in. I will never be returning to the Borgata and will be sure to let others know of the horrible experience and customer service we received.

  23. Deborah Morgan-Vasile say:

Went to see Jeff Dunham. Great show. Casino floor and restrooms very clean. Went to The Beer Garden after the show. Had drinks with excellent service.

  24. Roger Rosswaag say:

I’ve read a lot of negative reviews… I am just trying to wrap my head around that. Just stay there for two nights… Sunday and Monday. I had a great experience. Check in was very easy at 5 PM (which is the schedule check in time by the way). The Bellman were great and respectful when taking up for all our bags. Everyone we came in contact was polite and friendly. I made several comments to different employees of the hotel throughout my stay. My room was clean and comfortable… Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The cleaning staff were very friendly. I was really pleased with our woman assigned to our room. She did a great job. I enjoyed the variety of table games and slot machines… Love the pool, the gym, the variety of different restaurants , The ease of parking, access to the jitney, the parents and cleanliness of the entire hotel,… Can go on and on. This place is top notch. No other hotels in Atlantic City compared to this. Thank you as always for your amazing service and for keeping the hotel fun and exciting! I recommend this place to everyone.

  25. Jay Clookey say:

Talk about feeling like you are nothing, this place did that in spades. The only redeeming quality was Guiseppe in Angeline who was very attentive and personal. The cocktail waitresses stormed around like they hated life and nearly ignored you when they weren’t scowling at you, there was a charge on our card for $15 from the hotel for what I have no idea since we paid in advance for the room (an explanation would have been nice) We had ordered 2 orders of Tiramisu to bring home to our daughters from Angeline and they threw it out on us, the slots were by far the worst I’ve ever played (I have no disillusions about winning, so it isn’t sour grapes there… its that they weren’t fun at all, there were no small wins and slow bleeds on the bankroll, playing bonuses etc… just pretty much catastrophic fall… and we played a substantial amount of money since this was supposed to be our vacation) The tables were ok with most dealers being somewhat personable but for what really and truly is a service industry business they failed at service EPICALLY… really do not think I’ll ever return to this or any other M life casino… Turning stone, Akwesasne Mohawk, Del Lago, Several in CT or Vegas but at this point this whole thing left my wife and I with a very negative feeling towards the borgata and AC in general… Sad as I had wanted to try Bobby Flay, Wolfgang Puck’s and Geoffrey Zakarian’s restaurants on subsequent visits. Honestly the best parts were the bed which was comfortable and the shower which actually had AMAZING pressure and volume.

  26. Anthony Nandoo say:

I was there July 4 2017, staff said pool was being clean will be reopened July 5. July 5, pool still closed. July 25, 2017, my younger kids looking foward for pool, again pool closed for cleaning. Borgata you’ve become very dissapointing. A straight & honest answer would have been appreciated or let the kids use your other pool as compensation.

  27. Pat Daniels say:

Customer service management (Linda) was not friendly at all
I went to check on my bill and it was too much confusion. The rooms are not worth the rate per night.
There is not any entertainment during midweek!!!!
So we had to leave the hotel and go somewhere else. Because there was no entertainment….
When you call the front desk .. definitely on hold too long

  28. Louis Malfara say:

Room was beautiful and clean. People working very pollte and helpful pool water just right and seafood excellent. And comedy show good. Can’t wait to go back with my family again.Thank You

  29. Pete Donovan say:

This new system with waiting for a text when your room is ready sucks. Also I asked the check in guy to put the resort fees on my credit card and not to take them out of my comps. Of course the next morning they were taken out of my comps. On a good note the hotel was still clean.

  30. José Del Valle say:

Excellent hotel, restaurants and shops. Very well recommended

  31. Mary Jane Lahurd say:

The faculty was overwhelmingly nice….the hotel is lovely with excellent restaurants

  32. Ruth M. Perez say:

So I’ve been here for two days now and I read all the reviews. I came here expecting either a good or bad experience. I must say; it has been nothing but amazing. The In-Dining has been amazing. Our first order was at 10:20’ish at night. The food came HOT & tasteful. The second order was for breakfast. That also was pleasant-full, fulfilling and tasted as expected. The room service attendant was cleaning while I was in the room with my babies, she was very caring. (She was a mid-aged Latina on floor 38 with glasses, I wish I would’ve caught her name.) She was also very very pleasant and wasn’t rude or made me feel any less than a respected guest. The guest service reps on the few phone calls I had, between the concierge & In-Dining were friendly, sweet and greeted us every time. Check-in was a breeze as I was able to check in a half-hour early. The room was ready & cleaned before 4PM. I received a text message to pick up my key as I ate at the Mediterranean restaurant and it was a rapid fast response as well. Parking was great, because we’re here for a few days; so we received a parking pass that’s valid in any casino parking lot for 24hrs with overnight guest.

I check out tomorrow and going forward; if needed I will edit the review with a date and “Update” status, but I currently don’t need too.

Maybe things have changed, but either Borgata or Borgata with new MNGT by MGM, I am having a wonderful experience. Hopefully, we’ll have a reason to return here in the future.

  33. Roberta Keyser Fortune say:

Excellent service from start to finish… the employees are the power in keeping that hotel positive. Thanks for going the extra steps to help our party of 5 girlfriends have memories and good times!! Thank you!

  34. Mary Rosenfeld Norris say:

My husband and I stayed there Wednesday night and the customer service was awful every where we went. We ordered lunch and it came out wrong and the girl was not even sorry that she did it wrong. She was annoyed and had an attitude. Not even I’m sorry. They had to close the bar by the pool because they were short handed and the customers got mad because they were not told and the waitrsss was annoyed again. What happened to the customer is always right and just do the right thing. We will be going back to the Golden Nugget where they treat their guests with smiles and appreciate them for spending their time with them.

  35. Andrea Pace say:

Wonderful service from the start to the end… employees went above and beyond to make our stay excellent!! I worked for Disney for 12 years and I have a high expectation for customer service and this Hotel and the experience is a 5 star for sure!! Keep up the great work.

  36. Melissa Dellafiora-Jachens say:

We went because my husband was never there, spent a ton of money and didn’t even get free parking ! What a disappointment, not even a dollar off a meal either…ridiculous, next time I will go elsewhere. Oh and not even one lousy drink offered while I was playing either, I actually went to the bar and spent more money, I guess spending $700 for an overnight was peanuts..

  37. Al Matt Blattkia say:

Borgata is the best Casino Hotel in A.C.. For the best deal on a car in the A.C. area come to Matt Blatt Kia on 322 in Egg Harbor Township and ask for “AL:

  38. Wendy Kirstein say:

Very classy Hotel very upscale but still a warm place. Amazing food. I usually don’t sleep late but the bed was so comfy. The pools were great not overly chlorinated and very relaxing. The restaurants and employees could not do enough with a smile.

  39. Anindya Banerjee say:

Great location on the otherwise bleak AC scene. Casino was hopping on Friday night. We had dinner at Izakaya. Fantastic food!!

  40. Lisa King Ahart say:

Excellent. Great atmosphere. Excellent selection of places to eat. Many choices to eat.

  41. Corey Hallbauer say:

Didn’t like the technical glitches with the MLife cards on my last visit. Had to wait in a very long line for a replacement card because it just stopped working out of the blue, and it was a brand new card. Most machines wouldn’t even recognize the card and those that did kept giving me an error to see the desk for a new one.

  42. Kimberly Ann say:

We went to Atlantic City not expecting much to be honest and boy were we wrong! We stayed at the Borgata and it was beautiful! From the hotel room to the parking garage! This place was amazing and we will be staying there again soon!! Wonderful surprise for us! Our hotel room was beautiful and the view was amazing! Every person we met was wonderful! We won big! Very big!

  43. Al Skii say:

Gorgeous facility, we had a great time! Will definetly come back.

  44. Demetra Fasolakis say:

Spent a great weekend at hotel.. room was spotless… pool was amazing.. service was great..one complaint.. got kicked out of pool bc someone had paid to close it down for two hours for a party..it would have been nice to have a heads up before settling down on a chair only to be told twenty minutes later that I had to leave..otherwise a fantastic experience

  45. Debra Alvarez Muraca say:

First time there for a concert and most people we encountered were pleasant. Tryed to obtain VIP wrist bands that they were giving out earlier in the day and was directed to go to the box office to see if they had any to give out and the guy at the desk was less than helpful but all other personnel working the concert were friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be somewhere to sit prior to going into the he venue. As the concert was general admission and waiting in line an hour+ before getting in was tiring as we had another hour once inside for the concert to start. Don’t know how this could be changed but benches would have been helpful.

  46. Barbara Green say:

I go all the time.. never a problem ..excellent customer service.. just wish I could win a little….great fun!

  47. Karina Rosado say:

It Was Terrible! We Found Bed Bugs On The Bed No Room Service Or Nothing

  48. Tabitha Bennett say:

CONSUMER BEWARE ! We had the breakfast buffet Saturday morning, 7/29/2017 my boyfriend and I are not picky eaters by any means, and this was the most grotesque food I had ever tasted in my life. They have no idea what seasoning is. Senior citizen home/hospital food low grade taste, never again. $17 per person for food that I wouldn’t feed my dogs!

