We had a beautiful renovated room with a lovely bathroom and vanity!! We saw a great show with Jimmie Mazz followed by a nice dinner at Breadsticks!! The seafood chowder is to die for!! Lol My husband and I love Resorts and all their great slot machines!! Such fun! Great time!!

  4. Thelma Legaspi say:

They installed different eating place and I really liked the big renovation they did . It’s friendly atmosphere for senior and people with disability .There are plenty of Restrooms and very accessible to people I just mentioned above as compared to other casino with less Restrooms and not too close enough if you have to go so badly. The attendants and girls who walked around with drinks on the Casino floor are great. Me and my family have fun on our last visit , close to the Boardwalk to get some fresh air and the view of the ocean is spectacular. Multiple Restrooms and Eateries are the BEST THING that this Casino had done.

  5. Sara Platt Kolacz say:

I love the resorts but I was a little disappointed that they changed some or all of the penny slot machines near Margaritaville. Most of the machines were poker or things I had no idea about. I go to enjoy myself and loved it the times I went and the machines I used weren’t there. Disappointed.

  6. Howie Zwerman say:

Loved the variety of machines, different from the Sands in Bethlehem , where we usually go…..Enjoyed lunch at Breadsticks Cafe & Grill

  7. Cynthia Rivera say:

2nd time at this hotel and i have to say i had a great time. The first time wasnt as pleasant, but this time i had a fantastic stay. Clean rooms. Quick check in and out. Many activities to do with kids. The casino cigarette smell wasnt that bad as the first time, where i had a sinus infection due to the smoke. I really enjoyed my stay!!

  8. Karen Hall say:

  12. Laurie Sarner-Ferrara say:

In the past, my husband and I would frequent Atlantic City (since the ’80’s) and we stayed at the Taj Mahal as we are creatures of habit. When it finally closed, we started staying at the Tropicana because somehow we landed on their mailing list and they gave us nice monthly circular advertisements. We love some of the restaurants, the gaming, their comp offers and gift options. This happens to be my birthday month and we were sent a lovely offer to stay at the Atlantic City’s Resorts Casino Hotel. I just got back from across the pond so this was an impromptu decision to see what this casino hotel was like. We totally enjoyed our time in or out of our renovated room, our gaming time, and were able to take in a show where we saw the Neverly Brothers sing rock and roll tunes from Elvis to the Beatles. We loved it! Our room was like a mini suite, clean, current with all the furnishings having a place to plug in our latest devices as phones or tablets. We love “free parking” as that’s a new option at Resorts and a very inviting option for those taking a trip with their own car like my husband and I. The staff we interacted with were knowledgeable and pleasant. We’ll definitely return as we enjoyed our one night stay and liked the fact that whatever current games that were on the floor, we were able to play and explore; where as at the Tropicana, it’s extremely busy & chaotic and many times we weren’t able to play what we were curious to try. The only reason why I didn’t give it an excellent rating was because we weren’t higher up as we asked & didn’t get an ocean view room as we asked. It was a Wednesday to Thursday stay and saw a glass in the hallway we were on, in front of another’s room during our overnight stay and we thought it should have been acknowledged within a 24hr period.

  16. Sue K Vandersloot Wynegar say:

First time there on a last minute bus trip. Your machines are LOOSE, and I had a great day overall. Coulda won more, but I kept giving back. I honestly didn’t get to see much of the place, I’m a GAMBLER. HAHA…I will be back.

  17. Angie Brena say:

I went to use there laptop and sign in to get my 20.00 bonus and didn’t get it rep helped me still nothing was standing there for 20 minutes and then another rep says Internet is down come back in 30 minutes I just left so if it was down how was everything us running in building you anit fooling me

  18. Claudia Shine Manfredi say:

The casino is nice and clean. Promotions booth was ok. Long line with 5 people working. The casino games were ok. I personally don’t like slots that have progressives attached with them. But that was all they seemed to ha e.

  19. Cynthia Satchell-Gore say:

I always have a wonderful stay at resorts! I will be back soon!

  21. Donna Norton Abline say:

Check in was easy breezy! Staff at registration desk were very pleasant, we had a beautiful room, ocean front. Casino is bright and cheerful great machines, the only thing I would have liked more is if I came home with more.$ than I went with!