  49. Barbara Blondek Piazza say:

Spent two relaxing days at the Borgata. We got our room right away, it was clean and comfortable, great view too. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The outdoor pool was awesome, water was warm, the staff was attentive, service was excellent and no kids! Enjoyed our stay wish we could have stayed longer, no complaints here!!

  50. Jo Jo Gelonese say:

I have to be 💯 clear I don’t understand the people who have complained about The Borgata. I love playing my games here and staying at The Water Club. I have been coming to Atlantic City for the last twenty years and I have never had a problem. I have been staying at The Borgata the last six years. Please keep up the good work. God Bless.

    Great casino. Wonderful restaurants!!!!
We had an awesome time with great friends!!! Beautiful day in Atlantic City!!!

  52. Jim Middlemas say:

Was there for the Joe Bonamassa concert and everything went great.

  53. Taunya Hatcher say:

Beautiful facility… friendly service every spot we stopped!

  54. Lucy Childers-Burdett say:

We had a fantastic time. Our hotel room extraordinarily nice…. (I liked the phone near the toilet, lol!)

  55. Omar Sickler say:

Went down for the Joe Bonamassa event center nite. Enjoyed the center. Everything was convenient to the show. Joe Bonamassa was awesome…

  56. Kim Valasek Pagano say:

Great service and atmosphere at the Beer Garden. Good food and drinks and food music.

  57. William West say:

Was there for the cage fight event. Went to the Buffet afterwards and had to deal with a drunk couple behind us complaining the whole time. Didn’t make the wait at all enjoyable but once seated the food was good. For the cost it could’ve been better.

  58. James Jenkins say:

Amazing! Must see! Premier was the best club I’ve been to since MGM Grand

  59. Beverly Hoffman Beck say:

Outdoor pool is awesome. Indoor pool way to crowded and not enough seats. Lots of screaming kids

  60. Louise Guss say:

i have been in joying the borgata for a while and always have the best time. My daughter and i will be there aug 15, 16 i would love to add an addition day but the prices are not great for me Would have loved to surprise my daughter with one more night Thanks for listening

  61. Jim Lube say:

It’s no longer the nicest casino in AC. Poker room had no dealer available for 11 people on waiting list for Hold ’em. The room at the Blackjack tables was hot & sticky. The men’s bathroom floor was covered in urine; not mopped for hours.

  62. Arly Adjoua say:

Currently Staying at the borgata with the family we went to the metropolitan to have diner. Our 15 MO baby needed to be fed. We came with her pooch of organic food. We opened it in front of the waiter. Just to have it put in a plate was a story by itself. The waiter was worried like we had done something wrong. When entering the place we asked to be seated in a booth, since it is easier to handle the baby. With no explanations the manager said no. She wanted to seat us next to the door which is quite noisy. We eventually got to seat farther in the restaurant, in a quieter area. When we asked the waiter to heat up the baby food he said no, that we weren’t allowed to bring in food from the outside. Non-sens. It is baby food. She can not eat what’s on the menu. It’s not like she is competing with their business by eating her food there . He then suggested to call the manager. We greed. She was stubborn and refused to understand that we could not feed the baby with cold food and that it only required 30 seconds in a microwave. She went on to say it would have been possible to heat the meal if the pooch was still closed. I asked her if she was serious. A sealed plastic pooch in a microwave, it would have blown our. Fed up we left with our hungry baby. Silly way of managing a place. Bad business. I am so angry that someone can be that cold and brainless. Rules are OK and necessary , but following them without intelligence is stupidity at its best.
Big up though to the Italian restaurant staff (the one in the marketplace, friendly, professional and human)

  63. Denise Hudson say:

Great hotel. Friendly staff amazing room. Very clean. Vegas could take a leaf out of these people’s books

  64. Shannon Miller say:

Beautiful casino ! By far the best casino in Atlantic City. Great rewards for returning members like free slot play and free Buffett for 2. The Buffett was absolutely amazing! Love visiting here while I’m on vacation at Wildwood, NJ. Will definitely be back next year !

  65. Sharon Kolenda say:

STAY AWAY! Take your money to any other casino than the Borgata or the Water Club. The abuse from this casino is absurd and wouldn’t want anyone to go through what I’m continuing to endure from their incompetence and malfeasance. Customer Care should be called customer abuse. Charging my credit card over and over again for false charges, then passing the buck not resolving. Front Desk showed a mean side as if checking guests in where #1 priority, once they have you on the hook they can care less about your stay. Tell you one thing and then they start racking up unauthorized charges. 4 hours @ front desk to be ignored and pushed aside. Promised me on check out charges were to be released..Liars….almost a week later nothing.. Another hour phone call to talk to a call center, who hasn’t a clue. She called front desk to see what happened even though I immediately asked it be escalated to a Supervisor. She’s a VIP Specialist (Clearly a Very Incompetent Person). “I’m doing the best I can” Then told she could put in a dispute claim (30 days) to have it reviewed. It’s no wonder everyone I saw in the Casino looked miserable. Do yourself a favor, stay away and go somewhere that cares about their guests.

  66. Madeline Satalino-Giordano say:

I’m just very curious! I’m usually get my comps every month I get two comp nights a week Sunday through Thursday!

I would like to know why when I wanted a Sunday comp at the beginning of August, I was told I would have to pay $269 for a room. When I inquired why they said there was no availability! Not even a casino rate???

I can understand that but I was not even offered a casino rate usually $129/$89/$79! When I asked the operator who I was speaking to I thought it was crazy. Why are you offering me comps and then telling me I have to pay $269 with that room! I was extremely upset to say the least. This is not the way the BORGATA usually handle things! I thought they had more respect for their regular customers!!

Someone explain this to me please! I do not want to lose faith in this casino that I loved!

DO NOT LIKE THESE NEW RULES!!!!!

    Thank you,

    M.Giordano

  67. Keshia Fowler say:

Borgata has the worst attitude ever especially with Africa American have been cheated twice with my buy in pit bosses put in what they wanted put my average bet in incorrectly I have been black label 5 yrs now host are nasty jump hoops for there own kind people I will not be back

  68. Jim Fulginiti say:

Hands down the best hotel in northeast part of country! With that being said the staff at buffet area could much more polite. Also the b-bar bartenders are more interested in the waitresses rather then the actual bar customers. ( which I can’t blame them, but this man needs his drink faster then they can get it to me). The hotel amenities are hands down the best compared to any other hotel I have ever stayed at. From the bed sheets, pillows & showers to the fine dining & fast food in the hotel. If you place this casino/hotel on the vegas strip it would be the busiest and best on the strip! No need to leave the hotel unless you want to go to the beach. Since MGM purchased the Borgata the comps have been much better. The ladies you will see at the Borgata are hands down the best on the east coast. All of the females are knocked out, and looking the best they could possibly look. And that is totally knocked out!!! No offense to this part of the country, but the south, and the west have some of the most beautiful women in the world. If you haven’t stayed there you need to experience it cause you will love it! Don’t bother with any other place in the city of AC cause the city is a mess, and you will see that if you venture outside the marina part of town!

  69. Nancy Kelly Quinn say:

Borgota is the nicest casino I’ve been to in Atlantic City and we enjoyed it more than the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Lots of opportunities to enjoy yourself. Loved the Beer Garden and pools.

  70. Tina Nega say:

The best hotel and casino… the Room is clean, the best customer-service.. I loved it!!

  71. Will Simon say:

Beautiful casino poor drink service you have to wait 30min in some areas for drink service and parking should be free if you play a while like Harrahs

  72. John Caltagirone Jr. say:

Nicest place in A/C! Great casino, great restaurants.

  73. Victoria Barchetto say:

Loving my stay this weekend!! Very cozy room and friendly staff! Amazing food and restaurants! I look forward to coming back!!

  74. Anne Iannelli Carlucci say:

A great place to gamble, eat and the entertainment was fabulous!

  75. Melissa Khan say:

I love the hotel itself but I couldn’t take my sandals off in my hotel room because the bottom of my feet would be black and so dirty! It makes me wonder how clean the sheets are if they even cleaned them!

  76. Kevin Curtis say:

Stayed for 1 expensive night, we attended a concert.
Concert venue was great! Not a bad seat.
Hotel room itself, nothing to write home about. Carpet was actually wet from getting cleaned prior to check in. Yay, clean carpet. Boo, couldn’t walk around barefoot or in socks.
Bathroom large, where are the fans in there tho? Water pressure was kicking.
    Bed comfortable enough.
    Ac worked like crazy.
Why is it so dark in there though? Impossible to see to put make up on and a serious lack of convenient outlets.
    Room was clean.
Ate twice at Metropolitan, it was fine.
Saw a band at the Gypsy Bar. Don’t attempt to go if you’re claustrophobic cause it was beyond crowded. Band was great.
Can’t speak for the gambling, didn’t do any.
It wasn’t bad, but for the money we paid, I felt I’d be wowed.
    Not so much, unfortunately.

  77. Dawn Resanovich say:

Just got home from seeing Styx, REO Speedwagon and Don Felder in concert and then staying the night. Our suite was beautiful, very spacious and a very nicely set up. We had easy check in and enjoyed our stay very much.

  78. Karry Kudrako say:

My Fiancé and I went to the Borgata for a concert to see Don FELDER, REO Speed Wagon and STYX on August 12th. I have to say the staff was very helpful and courteous. When we asked questions they were polite and gave us proper directions. No, we did not stay there over night l, so I don’t know what the other services are like that they offer.

  79. Paul Bogosian say:

Came to gamble and eat dinner at Wolfgang Puck’s. The dinner was outstanding. Dealers were very friendly as well. Would have given excellent status if the Margaritas were any good at all. The casino version was horrible and the two served at dinner for $19 each were only slightly better. Great time overall!

  80. Debora Marghilano say:

It’s our favorite place for concerts. We just saw STYX AND Reo Speedwagon. We have been many times before and have always enjoyed it there.

  81. Patricia Martucci Escudero say:

We were there to celebrate our 40th wedding Anniversary, had a great time in the Casino.. When just was time for dinner we ate at the Metropolitan, I give a 10 to the Chef, but as to the service for a place that wasn’t crowded they failed in my book….We ordered appetizers and drinks and the waitress took our main course a the same time, drinks came out first and then the appetizers came outl and within less than. 5 min. The main course comes out which i complained about because we hadn’t even started on the appetizers yet, but they said no problem we will keep it warm for you…They must have thought we don’t chew our food because the main course comes out again….Complained agained…..OK, now we are ready for the main course, I ordered the seafood with the spicy tomato sauce which they brought me, the only problem was they gave me grating cheese, which I didn’t order, now my dinner had two go back because I don’t put cheese on my fish sauce….What was suppose to be a celebration, turned into a great day at the Casino but as for that restaurant i give them a thumbs down…..Almost forgot, as the waitress is removing some stuff that was on the table she is asking us if we wanted coffee….I just finished swallowing my last forkful of dinner……I will never go back to that restaurant again and I will tell all my friends…..

  82. Sandra Verdi-Darragh say:

This was our second trip to the Borgata Hotel & Casino and I couldn’t disagree more with the past few reviews. I found the staff to be accommodating & friendly. We had a 4pm check in and when we arrived at 1pm were able to get into our room right away. Our beds were more than comfortable & was extremely clean. In fact, I had one of the best nights sleep in a long time … we spent most of the time in the casino, but went to the big buffet for dinner and couldn’t get over the amount of different varieties too chose from. I was also pleased with the desserts they offer. Miniature versions of rice pudding, cookies & creme pie, cheesecake, apple pie etc and the presentation of them were amazing … as well as how they tasted! We asked for a later check out and they granted our request! Our overall experience, we will definitely return again …. and recommend the Borgata Hotel to family & friends…

  83. Michel Blouin say:

Beautiful hotel, great food, nice gym great pool and very nice casino

  84. Paula J Rose say:

I was just at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, My Sister and her Daughter and I drove from Maine and Massachusetts. We went down to Atlantic City to see Frankie Valli. It was an Awesome Concert ! Definitely worth the ride. At 83 Frankie still has it ! The Hotel was Great !

  85. Gina Tarantino DiGirolamo say:

My favorite- been staying here from it’s inception!

  86. Jackie Jasienski Cameron say:

    Never a bad experience!
    Beautiful Holtel and friendly staff.
Stayed over for the Frankie Valli concert last night. Fabulous show!!! Great venue.
Can’t wait for my next visit.

  87. Mary Littles-Brooks say:

We chose The Borgata because we were attending a show there. Excellent customer service during check in and out. We arrived early and we checked right in. Our room was immaculate and our view spectacular! The entire facility is beautiful and everything is modern and updated. We are anxious to come back and will stay longer next time!

  88. Helen Hulme say:

The best place to stay always have a great time there

  89. Joe Kalitz say:

Cydnee at the MLife rewards desk is the most pleasant casino employee at have encountered anywhere. Her personality, customer service, positive attitude, and social skills are top notch. She is a true asset to the Borgata team.

  90. George Donnelly say:

Always a pleasure. The only 5 star in Atlantic City!

  91. Malynda Sue Krop say:

The pool was closed on a rainy day there was old food in our fridge in the room and no soaps definitely didnt clean our room!!! The pillows were terrible and no one answers the phone !!

  92. Jeanne Zinkavich say:

Great place and fun games. Food was wonderful and staff very friendly.

  93. Virginia Knott say:

Beautiful Hotel! Great Food and Friendly Staff. Best place in Atlantic City!

  94. Melanie Melvin say:

My family and I have frequented the BORGATA for years now. We are avid gamblers. This past weekend we stayed at the Water Club where on Sunday morning my young daughter hid my Rolex watch under the bed. Not thinking about it we went to breakfast and I realized I did not have the watch on. I asked my husband at breakfast if he put it in the safe or bags. My 5 year old then said she hid it under the bed. I ran to the front desk and asked if the room had been cleaned, it had. The watch was gone. It took the front desk staff 45 minutes to even look for the housekeeper who cleaned our room…oh and guess what, immediately after cleaning the room, Sonia Espinoza (housekeeping) went on break for over an hour. Security came, searched the room, no rolex. They said they could not interrupt her break to speak to her. I was assured by hotel security the matter would be handled swiftly with the casino’s investigator. I called two days later and the investigator told me they interviewed her and she said she looked under the beds, but she did not see a watch…LIE!! That’s all the Borgata did, did not look at the cameras to see where she was for over an hour when she went on break, did not ask to look in her personal items before she left, nothing!! The casino investigator said he was 99.9% sure she took the watch, her key was used to enter the room and her story didn’t add up. I filed a police report against Sonia Espinoza and have contacted other media sources. I will not stop until the watch is returned or I am reimbursed for it. Very upsetting that the hotel admits she had to have taken it, but does nothing to see that justice is served or compensation is given!! If you stay at the Water Club, make sure Sonia Espinoza isn’t cleaning your room!!

  95. Kasey Kintz say:

Absolutely one of the most extravagant hotels I have been too. You ARE very very well taken care of. Stayed to see the Impractical Jokers. Such an amazing casino.

  96. Donna Cardarelli Rogers say:

Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love the Borgata!!
    Always a fantastic time!!

  97. Sean Sajecki say:

As usual I only stay at Borgata and this time I decided to upgrade to the suite. Let me tell you very worth it. Also the front desk decided to inform me of a opportunity to do a early check in for $30.00 ( at noon ). Let me tell you DEFINITELY worth the money. The Borgata pool club was awesome as for great food, drinks, and customer service. Adding games to play poolside was a awesome idea as well. The casino was packed as usual but that’s a good thing. The only downfall is that there should of been more open table games due to the fact a lot of people were waiting to play. I did notice that there is always a HUGE line around the $5.00 BlackJack table. Maybe adding another one or two of those would be better.. As for the event center since I was there for the Impractical Jokers show was great. Quick moving lines and again great customer service. It was my first time eating in Old HomeStead and I must say phenomenal. I will without a doubt be back to that place as well.. Th waitress staff around the casino is quick and well spoken and polite. The dealers are nice as well and I saw informing players of how to play games and help them when in need. Morning time brought us to Metro and it was very well and quick service. All in All great stay and can’t wait to go back..

  98. Karen Becica O'Brien say:

I loved the Music Box theater. The Burlesque show was awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was there seemed to be more smoking areas than non-smoking. I would walk past and could barely breathe.

  99. Terell Gilbert say:

Me and my wife went to Borgata last night for the live TV show Impractical Jokers. The staff members were very nice to us and the show was amazing!

  100. Richie Sanders say:

Waaaaaaay tooooooo Smokey….they need a better filter system in there… if ur a former smoker or a non-smoker like me i wouldn’t go back unless it was addressed

  101. Jason Gregor say:

Great place . we had a great time. Would come back again.

  102. Tamika L Chester say:

I absolutely love coming to The Borgata! It has become my number one place to stay, relax and gamble. They treat their guest wonderfully and their players reward program is top notch!

  103. Jim Stewart say:

Amazingly amazing. Worth every penny. U have got to experience it.

  104. Tom Wisnieski say:

Played in the Casio a few times.
Had Donna at Wolfgang’s, didn’t have a reservation and the maître d’ was surprerb since we had a 10pm show for Impractical Jokers.
Food was great, Salmon, Angus Filet Mignon (empty plate/no garnish- no vegetables nothing but an empty plate with meat. Ordered the extra baby broccoli for extra $11.
    Price $$$$
Did not get to stay at the hotel, maybe in the future we can afford a room.

  105. Debbie Swoffer say:

We were there to see Impractical Jokers. After the show, we ate at Angelines. Everything about the Borgata was 5 star. Show…Staff…Restaurant and Cleanliness!!!!!