  22. Jamie Fake say:

Worst experience ever. The front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. I was then charged for 2 rooms, on top of a $100 security deposit for both rooms. When I caught the error within 5 minutes of being here, I asked to speak with the manager who allegedly was “christine”. Probably the same person that was at check in as the attitude was about the same. She stated that I would get the money back in 3 to 5 days for the charges, but that this was not their error it was a bookings . com error. So when I called bookings and found it was not their error as they can provide the dates and times they sent the cancellation email, I called her back and she continued to say, “I apologized, I don’t know what else to tell you” then offered to transfer me to the person in charge of reservations and hung up on me. Unfortunately due to this error I am stuck staying here tonight with basically no money because of this. Lesson learned. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Also…the valet took the bags to give to the bell person who then had to call me and have me describe the bags because they “lost the ticket” within 5 minutes. OH AND…our “ocean tower” room has an amazing view of the back of a building. YES Folks, this is all true and I would like to thank them for this amazing birthday gift! It’s truly one I will remember.

  23. Kylie Nicole Potrikus say:

I wish I could give this place a 0 start rating. Honestly the worst vacation ever. Front desk girl is rude I believe her name was sheylla. Were were double charged for our room on top of 2 $100 deposits for the two rooms (mind you we only booked 1 room) left basically broke because of the insane amount of money they took for said rooms and deposits. Called the manager from our room, her name was Christine, also very rude and not helpful. She also apparently can’t figure out how to transfer someone’s call since she HUNG UP ON US!!! Valet lost our luggage which I still can’t figure out how that is even possible. Will never stay here again and if you’re reading this to help with your decision of where to stay the answer is not here!!!!!

  24. Al Oriente say:

Casino was nice machines were hitting good! But Margaritaville restaurant was not good, food was expensive, spent about $130 on 4 of us that’s Salads and the dry hamburger I had with no taste at all, Mc Donald’s has better burgers and the nachos most of been the bottom of the bag all broken ,we had to use a fork and for $16.95 for that was a waist, we couldn’t even eat the mess. 5 months ago we were in Key West Margaritaville and that was much nicer.

  25. Anthony Lambert say:

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly…

  26. Glenn Woodington say:

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3, (check in is 4 so that was understood) front desk told me to come back in 20 minutes it would be ready, went back 25 minutes and was told it wouldn’t be ready till 5, unacceptable. Than I got a room that was less than promised by reservation person. When I called the front desk about it the person I talked to was less than pleasant and actually raised her voice to me. Everyone else I was in contact with was pleasant and cheerful, front desk personnel may have caused them a repeat customer.

  27. Edwin Ortiz say:

I love the hotel but i hate the restaurants there i went to the east wind yesterday and from the drinks to the appetizers entre and dessert was disgusting then i just went to the breadstick cafe for dinner the server that we had was terrible he only came to my table twice to take my order and to bring my food then as i was enjoying my soup he comes and grabbed it off the table without even asking if i was done it was one of the worst experience i had ever had

  28. Delores Powers say:

Great hotel and casino..friendly staff and always accommodating. Rendezvous Tower is great with view of ferris wheel. Food establishments Great! Would recommend to all my relatives and friends!!

  29. Darlene Halacki-Messina say:

We were given a smoking room, requested non-smoking. They were over booked. Yuck! The room reeked of stale smoke. As we we’re staying only one night we stayed with it. Loved the slots there, but not thrilled with the room. Staff is wonderful, food is good.

  30. Eddie William Wheeler say:

On yesterday, me and three of my sisters and a friend had a very enjoyable day at the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It is a place that everyone should go to get away for relaxation.

  31. Carl Tienken say:

Haven’t been there in years, very nice. The Oktoberfest was outstanding, hope they have it every year.

  32. Rui Michael Silva say:

We were there last evening and as usual it’s a nice place to gamble. It seems tamer than some of the other casinos and has been our spot now for a while. There was a weird atmosphere there this weekend though. Weird people that you normally don’t get but ask a security guard where something is and they walk you there. Ask someone for help and they help right away. In general it’s still our spot. To each his own. We’ve stay there before on many occasions and never had issues with the rooms, checking in or checking out. Never had issues with staff. It’s so much calmer than Bally’s as an example. Trop is okay but it’s hectic, Caesar’s is huge and at times hectic as well. Resorts is our favorite place and when things don’t go just right we don’t sweat it because they’ve gone right more times than not.