  106. Paula Randall Logan say:

Saw Impractical Jokers there. I thought staff was very friendly

  107. Anne Katherine say:

Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous spa and pool, Bobby Flays is insanely good. Can’t wait to come back!!

  108. Krystal Ann say:

So I am staying here at the Borgata over the weekend and let me just say that I understand it is more of an adult place but sometimes the children have to accompany us which they have on this trip. Now everything has been pretty good from the food to the drinks and the entertainment. Now let me just say that this place does not seem kid friendly and I only say this from a recent review that I just came across and from one thing that truly bothered me the entire time of our stay, which is how do you have 7 pools in the building but children are only allowed in one of them??? Not to mention the only one is indoors and does not look clean at all!! And if I might add my 4 year old son is the first one to notice the pool looked dirty and he didn’t even want to get in it. I called the front desk to ask why and was only told that is our policy and we make no exceptions. Horrible!! How do you expect parents that come to your casino to feel comfortable about dumping all their money in your machines at night when you couldn’t even please their children during the day!! How do you have 7 pools and children are only allowed in your dirty one inside?? This place needs to get it together and not discriminate against children! I’ll probably be another parent among many that will not be returning to this casino again!

  109. Vivi Pony say:

I give 5 stars to the hotel, casino & pool. But 1 star to the restaurant “Matrapoloitan” the worse ever restaurant and service – guys for the high end hotel you must hire better waiters with better service. Sorry but I will never go back to eat there

  110. Heidi Mandl say:

The security was a little tight but besides that absolulty beautiful!!!! was my first visit!!

  111. Michael Toner say:

Awesome time, as always. Great accommodations, great show with Bill Maher, great bars, great food, and even great luck at the roulette wheel. Be back soon!

  112. Frank TheTank say:

Top noctch Hotel and Casino, Excellent rooms, delicious restaurants and Love the Beer Garden and pool!! Tons of fun for my weekend getaway.

  113. George Jones say:

Me and my bf went down to borgata casino it was a great time we can’t wait to come back To Stay in there sweet it was worth it

  114. Roxanne D'Salles say:

Great machines and cleanliness … the slot area next to the horsebook “needs” to be updated; attractive and newer machines; provide more ‘drink girls in the floor area

  115. Annmarie Moreno say:

They charged my card 💳 $$ that they should not have done and wouldn’t give back to me. So now I have to wait for it all to come back. I canceled all my future reservations because they didn’t care about anything I had to say. Shame on them.

  116. Ann Modica say:

I used to love this place, but now the lack of competition in AC has made it go down hill. I have been going here for years and never had a problem checking in-probably stayed here over 30 times. Now that they are under new management, all of a sudden I can’t check in at 4, there normal check in time. The lady told me I might have to wait till 9! Guess they really need people to gamble.
    They forever lost a customer!

  117. David Daino say:

We were there to celebrate my mother in laws 85 birthday. Good buffet and better card tables, won 700 dollars.

  118. Manny Adora Handumon say:

Excellent! We had a great time. The penthouse pool is impressive.

  119. Natalie Stusen Witkowski say:

Beautiful Hotel have stayed there a few times. Nicest one in AC. New pool there also.

  120. Robert Lysiak say:

Let’s start by saying initially this would have been 3 star tops but they stepped up. 1. Outdoor pool is only for 21 year old and over. 2. Indoor pool was packed. We were celebrating my daughters 8 bday. She was looking forward to a resort style pool since we had been in a condo in Wildwood. They upgraded us to a suite with a tub. She was thrilled. Izayaka was amazing. The place has about everything you need. They need to focus a bit more on families. Because no matter what people are going to bring there kids. With Hard Rock coming they need to step up there game. But because of the staff and the awesome food we gave it a 5 ⭐️. I can overlook the smoking. It’s a casino first. Some people ask why take an 8 year old to a casino style hotel? If you go to DR, Mex, PR, etc it’s the same. But they have dedicated spaces for kids. Arcades, game rooms etc.

  121. Armo Amram Amar say:

    Great service good vibes…………………………………….

  122. Bob Givens say:

Don’t bother playing here. If you win, they will keep your money. Google Phil ivey and how they are trying to scam him for millions. Stay away from this dump

  123. Caroline D'Ambrosio Orlando say:

Had a very nice time there overnight. My only complaint is Thursday there was no one to help us receive a new card. Our old one was outdated and we gambled and I wasn’t able to receive credit or free slot money. Otherwise the metropolitan oyster house was exceptional and all the workers we came across were very nice . We will be back. Water Club is best by far.

  124. Patricia McCormac Rayno say:

Beautiful pool and great show Doo Wop Project otherwise not so much

  125. Peter Ruggia say:

Only thing is that smokers are everywhere an it was very frustrating even in on smoking areas

  126. Marian E. Stirpe say:

Had a wonderful dinner at The Metropolitan. Stopped in the casino for a short time because the smoke was so offensive. Fortunately we went to see Jerry Seinfeld and could breathe again. Not the environment for non-smokers

  127. Miriam Garcia say:

Awsome Staff is great courteous very Entertaining

  128. Ellie Miller say:

The first gambling experience didn’t win but had an awesome time. Thank you for your hospitality.

  129. Mark Riskowitz say:

Morons didn’t accept out of country ID to gamble (effectively lose money) at their casino. Security claimed they didn’t have it in their book? Every other casino in Atlantic City had no problem.. Pathetic. What a waste of time and effort – don’t bother if you’re a tourist, these people are useless.

  130. Christine Herwick say:

The best casino/hotel I’ve ever stayed at. And I’ve been to a lot of casinos in my 72 years. Food is excellent. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend.

  131. Kecia Lee say:

Jerry Seinfeld show was fantastic. However, the room #2622 seemed fine until you stepped into the bathroom. It was obvious that a smoker had used the glass shower stall as a smoking room. The stench of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Also, if you’re not a smoker, the Casino is not doing well enough to filter the smoke from the casino floor. If you walk to a show or dinner, your clothes and hair smell like cigarette smoke within minutes.
Had dinner at Angeline. Ambiance was pretty good but after asking the server if the Caesar salad was fishy and a reply of “No, not at all.” It was too fishy and I didn’t eat it. I believe they took it off the bill though. As for the Chicken Parmigiana, I think the old Swanson TV dinners were better. They need to at least get Chicken Parm right. They also didn’t have the wine listed on their wine list.

  132. Sandy Tash say:

I had a great time there. Could not believe we were actually there over five hours. It was one of the cleanest hotels and casinos I’ve been in. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

  133. Ah'Malah Bey say:

Absolutely great place. Thank you for the mystery dollars….I had a blast! By the way…great rooms too!

  134. Jazmir Claros say:

Love it! Esp the beer garden. The waitress was nice jenny and attentive. The bathroom was was big.

  135. Carol Maro Narducci say:

Always enjoy stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very accommodating

  136. Rick Charniga say:

I found it to be the best Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. We went for a two night stay during my birthday and we were upgraded to perfect room. I also loved the Casino design.

  137. Bella Sweeney say:

Ate at the buffet, good food..casinos nice…too much cigarette smoke ,even in the non smoking section.

  138. Jennifer Cedro Puglia say:

Beautiful restaurant the buffett. Great service and polite employees.

  139. Nilda Acevedo say:

I always have a great time when i come and stay here.

  140. Barb Scaz George say:

We always say it is the only casino in Atlantic City. We love the Borgata. We have been going there since opening day.

  141. Cecilia Hamoy Canon say:

I used to like Borgata-as a matter of fact my no1casino but for the past several months I have lost a lot of money!!-am retired and on permanent income but Borgata does not let me win anymore!!-very disappointed and sad

  142. Diane Denesevich say:

Great time- love the outdoor pool and bar-best casino!

  143. Danielle Cotterall say:

We went and seen fluffy 20 years of Comedy was outstanding. I would go see him again.

  144. Frank Smith say:

Went to the casino for a comedy show . We haven’t been to a casino in years. Thick cigarette smoke everywhere you go . We ate at the buffet food was below average . I will say that the show Gabriel Iglesias (fluffy ). Was excellent and the seating for the show was also very good .

  145. Maryellen Howard say:

Very nice but very expensive. I would like to go back again but will be looking for ways to make my dollar go further.

  146. Donna Boccio say:

Great! Clean, good food, fancy but slots were very tight. No winners!

  147. Judith Bonavida-Heenan say:

Stayed there this weekend ,it’s really going down hill. Every time we have to call for towels ,room not properly cleaned, dirty glasses left. Slots really tight since merge with MGM! Seems they reduced staff and not replacing them. Ate at Michael Simon new restaurant,my bracciole better than his not impressed. Think it’s time to branch out!

  148. Jose Antonio Rosado-Astacio say:

Speechless… went to see gabriel iglesias! It was hilarious!

  149. Laura Love Heckman say:

Really great time at the Borgata! Hope to be back for a sleepover next time.
Dinner at Wolfgang Puck was fabulous. We had a reservation and were taken right in. The waiter was thorough with explaining the yummy menu. We never lacked anything for even a moment.
The Event Center is a great place for a concert. It’s small enough to feel a part of the show and worth the price for a small crowd.
As usual, Sting was great, mixing it up for a mostly fan based audience.
We got to hear his son Joe, who was just as great, with his own sound, but fit right in with great vocals, along side his (must be proud) Papa!!
I’d do it all over again, seating is great and comfortable!!

PS, one less star because there are areas that are starting to look dated with overuse, and the smoking is tough. (My hubby has a lung disease, and it makes it hard to breathe)

  150. Lindsay Williamson say:

No complaints. Borgata never fails. My go to casino and I don’t like casinos.

  151. Mary DeBellis say:

Room was beautiful. Was surprised they didn’t have mouthwash and a shower cap. Dinner at Wolfgang Puck’s
was delicious , small portions and pricey. They accommodated my allergies. The shops were boring, I had no desire to buy anything. The food court could have had some gluten free, vegan and health conscious options. The Comedy show was great! The gambling was fun but the table prices were a bit high for me. There was no live music anywhere and the club doesn’t get going until late. Would have liked to relax and have a drink with some entertainment. Poor Vodka selections all over the casino.

  152. Linda Messina say:

I don’t care for the borgata..not customer friendly..

  153. Patty Darragh say:

Great end to Labor Day, rooms super comfortable, food and drinks excellent. Best casino in AC.

  154. Jody Pavlik say:

Very nice hotel and Casino however I personally like the Tropicana better.

  155. Tony Livia say:

Best place in A/C nice restaurants and ambiance. Rooms clean and nicely appointed. Would be nice to have more cable selection. If you play they Comp you.

  156. April Nunez say:

The hotel was great! I had great stay! I had the most Amazing massage from Sam S. I recommend him and the hot stone massage! The 2 young ladies at the front desk of the spa were the sweetest! Also housekeeping did a fantastic job on the room The only disappointment was the outdoor pool was closed!

  157. Ellen Scherzer Mattioli say:

I’ve been going to the Borgata for 14 years now and was very disappointed with many things this time around. The biggest problem was the cocktail waitress at the pool adding a tip to my account after I tipped her in cash and I’m still waiting for the Borgata to get back to me about fixing this. This was not the only problem this time around and no response back although they guaranteed someone would get back to me shortly. That was 2 days ago. I’m hoping that they turn things around so that I don’t continue to want to cancel my reservation for next month. I’m hoping next time I can write a better review.

  158. Julia Maxwell say:

    Hi borgata
I am stuck in central Florida and can’t get out. I had a reservation for 9/10 and just tried to reschedule and your phone rep Cory was, in my opinion, ridiculous!
I asked if I can change the reservation to 9/15 because we are expected to get out by Wednesday, but the rate is $349. So we said no,how far in advance can I book using a similar rate we already paid for? We don’t know mame, rates change daily.
I just wanted to know how far in advance I can book since we are stuck here in Florida due to the hurricane.
So we are going to try again later in hopes we can just switch a similar rate room to another night.

  159. Mike Schneider say:

  165. Brian Klemz say:

My wife and I are celebrating our 20th weddeing anniversary and decided to try something new. We had never gone to Atlantic City, and with the types of stories we read about the town, we were not sure we even wanted to go there ever. Glad we did! This casino is huge! The check in process was seemless. The room was spotless and housekeeping did a great job cleaning up daily. We are not slobs, so it was easy for them, but they did a nice job. There was a piece of trash here and there in the hall ways from time to time, so it either fell off the cleaning cart or some of the other guests are slobs… I expect it was the latter. The facilities are fantastic. If you like to eat, and I do, then there are a ton of options. We did not have the buffet, but heard from some others that it was good. If I was going to pick out a specific place to recommend eating, would be the Old Homstead Steakhouse. Steven was our waiter and was very attentive and had excellent recomendations. As awesome as the steaks were, (get this) the brussel sprouts were unlike anything we have had before. I think I liked them better than the steaks! unlike some of the other restraunts, it was cozy and we could hear each other talking. We took in a couple of the shows. There was a burleque show that was amazing! Yes the girls were wearing pasties, but the talent and the comedy and everything that went into this was incredible. It was more of a variety show. Outstanding! We caaught the comedy show Saturday night, and I have not laughed that hard in a long time. 3 comedians over the course of 90 minutes, I would recommend this to others. I have seen some bad reviews about lack of entertainment for kids. It’s a casino! It’s for adults! The smoke was too much for me even in the non smoking areas, but, ITS A CASINO! I would not have expected anything less. We had a blast, and would not hesitate to go back. In fact, I can not wait for another opportunity to do just that. Thank you Borgata and it’s staff.

  166. Charles DeVito say:

Lowered my Rating to 3 Stars.

Without any announcement that I have seen, the Slot Dollar reward has been reduced. It was 50% of Express Comps, now it is 40%. At check-in there were 2 seperate lines, one for Black Card holders. Now there are 2 card levels on the same line, increasing wait time. The same change has been made at the Buffet, again increasing wait time. On our prior trip, the TV in our suite was not working properly, (first time ever) and had to be reset after waitng 15+minutes on the phone to reach the Front Desk. Check-out by phone led to the same or more wait time on the phone to reach the Front Desk.
Consequently, I have lowered my rating to 3 Stars. In the past, I have always found the Borgata to be the best Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. Unfortunately, now I am questioning that assessment.

  167. Lori Sammartino say:

    Nicest rooms in A.C.
Dinner at Bobby Flay’s was amazing! Service was A+!
    We will be back!

  168. Lisa Colalillo-Gee say:

  173. Maryanne Rapacciuolo say:

We just spent our first overnighter at The Borgata. It was sensational from start to finish. We were able to check in to our upgraded room at 11:00 am. The gentleman that checked us in made certain we had dinner reservations and then extended our checkout time. Our room and the view were lovely.
One very noticeable feature throughout the hotel was the air quality. Very fresh. I usually dread casinos because of the oppressive tobacco odor and stale smoke. No smell of smoke whatsoever at The Borgata.
The table minimum was a comfortable $10. There was plenty of room at the tables.
We had dinner reservations at The Old Homestead . My new favorite steak house. The Comedy Show was great. I loved everything about our stay at The Borgata . We will be back.

The Borgata is the swingin’est casino–by far–this side of the Mississippi that would give any multi billion dollar property in Las Vegas its run for its money!!

  177. Peter Liggieri say:

Great! Loved everything and the market place wine garden.

  178. John Popi Rafa say:

Great place to gamble; comedy club is entertaining; wide range of dining options, and don’t miss the breakfast buffet.

  179. Laura Risch say:

People sleeping at slot machines. No drink service what so ever when playing at slot machines. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Not a exciting or friendly atmosphere! When you ask for management you get nothing! I would leave a zero star but that is not an option. Will never be back here ever again!

  180. Janice Tumolo Hunter say:

Stay Away! This place is going downhill fast. Drink service at the slot machines was non existent. People sleeping at the slot machines. Staff is rude and unhelpful. The B bar security was extremely rude and would not allow my husband in to buy a drink because he was carrying a small backpack. Tried to contact the manager there and got hung up on. People laying all over the couches and chairs by the Water Club check in. One woman was laying there with her shirt lifted and rubbing herself. Guess security for the elevators was more worried about me showing my key than what was going on by the couches. Complained but no managers have called me back. Horrible customer service. Goodbye M Life! Back to Total Rewards!

  181. Jim Hunter say:

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Customer service is completely lacking. Will not be back. Liked it better before MGM got involved. Better customer service and bartenders at Harrahs.

  182. Roseann Frances say:

Always been one of my favorites. Love the atmosphere and dining experience at Angeline was excellent!

  186. Todd Bello say:

High Society Casino and Spa. Everything about this casino is top notch. Nothing was left to the imagination. From the imported marble floors to the beautiful decor, to the magnificently vaulted ceilings. Large columns makes you feel like your walking around in a palace. The master bedroom suite we stayed in this time was one of the best rooms I ever stayed in. The extravagant bathroom was spacious with a garden tub and separate shower. The shower had two faucets, one mounted and the other was a hand held massage device. The King size bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on air. The large flat screen TV had every channel. The couch and chair w/ottoman was so plush. This room even had its own vestibule. I was really impressed by this luxurious suite I wanted to take up residence in it.

All the restaurants are extremely clean. The food is impeccable. It behooves you to visit this Hotel/Casino. I’ve been staying with them for years, each time is a new adventure. Even the Comedy shows are so entertaining. The only problem is eventually you have to leave this Oasis of a place. Bravo to the staff and all the people who make this Hotel an outstanding place to visit. I’m looking forward to our next adventure at the Borgata Casino and Spa!

  187. Lauren Marie Almonte Ona say:

Nice place fun for everyone but my favorite one is the pool

  188. Patti DeFilippi-Ferone say:

Nice hotel room. However asked for Kings size bed got 2 queen with no top sheets? Stayed in the water club this time. Can’t complain when I’m comped rooms

  189. Deanna Watson say:

I enjoyed my time there. My room was at the Water Club, so I can’t speak on that. The casino was really busy and people seemed to be having a good time. I ate at the buffet twice, dinner and breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it and the service. I’m surprised so many people gave it a bad rating!