  33. Gail Carter say:

The Resorts casino hotel really, I mean really need to upgrade there rooms, hallways and restrooms. Money is only going towards the casino, making it look better but non of the restrooms were touched. You put in two new restaurants but didnt upgrade the old worn out furniture in the rooms. Plus the hallways and doorways look like the police raided the floor before. Please upgrade your rooms!

  34. Ben Harrison say:

Worst customer service/management I have seen anywhere. They overcharged my credit card. I have gotten the run around and been lied to. Nobody wants to help! I spoke to a shift manager who was rude as can be and showed no interest of caring or helping. She tells me her boss isn’t in for another 3 days. Seems like a very poorly managed place! They want to take your money, but treat you like you are garbage. I drive over 13 hours round trip and pay numerous tolls to gamble there. You won’t be getting my business or anyone else I know. Awful!!!

  35. Barry Bowers Sr. say:

Spent one night in a comped room. Nice large clean room in the rendezvous tower. Was greeted by the room attendant, sudar?? I think. He told us to check the room while he waited and if anything needed attention he would address it immediately. Great service. This place is moving up now that Mohegan is in charge. Its old and dingy in some spots but its a grand old place. Lots of food choices. Had great burgers @ Gallaghers.

We didn’t win$$ but that’s how it goes. My only complaints are the cleanliness of the slot machines. Doesn’t seem to be many people coming around cleaning. Drinks are a long time coming. Takes a while. Should try to order two when they come around.

I know the parking is free but the garage is very dirty. Needs a good hosing out. Maybe some paint.

All in all…..4 1/2 *. Well be back.

  36. Mary Jo Boos Gebensleben say:

We had a great stay At Resorts in a beautiful room with an ocean view. Beautiful sun rise yesterday! Had a good dinner at Bread Sticks and had fun playing the slots. We will be back soon!

  37. Dee Hol say:

Stayed at resorts for two days 10/19/10/20 and it surpass my expectations, from the free parking, which is new and great for those of us who drove, to the check in and the service staff. The lines to check in moved smoothly; we were initially offered a smoking room, which I kindly objected too, but the young lady whom checked me in worked wonders and provide me with a wonderful, clean smoke free quiet room. Everything worked perfectly, I enjoyed it so much that I’ve made arrangement for a return trip.
    Thank you S.Cheatha

  38. Denise Russo-Caiazzo say:

Great time at the Senior America Pageant. Great hotel and staff was amazing!

  39. Lindsey Schneider say:

Won’t be going back to this hotel anytime soon. Front desk staff at check in and check out were nasty and didn’t want to be bothered. Room was so tiny, in fact, you couldn’t open the bathroom door because it would hit the toilet! And I didn’t appreciate the previous guests hair all over the bed and bathroom floor. Very disappointed. Also your $25 food voucher is deceiving, they dont tell you it doesn’t include tax and tips…

  40. Rodney Chapman say:

I love the friendly atmosphere throughout the casino floor and the 5 o’clock bar. However there are no servers on the floor especially if your playing the slots.

  41. Mary Little say:

We love it here , fell in love with the soup nazi, no soup for you amazing reubens and pastrami and turkey feast my husband favorite we love Gallagher’s also from the men who valet our car , to even the staff at the desk and we don’t ck in , the are so polite , the men that clean up around the machines so pleasant the bathrooms clean and Girls so polite , we go to have fun and enjoy your casino❤️

  44. Brenda Davies say:

Just came home from spending the weekend for our 1st wedding anniversary. We had a great time. The room was nice except the phone did not work which made it difficult to order room service. Also the lights in the ceiling were flashing. Other than that food was great. Pool and hot tub was awesome. We really enjoyed our weekend.

  45. Eric 'Mars' Aviles say:

I am a regular at Mohegan Sun. Resorts Casino was a little change from what I am used to in CT, but we had a great time. Room was very clean, Free parking, and the nightlife was awesome. I will visit again.