  190. Renato Valdez say:

Good service. Very clean room. Security is great. Ample parking space .

  191. Sharon Spencer say:

Whether it is moving my room to a higher floor, booking spa reservations or dinner, I have always received excellent service.

  192. Pamela Mondezie say:

This was not my first time at the Borgata. As I was running late I sent my niece ahead to check in and she was met with horrible assistance. The front desk refused to check her in and charged her $150.00 a night and took $600.00 off her credit card because they said I wasn’t present, I’d given her my ID and tried to explain I was on my way but the front desk supervisor refused to speak with me on the phone.
Once I arrived I requested to speak with the owner of Borgata and got a so called manager who kept apologizing to me for the mix up and they had put my room in the water club in stead of the Borgata. He corrected everything and returned my nieces money to her credit card. But that’s not the point it should have never happened I will never come back I’ll stay at the other casinos in AC they treat you nicer and with respect and I’ll tell my friends to stay away too

  193. Amelia Arrigali Padalec say:

Love the Borgota. It’s clean and there is so much to do.. Dine, Dance, Drink and have a great time .

  194. Christopher Perkins say:

  202. Judy Grove say:

Wonderful rooms , great service at the Restaurant Izakiaya and delicious food. Won some . Lost some on Casino floor but that’s the way it goes . Super clean . Wish the Player desk was open later than 9 pm .

  203. Thomas F Duncan say:

A lot has changed since MGM took over. Machine payouts are lower. They keep changing what the customer WANTS and has said NUMEROUS times regarding how they want to pay for a room. I always want it out of my “comps” and I filled out the applicable information on line, and I say it when I check in but lately–Borgata CHANGES what I want and charge my credit card! I DO NOT WANT THAT!! They don’t pay attention! Also, if you eat at the Metropolitan you might get into a combative situation. There is a VERY RUDE ARROGANT hostess who DOES NOT listen to customers requests for seating. She puts you where SHE wants (near her friends so they can get more tips). People who have been there before have sections they like to sit. When this hostess takes you to an area you don’t like and you say you want to sit somewhere else she gets VERY COMBATIVE making nasty rude remarks!!! Her name is Anna I think. She is short with dark hair. I live close to town, I come here often and go to Metro if the Amphora line is too long. However, if we see this nasty woman is the hostess—-we will leave and go to Bread and Butter or go downstairs. This arrogant person should NEVER be in a position dealing with people. Her attitude is basically giving you the finger.

  204. Daisy Ca say:

Room was great… food was delish .. we will definitely be b k again !!!

  205. Andrew Palestrant say:

Always awesome every time I visit. World class service, great place to stay.

  206. Chris Ibe say:

Very nice, I had an excellent stay, accommodations were good.

  207. Linda Beye say:

It’s a really nice hotel with everything under 1 roof. I had a great experience and it was my 1st time there. I will definitely return.

  208. Francine Carnegie say:

I love the Borgata casino and especially the spa. The service is great and the patronage excellent. looking forward to going back real soon:)

  209. Richard Speedling say:

Too much smoke just lingering around. In the non smoking section you can still smell the stench. Ventilation system strongly suggested.
Will not return, 2nd hand smoke not worth it.

  210. Virginia Montgoris say:

I know the main reason to go is to gamble but if you don’t you are stuck. There is no place to go no place to shop. Nothing except overpriced restaurants.

  211. Rosemarie Dominguez-Cavilhas say:

Marina is the BEST for a facial at Immersion Spa! Soooo relaxing & the staff is awesome!

  212. Anny Zhang say:

We booked 2 rooms (1 king and 1 twins) about two months ago, but they only can accommodate 2 twins during the check in (even though we check in at 2PM).
The service of receptionist still needs to improve ( she needs to learn how to smile). We travel with a baby, we asked for a connecting room, same floor if possible. Unfortunately she said they don’t have connecting rooms but can arrange same floors. End up the rooms were at the far end. Luckily we don’t have disabled people to travel with us. But I think the hotel receptionist can be more feasible and she can do it better than this.

The rooms cleanness is less than expectation. The coffee cup is covered by the dust. Our bathroom door can’t fully close as well. Suggest to have 2 bottles water set up inside the room daily as others hotel do.

As a five star hotel and casino. Buffet dinner not much choices. Sushi section is totally not up to standard and tasteless. Not much sea food served, no crab legs.

At casino floor, I ordered a hot tea and waited for one and half hour and the waiter never get back to me.

  213. Normand Beauregard say:

Borgia is a vegas like hotel and casino. We have been to Atlantic city in the late 80s and 90s. Unfortunately the boardwalk hotels are disgusting and dirty. Local casinos killed Atlantic city. It’s at the point of no return. Very sad!

  214. Kathleen Casserly King say:

Very nice hotel. Rooms were big and clean. Everything you could want is right on premises. Several nice shops and restaurants, bars, pool, fitness center and gambling of course. All of the amenities were kept up to date and clean too. I’d definitely stay there again.

  215. Geraldine Beale say:

I love the Borgata, It’s clean and the staff treats you well, only one problem I had the last time I was there on 9/19/17 there was this homeless person annoying me at the slots in the early morning, I never went through that before, I hope the casino is not going down. reason for me not going to the boardwalk anymore.

  216. Jackie Wheiler-Galdieri say:

AMAZING WE LOVE THE PLACE ROOMS AND STAFF ARE GREAT …NORMALLY WIN BUT I GUESS YOU CANT ALWAYS .WILL BE BACK

  217. Carol Ann Rettino say:

I have stayed at Borgata many many times over the years since they first opened. Always a premium hotel, casino and spa. This is the first time since the change over to MGM. To say the least I was terribly disappointed. The room was dirty. Thick dust on tabletops. A used towel still hanging on the hook in the bathroom. I went out to the hall and asked a housekeeper to come remove it. And was told “it’s not my room. “ I again asked very nicely if she could just get it out for me and she reluctantly did. As I sat at the desk the next morning the (very heavy) knob fell off the drawer and hit my toe. I honestly never touched it. Tried to put it back to no avail. Needless to say Borgata is not what it used to be. Guess I need to find a new casino. Oh and the machines were atrocious. No play whatsoever. Had to just keep feeding them. Not a pleasant experience at all.

  218. Sean Patrick say:

Its really for an older older crowd but I did enjoy my time. Nice tables, great food, the best comedy

  219. Tiffany Velez say:

I enjoy the restaurants, comedy shows but the gambling is awful, I have never won once . I could spend hundreds and won’t even get 1 bonus. Its pretty pathetic. Not to mention you have to spend thousands to get any comps or rooms . As far as eating and entertainment I enjoy those .

  220. Craig Krzywicki say:

I’m still here lol and don’t want to leave so I’m staying another night

  221. Linda Fullem say:

I’ve staved at The Borgata several times. I thought this visit was better than before. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable with great quality pillows- the room was very clean and there always seem to be a hotel staff on the floor. I saw security walking about just checking things out. I’d definitely go back.

  222. Liza Mcgraw say:

Lots of options if you like playing slots but if you wanna play a 5$ table it better be blackjack and good luck finding a seat at their 1 table.

  223. Bob Wilson say:

I Loved the Lewis Black Show. We had a wonderful time.

  224. Maureen Manell Mcfarland say:

Little disappointed. Have been going to Borgata for years and years. Yesterday was my birthday and all I wanted was an upgrade to a suite. I usually get comped rooms but for some reason since they became M Rewards have not been getting suite on weekends. I am a black card , now gold and I think for as much money I have spent at the Borgata they could of accommodated this one request. I do not believe all suites were booked. Hey guys it was a special occasion! Also was eating at noodles around the world and half way through my husband surprised me with a Birthday cake, waitress came over and said would not be able to cut or eat it at dinner table if it was not purchased at Borgata… really are you kidding me!! Was very very taking back by both. Btw it was purchased at Borgata. Never again! May look at a different casino that treats us better.

  225. Joseph Pitassi Jr say:

Our reservation that we made weeks ago was not listed at the Asian restaurant. We attended the Miss’d America show and it was funny until it got political by one of the contestants. It ruined the entire night for us.
It is not the Borgata’s fault for the show but the restaurant is another story. We booked our reservations for dinner through the hotels website. I did not expect this from such a great hotel. It happens but it should not.

  226. Taiter Carson say:

Awesome Platto Suite! The steakhouse was out of the Park!

  227. Jonathan Saenz de Viteri say:

Booked 2 Queen bed room. Bed were fulls not queens. Called about it and wasnt given any help. Fridge didnt work. And shower water backed up instantly while showering. Only compensation that was offered was a buffet voucher. Very dissapointed in there customer service and false advertising there full size beds for queens. Regret paying 700$ for a room we werent happy with

  228. Joyce Scopelliti Pitassi say:

Too much politics included in the show. The MissD America pageant. Otherwise it would have been enjoyable.

  229. Tonya Moss say:

Absolutely Beautiful hotel! Would definitely come back!

  230. Kia C. Hamm say:

It’s a beautiful place. I went for a concert and would definitely go again and this time stay overnight.

  231. Vinny Smith say:

Great restaurants and entertainment. Clean casino floor and restrooms. Dealers for most of them are cordial and a few grumpy face. Move to another table if possible. Cash cage procedure updated and better for getting a marker. Rooms are excellent and no hotel has better quality beds

  232. Ed Walls say:

Walked into the poker room, asked about playing 2-6 limit, was told there is an open seat go see someone on the floor, no one immediately visible so I walked towards the back where I encountered Borgata employee Jose Torres, I asked Jose about 2-6 and he pointed me directly to a table with an open seat, the dealer said I could sit there and proceeded to exchange my money for chips. I played a hand but lost $11, no big deal. Immediately after that all hells breaks loose as some players at another table apparently think I should be playing at their lesser player quantity table. Borgata employee Blase Galang then comes over and tells me I can’t play at that table. I immediately ask to talk to a manager in order to get a refund for the money and I am directed to Salvatore Gerace.

To make a long story short, Salvatore immediately stonewalls me and then proceeds to start lying about the incident which he did not witness. Despite my pleas for him to view the tape of Jose directing me to that table, and the dealer accepting my presence, Salvatore kept lying and insisting that I should have known that I couldn’t sit at that table. Somehow I was supposed to be clairvoyant and know the Borgata table arrangement even though I haven’t played there in many years.

What an arrogant, arrogant man Salvatore is. Not refunding my $11 will cost your company far more than that as neither I nor my slot playing 83 year old Korean war veteran father will go to your business (I am also a veteran). I will also badmouth your company to whoever will listen. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have had in my over 50+ years on the planet.

  233. Julia Jane Furman say:

I found an awesome Groupon which featured… 1 night stay at a classic room with king bed, $50 dining credit, 2 tickets for a comedy show (which I swapped out for a Burlesque show), and spa pass to Spa Toccare. The groupon was $139, but after combining a 10% discount it dropped to $125. I called to make reservations for my birthday, Oct 5th – Oct 6. The customer representative was excellent in answering all of my questions and concerns as this was my very first time attending the Borgata, let alone staying at a hotel. I called a day before requesting early check in and late check out. I got there around 11:15am, check in was at 12pm, and the room was ready. I later found out that they upgraded my room from classic to a grande for free as a birthday gift. I was so amazed at how awesome the room was. The only downside was that the garbage wasn’t taken out, and there was a used coffee in the coffee machine. The M Life Rewards customer service was able to print out my card and assist me with using it, plus they offered a $25 bonus in slots for first timers. The casino itself was awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was that the drinks tasted like it was watered down and you would have to wait 15 minutes just to get them. The Burlesque show was out of this world, it was very entertaining and the performance was awesome. I went to the Buffet for both dinner and breakfast….. the food is AMAZING. I didn’t use the spa pass, although I was told that with it you have unlimited access to the gym, as well as the steam room. Overall, I had the greatest birthday. I was sad I had to leave, but I enjoyed every minute of it.

  234. Gary Warnn say:

Comp room during the week newly remodeled. Great lunch at buffet. Can’t wait to come back.

  235. D'Negro Amparo say:

As always say, my experiences at this hotel A1, i love this place and i wish i came here more often. Love love love my rooms, they are clean and beautiful.

  236. Nancy Mac say:

The M life experience is still very frustrating @ Borgata…however all personnel were unbelievably very personable and helpful. Had another great time! See u soon!

  237. Jc Welch say:

Stinky smokey shit hole full of beautiful women who should be someplace else. Staff is horrid and people are only there because they don’t fit in anywhere else. Jersey. SMH.

  238. Linda C Gogel Dixon say:

Always a great time at Borgata. Excellent restaurants and immaculate rooms!

  239. Sandra Lopez-Ribon say:

I would have given it 5 stars however the amount of smoke in the lobby where you check in caused my son to get asthma. I had to cover my face several times too with my shirt it’s pretty gross but once you actually make it inside your room it’s amazing and smoke free! Rooms are pretty nice too and even have a fridge. The only other thing missing was a microwave and it’d feel like a suite.

  240. Toni Thomas Medeiros say:

What a great dinner ! Our son took us to the buffet.. everything was fresh and clean ! Will be back

  241. Jamaal Jackson say:

It was great. Play the money wheel slots and poker.

  242. Raquel Newell say:

Is it just me or do ppl of color get Shay tree service here? I went to the metropolitan restaurant for lunch. Waited 15 mins and was never asked if I even wanted a drink. I left. Came to bread and butter, stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one took my order. An older white guy walks up and the lady turns to take his order. So I asked was I invisible. She then took my order with an attitude and the bacon grilled cheese I ordered wasn’t even melted. I’d never come back here. *edit* I just had a massage. Again, no one explained my package to me. However the white couple in front of me got a full walk through of their services. Once inside there were several white women on their phones, talking pretty loud. However the attendant decides to come talk to me about being on my phone. Someone “complained”.. so I told her. There’s several other guests on their phones as well, go tell them also. Mind you I was in the locker room. lol. I’m not the type to make everything racial but it felt like I was a second class citizen when we’re staying in a king suite here. I’m definitely going to write a letter to corporate. This is really despicable. From the dirty looks, to our right being ignored. The cashier at the spa looked at me like I handed him shit because I paid in cash. He asked the other cashier for her marker and marked my hundred to see if it was real, which was fine but he didn’t do that to the white guy who paid cash in front of me so I was confused.

  243. Bradley Carpenter say:

Have been going for years and love the service! Great vacation spot for any young person between the clubs, spa, comedy club, food, drinks, and more.

  244. Larry Cracchiolo say:

We signed up and they gave us $25 each to play with. We won a little bit and went to enjoy their buffet. We enjoyed ourselves. I’m glad we went. I look forward to bringing my mom to the Borgata. She will love it!!

  248. Scott Adams say:

Usually a great time and place…been going there at least twice a year for the last 10 to 12 years. This time, the room my Wife confirmed and booked early was not available…only 2 double bed rooms left…ok….then at midnight, the toilet decides to overflow….and to add insult to injury….I didn’t win a penny…..on the flip side however, dinner was delicious at the Metropolitan and the comedy show was very good….great stand ups. I give it a C this time around.

  249. Deborah Dante Morton say:

The people are nice the buffet wasn’t as good as in the past

  250. Gail Smith say:

Excellent service staff and provisions. The Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa exuded helpful staff members and a family feel. Our rooms were meticulous and the fine dining was excellent. We were able to attend the Aaron Neville’s and Isley Brother’s concert and everything was expertly executed. It was a great show we experienced excellent valet parking and wore our Mlife reward cards proudly with parking, finding our rooms and purchasing any amenities. Nothing but fun and entertainment on the slots and tables a joy to be had for all! We would gladly visit again when in town!

  251. Eunice Moreno say:

What an amazing place! I love everything about this hotel and casino. Bring there makes you feel so good. The food at the buffet was amazing and truly the best I have had in any of the other casinos in Atlantic City! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty! 👏🏼👏🏼

  252. Genevieve Trzaska say:

Borgata buffet… excellent selection of cuisine.

  253. Neser Obeid say:

  254. Scarlett Athena Figueras say:

Gorgeous place! I couldn’t get enough of it’s beauty. In general, wonderful!

  255. Deb Mamabang Schwartz say:

Had a wonderful stay . room was very clean and comfortable.

  256. Kelly Smith-Robertson say:

I was there on Saturday night to see the CFFC fight, the bar tender who waited on me and my friend was wonderful, his name tag said John. He was an older gentleman, friendly and polite. After the fight myself and husband went to Long Bar for some food. The service was good we didn’t have to wait for a table. Food was excellent. Didn’t really get the chance to gamble much, maybe next time.

  257. Mike Rodano say:

Booked for 2 nights through Groupon. After the first night I had 4 different people either call or come to my room telling me my reservation was up. I continually had to retell each person the situation. It was extremely annoying. After the fourth time I called the front desk who stated, “Since both nights were booked consecutively through Groupon, they have to make it as two separate reservations. I’ll go ahead and notify housekeeping .” Ok, that’s great but at that point it was 4:30 pm. We couldn’t be the only ones that have ever booked through Groupon, so why not notify housekeeping earlier? Using Groupon has to be a pretty common thing to where you’d think a better system would be in place so housekeeping doesn’t continually harass guests.

  258. Jessica Pena say:

Excellent service overall! The drinks are great as well as the food. Our room also exceeded our expectations!

  259. Matthew Simmons say:

Had to wait over 20 mins in line just to get player’s card, only 1 computer able to print cards I am told. After 1 hour of getting no server I request server to be called, 2 servers come out and serve every table except my table, I tell supervisor who calls again, after 10 minutes she takes my order for 2 drinks but only gives me 1, immediately runs off. After expressing these incidents with managers they seemed to not care or offer apology or solution. Not the treatment I receive at other casinos.