  46. Carla Ford say:

Ok should have a buffet 🤐But had a burger and drink was good! And they had some nice looking guys waiting on us!👍🏾

  47. Diana Swiontek Racca say:

We enjoyed our stay so much. Perfect location, beautiful resort and super friendly staff. We visited almost all of the resorts, and even though ours is older, we feel it is the prettiest with the bathroom in our hotel with original marble floors and walls. Tropicana was fun and busy, but we would be spending too much money there. We plan to come back and stay again when the steel pier is open, June-October.

  48. Marie Jacques say:

I I was there since Monday the 6 of Nov,I had a beautiful time with my daughter. We just get home few minutes a go.I can’t wait to get back again.

  49. Susan Taylor say:

Resort is a great hotel, staff are wonderful, lots of things to do ,swimming, great places to eat,I enjoyed my self with my family.

First time ther n yrs, the wrkers r very friendly had a fun time. Went on a party bus n did not come home broke so try it, it’s fun!!

  52. Lillian Dominguez say:

I had a reservation on the weekend of November 10th 2017 and reserved a suite to celebrate my sister-in-laws and my best friends birthday. We arrived at 11:30am and wanted to see if we can do an early check in. When I went to front desk she advised me to come back at 1pm to check if there were any availabilities for a room. I went back at 1pm and she processed all the paperwork and took down my phone number saying that I will get a text message when the room is available and that it would definitely be before 4pm because the suite was already empty and they were waiting for it to be cleaned. I didn’t receive a phone call until 5:06pm and I was already on the line to check in on the status of our room. When I got to the front desk the receptionist very rudely called my name and had the room keys in her hands. When I asked about receiving a phone call at 5:06 when check in is at 4pm she stated that check is at 4pm but it doesn’t mean that the room is available. BUT SHE WAS THE ONE THAT SAID THE ROOM WAS ALREADY EMPTY WHEN I GOT HERE AT 11:30AM!!!!! I did not want to argue because at this point we have walked around for 4 hours and I just wanted to get to the room. When we got to the room the bathroom mirror is disgustingly dirty and smelled like cigarettes. As if we needed anything else on top of everything that happened!!!!I am very disappointed and honestly pissed at having to stay in that hotel. We sent an email to someone complaining and even asked for a manager to speak to and staff stated there was no one available. Until this day I have not heard from management from that hotel! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

  53. Christa Marie Dellinger say:

On 11/15/2017 I was supposed to be a part of a pretty big company outing called “Goose Jam”, with Wawa. We arrived at 4:15 pm and all parking was blocked off. We drove down to the Valet parking section to ask the guy where we should park. He was talking with a car two ahead of us for about 5 minutes, the car in front of us beeped at them to move along and the valet guy ( I didn’t catch his name) yelled at that woman and told her that she would wait. He finished his conversation and when the lady he yelled at pulled up he quickly directed her somewhere..away. We finally got up to him, and told him what we were there for and he proceeded to tell us that they were full because the event started at 4pm. So when asked where else we could park his response was, I don’t have time to discuss it. And told us to try the street. I think this was very unprofessional on his part, not only for yelling at one driver.. but sending someone who is supposed to be there for a rather big event off into the abyss of Atlantic City with no suggestions. We drove down passed the self parking garage, which was closed off, and passed another parking area which was also closed off even though you could clearly see empty spots from the street as you drove by. My question is, how do you not have parking for such an event and also why is it okay for employees to pretty much just send people away who are SUPPOSED to be there? We all had to RSVP with our company so I’m sure they had an approximate head count on who would be coming. I do understand that maybe you couldn’t accommodate all the parking needs, although the lots that were closed off seemed fairly empty. But I don’t really appreciate being brushed off, as if he couldn’t even maybe TRY to help us find a reasonable place to park. My friend and I were so baffled by this man’s behavior that we pulled over on the next street and tried to figure out where to park for about 15 minutes before deciding to leave because everything we saw was either closed off or a completely abandoned parking lot. I will NEVER recommend anyone go to the Resorts Casino Hotel and especially not to deal with their Valet if that is how they are going to treat people. We drove an hour just to go to this event only to turn around after 20 minutes and drive back home. I really hope that no one else comes into contact with this man, or I assure you you will be getting more of these types of comments.