  260. Jeannie Macchiaroli say:

We were very pleased with our stay. Room was super clean. Buffet the Best of any hotel in our opinion. We always enjoy the food. Coffee has always been very strong and bitter, should have been changed by now.
    Efficient check in.
Borgata is our favorite hotel to visit.

  261. Mary Gross say:

I just came home from a 2 day stay at Borgata. My friend & I had a suite with 2 queen beds. Wonderful. I enjoyed the room, & had no issues with service. Hopefully will be returning in the near future.

  262. Kammy Xiao-Nguyen say:

Worse hotel (customer) experience ever, got bedbugs bites on the first day and hotel left me dealing with it on my own. Their outsourced in-hotel medic sent me to a local emergency care, and told me to pay for the bil on my own. Not only I had to suffer from the burning itchy and in the same time, I had to deal with the worse customer service. #bedbugsBorgata

  263. Nancy Melendez say:

1st. Time ever here. Everything is beautiful. But had a bad experience at the buffet place. We enter the dinning area about half hour before dinner time.
Little did we know that the buffet got cleared out of everything, while we had one serving of food. Never were we told that this was going to happen, And had we been told we would have waited till dinner time, then to pay full price and have limited access to food, oh deserts were all put away too. Very upsetting
    My money didn’t have restrictions.
    Bad arrangements!!!!

  264. Jean Yost say:

Thus was the first time I stayed at this casino.. Great food, staff was friendly, the rooms were great and the slots paid out more at the Borgata then any other casino. The drink servers were quick and more attentive . I also like the fact that there was security by the elevator entrance for your hotel room. I would most likely be back . Thanks Borgata fir a great stat.

  265. Micheal Middleton say:

Nice casino – played for a long time on the slots. Great buffet and our server, Joann was terrific!

  266. Carole Jacobsen Dowd say:

Our 2 night stay was perfect. We dined at the Old Homestead which was top notch. We saw the comedy show which was great and gambled at the slots and roulette tables. Last night we got back to our room and were delighted to see wine and cheese delivered , an anniversary gift from our daughter. We can’t wait to come back in a few weeks because the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome

  267. Alexandra Monzo say:

Always a good time at the borgata. No complaints ever!! Can’t wait to come back for another stay

  269. Joy Lazarus say:

Checking in and met the most delightful young lady who checked us in. Kathleen , you are simply magical and we would gladly return to Borgata just based on our experience with you. It was truly a pleasure meeting you.

  270. Gregory Defeo say:

    Awful service.

Borgata has rewards cards with multiple tiers to help them categorize your importance to them. I’m a “Platinum” MLife Rewards card holder – This is the highest card you can earn without an invitation. You get designated lines at the buffet, at checkin, a discount at the shops, etc.

I gamble big money to earn these top level cards, if you do also, I suggest you seek out another property that will reward you better for your play. Borgata gives the worst comp-per-…

  271. Mary Ann McKeever Wagner say:

Had a great time. Will be happy to go back soon!

  272. Juanita Smith Nassardeen say:

The Borgata is such a beautiful place. I really enjoyed my overnight stay. Can’t wait to visit again.

  273. Michael J Morris say:

I did not care for the amount of smoke on the casino floor but everything else from the buffet for the spa treatments were amazing

  274. Gretchen Sheridan-Nevins say:

Always love it here and enjoying our stay as I write this! We come here seasonally every November and enjoy that its a beautiful hotel and you don’t even have to go off premises. Cozy!

  280. John M Piorkowski say:

Always have great time!! Most staff is very friendly and helpful we try to visit as often as can nice quick mini getaway

  281. Cristina Ruiz Diaz say:

We love the Borgata, stay here every time we are in AC. I gave 4 stars because some areas have slots where one row is smoke free but on either side is smoking section. Also took forever to get a drink on the casino floor. So many people having trouble this past weekend. Other than that, another nice stay.

  282. Thomas Fritzen say:

They do not like Monday or Tuesday there. Appears to me they are phoning it on those days. I am sure they put on a better show Friday and Saturday.

  283. Gil Provenzano say:

The room is spacious and gorgeous. Received excellent service at check in. The Borgata associate was tops when explaining all the fabulous places to dine and all the service provide. Since it was our first time here explain where everything was located. Disappointed with the spa service. The barbershop did a very poor job with the straight edge shave. I could have shaved myself and saved $60. The hair and facial session was for paid for 60 minutes but lasted for 30 minutes. My wife’s pedicure was awful. Her old nail polish was not removed, no nail filing and the skin scrub was not washed off. Very disappointed. Not what we expected. We paid and tipped. The only draw back from preventing us coming is the spa and salon experience. Sorry, the Red Door at Harrah’s is far better.

  284. Shannon Carrigan say:

The hotel is beautiful! The staff was great. The rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable.

  285. Robert Worrell say:

Spent a good sum of money there today and spent a good amount of time. and they wouldn’t give me a red bull because I was playing slot and not baccarat.. “sorry we can only give red bull to the baccarat pit” . slot money must be different from baccarat money.

  286. George Chao say:

Got my ipad stole from the room by housekeeping.
I reserved a grande suite with an attached classic room. When i arrived the grande was not available and they offered me two separate classic rooms. It took hours for them to get me two connecting rooms. My guests were all stuck standing in one classic room . The Borgata management refused to reimburse for the stolen ipad. Be careful of your stuff at this hotel ppl.

  287. Maria Kite say:

Fantastic deep tissue massage by Maria. I live about 1 hour and 20 minutes away and am definitely planning on coming back just for this massage.

  288. Jr Gray say:

We just spent two days with our son with autism at the Borgata! We have been going since he and my other son were little. His favorite place on earth! The staff the pool and restaurants are always super nice 👍🏻

  289. Karl Henry Sr say:

Great stay at the Borgata with my Grandaughter. We had tickets to the Comedy Club and enjoyed the show. Service and food was excellent.

  290. Karen Kaseta Gordon say:

There for the NJEA Convention. Went up to cash out chips and was told by a very rude cashier that they don’t change chips at that window because it’s a tournament counter. “Go over there”. So rude! I also don’t like how big it is, you can get lost in there…. and we did!

  291. SJ Owenz say:

Stayed one night with a Groupon in the Fiore suite. Fantastic view. Beautiful room. Everything was very clean. Saw a great comedy show. Had breakfast at the buffet the next morning. We’ve eaten dinner there in the past, so it was nice to try breakfast. Food was excellent. Love this hotel.

  292. Nicky Bv say:

My experience at The Borgata during my stay was excellent. Service was very good. I loved everything. If they could have more bands during the Convention week it would b good. Great band at the Gypsy bar but was overcrowded. Overall the stay, parking, Bell service was perfect 👍🏻

  293. Normajean Dierking Cesario say:

    I won!!!
Try Angeline’s. The food was delicious and service was with a smile!

  294. Jacque Jimenez say:

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and we had an amazing time. We ate dinner @ The awesome Old Homestead Steak House then enjoyed a live performance and the Gypsy Bar. Then slept peacefully in our fabulous room!

  295. Ron Bruh say:

I love that you switched the smoking and non smoking areas. As a non smoker it’s so nice to be able to go to my room and not have to walk through a cloud of smoke. Tyvm

  296. Ann Gallagher-Powell say:

We always go to the Borgata and really love the 25 cent wheel of fortune ‘s they took a wall of them out, and now have a very hard time getting on one. The buffet was great!

  297. Michael Nebbia say:

Best hotel/casino in Atlantic City, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Everyone from the time you check in thru the time you leave at the valet desk are super friendly. Can’t wait for our next trip…see you soon!

  298. Abel Gonzalez say:

Surprisingly upscale crowd, very nice staff, easy to access valet, right off the highway, Music Box venue was just the right size, buffet line could be moved a little faster given it wasn’t peak hours, overall had a great experience and it is the closest to a Vegas hotel in AC.

  299. James Kodak say:

Great time !! Payouts were fair , games were super fun ! Cigars should not be allowed at the machines but , tomato tomatooooo

  300. Connie Hartman say:

We have been members since Borgata opened. Lately the our opinion and those of many local friends has declined. Slot paybacks are down and the smoke situation has caused many to leave early or visit another casino. Months ago, I would have given a 5 star rating.

  301. Peter Padagus say:

this review is strickly for angelines italian restaurant!Had dinner there Saturday night and was disappointed to say the least! The food was way over priced and tasteless at best!We ordered rigatoni with alla vodka sauce, and the meatballs.1st off the bread they served was tasteless and cold!the olive oil for dipping the bread in was not good!the pasta and meatballs were warm at best, and the rigatoni pasta was more like penne pasta/aka chef boyardee! The meatballs were dry and I would’nt be able to tell the difference between thier meatballs and the ones you can buy in the grocery stores frozen aisle! The expresso was served warm! Not the way I like it!I go to atlantic city at least twice a month and probably won’t eat thier again!

  302. Andrea Powers say:
