    Stayed in room 238… The king size bed has a big soft spot on the left side so that you roll off not comfortable… need to replace mattress.

    If you have a 70’s or newer car this show is not for you! The judges won’t even give your car the time of day. They have silly names for the awards so they can give them out to all the older cars. They did have a youth award for the younger group that went to a 86 Camaro. And a rare award that went to a mid 80’s jag, instead of a Boss 302 or a 429 Torino. If you own a older Camaro you are good as they took 3 or 4 catigorys………..

    I have always enjoyed my visits to Lucky Eagle; win, lose or draw. The Hotel is beautiful (especially the new wing), the rooms are large, super comfortable, immaculately clean, and have great amenities. The Casino is spacious and keeps new and fresh with the constant addition of new slots, free tournaments, and fun promotions. The food is very good and well priced. The Seafood Buffet ( on Friday and Saturday nights) is awesome; the steaks, in the Steakhouse are perfectly prepared (along with every thing else they do); Scatter Creek is great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Don’t get lost in the super-sized casinos, be visible at The Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel.

    Stayed at the hotel..we have been coming here since the place opened..i went downstairs to Starbucks with my mother’s player card to get her a coffee…my mother is in a wheelchair and it’s hard for her to get up and down…they wouldn’t accept her players card with her ID and Mine..lucky eagle has gone to hell…this place sucks…DON’T GO YOU’LL LOSE YOUR MONEY…and customer service sucks!!!

    Love this casino especially Laura the server in the Buffet room we came in with a party of 8 on 10/5/14 her overall service was outstanding this coming from two of us who are servers as trade it’s especially nice when she made the whole family feel at home and her attention to detail serving was exceptional that just started our evening of entertainment off to an exceptional start this is the third time I have drove from California to enjoy this casino in the past three years which we so enjoy and this time the server really made our evening enjoyable

    The Grand Buffet food was as always award winning, hot n tasty, wonderful food. Best fresh seafood, chef prepared omelets, delicious desserts. This last time had the bad experience of the worst server “RENEE”, never had such poor service in public food outlet ever. Lucky Eagle should screen their employees to keep their patrons coming.

    Just started staying at this casino in October 2014. And me and my husband have stayed once a month since then. This place is GREAT! The staff are WONDERFUL! Very nice and professional!     i use to like going there but they favor only certain people i have a silver card and people with the same level get asked time and time agan by a hostess if there is anything they can do for them and offer free dinners all the time this has happened several times and im tired of it the machines use to let u play a bit not any more 300 gone in 30 minutes and dont play the tournament they only offer the little gifts to certain people i will never play another 1 again im thinking about going to another casino im tired of it there and some of there employees are nice others wont even talk to u . and the deli has a grumpy old man who never says a nice word to u and heaven for bid that u would like something left off your sandwich he has a big attitude.let me tell u about the slot tournament i was sitting with 4 ladies the whole time 3 rounds and when they guest came by to offer gift the same lady got several all day i asked in round 2 and she said she had nothing left but she came back in a few and gave the other ladies again small gift they got over 7 or 8 each while others got none i asked in round 3 again and again i was told she has nothing left than at the end of me round she came up to me with a credit card sleave for your cell phone i told her to keep the dam thing i wanted 1 of the little dolls liek the other ladies got 1 lady got 4 of the dolls for her grand kids i wanst the only 1 that was pissed i didnt even stay for the dinner it would be th esame old shit. i think that the little creek might sound like a good place to go try. i drive over an hour to get to lucky eagle from my house it 1 1/2 hours i can get treated better some where else i stopped going to red wind for the same reasons machines so tight and un frendly employees

    I am respectfully asking management to take a look at their mission statement and refocus on customer. Is it that the priority is now slot machines and maybe they generate the most net profit and revenue? I have been a loyal and frequent patron since the casino opened. My visits have become less frequent – as each time, with hope, it does not seem to have a customer service focus. The live music entertainment has a lot to be desired, there is no place to watch the football games with friends (understand the remodeling), but most importantly – the customer service is by far the worse I have experienced. There are virtually no roving waitresses, and the bartenders seem unmotivated and have zero people skills. Hire more people, change your venue, and evaluate better performance incentives.

    I never expect to win during my visits. I don’t bet the kind of money it takes for any substantial win. I go for “mindless activity” and nothing more. If I do OK, I’m happy. Its close to my home and I will continue to frequent here, win or lose. Here’s my issue…I quit going for a year. They sent me repeated offers of $20 free play. I finally started going again. They cut my free play to $10. I continued going, they cut me to $5. I’m not sure what that’s about. It’s just a little hilarious and ridiculous. Just sayin…

    Never again will we go to the Lucky Eagle Casino after tonight. First we waited for over 15 minutes at the restaurant without being greeted or served and when we told someone about it, we watched them argue about who had our table, so we left. Then later into the night after some of us had won some money and gotten pretty excited about it, we were told that we were cutoff from any alcohol because we were being too loud (none of us were drunk). We have been coming here for years and drive over an hour to get there. Incredibly disappointed

    We went there for Thanksgiving and it was horrible. The food was cold in the back room. The food up front was cold/lacked flavor. Soda served was flat and the waitstaff couldn’t give my husband a veteran discount. We reserved a table and paid for 18 people. At $27 a pop. We complained and was promised a call from management because management was not there that day. No call and it has been a month.

    Went to the Lucky Eagle last Monday for Senior Day. The players club line had 40 people in it and was moving very slow. Didn’t get my $10 playing money or the buffet coupon. The buffet line was huge-no chance of getting to the lunch buffet before it closed. Very disappointing.

    We have always had a great time here. We have stayed 2 or 3 days everytime we visit. Love the rooms and the casino. The last two visits we have noticed the hotel has been lacking. The housekeeping is inadequate. We waiting until 4pm today to have someone bring clean towels and take the garbage away. They have replaced the coffee makers with fake “kerigs”. The first morning the kerig did not work….spewed hot water all over the counter. Finally got a new kerig 3 hours later.
    Today we asked for an extra “cup” for the coffee. We were told we needed to call the front desk. They leave two regular in the room and one decafe. We were left with two towels in a double room.
    Unfortunately this stay is not up to par! The hotel has gone down hill. There is not an information book about the hotel in the room. Information about casino and menus of the restaurants available would be nice.
    It will be hard to stay here again. Might have to try the Quinlault again.

    We enjoy getting away for the weekend and visiting casinos. I have family in Medford and stayed the weekend at Seven Feathers. I’m closest to spirit mountain. Neither of these compare to the feeling we leave with more than Lucky Eagle. Customer service and friendliness of staff here is unparalleled. We come here to unwind and it’s nice when you’re treated the way that their staff treats you. I never leave reviews anywhere but they absolutely warrant praise. The Hosts are by far the best also. Many thanks to Steve(the host Mgr.) and your entire staff for doing things the right way. By far our #1 choice.

    I’m very sorry to make this report, but the new restaurant is not very good. I know they have only been open 3 weeks, but they have a lot of kinks to work out.
    My formost complaint is the food, compared to the old place, it is not good. The pizza we had last week hardly had any toppings on it (my wife works in food service, I used to bartend and manage a bar) there was about 2 oz. of chicken on a 16 pizza, and I couldn’t even taste the peperconcini or artichoke. Plus side- crust was done well and good combination of cheese and sauce.
    This week we went back and food was terrible. My sandwich, a tri tip dip had one crummy piece of paper thin meat on it (compared to the old french dip, I would be embarrassed to serve it)
    My wife’s coconut prawns were over cooked, and my sons burger had so much onion on it you couldn’t taste anything else. The garlic fries barley had any garlic. We got our appetizer, spinach and artichoke dip (dip was good), with 5 over cooked dry pieces of flatbread. Then our meal came out less than a minute later.
    The bar service was slow both times with bartenders talking more than mixing drinks. Our waitress went back 3 times before drinks were ready and bar staff didn’t know the difference between a pint glass and a chimney.
    Manager was nice and did comp us for our meal. Waitress was trying real hard, but was not getting any support from kitchen or bar.
    Stick to the buffet, deli, or steak house. Never had a bad experiance at those.
    I have been going to lucky eagle since it opened. Very disappointing.

    Really disappointed in the LE Mardi Gras free play promotion. Mostly $5 prizes which was pretty lame. Added to that the eCash system was down and you couldn’t access free play or points. I was there for two hours but the system never came back on. Not good Lucky Eagle, not good.

    We recently stayed at your hotel, however one thing is for positive, We will NEVER come back. Here is why:

    Our Son just turned 18 yrs old. As far back as I can remember my son dreamed of turning 18 so that he can finally go to a casino and gamble. We live in Central oregon so we put in alot of time researching where he could gamble, so he could decide where he wanted to go. He came across your casino and everything on your website, along with the receptionist told us that slot games age limit is 18 and table games is 21. It took us 6 +hours driving here to make his dream come true for his birthday. We go to eat then gamble but before we got past security the carded our son. As you can imagine how completely devastated we all were to find out that your website and reservationist lied. We did Not drive 6 + hours to find out it was all for nothing bcz he could only play less than 50 slots that dont have a chance in hell to win on. So after security told us this devastating news we decided to to go to your new grill/sportspub. The service we had was absolutely the worst we have ever had. Our Waitress, Randi came to our table 3 (1 to take our order 1 to give 1 round refills and lastly to give our check) times the entire 2 hours we were there. We only got our original drink and only 1 refill. The food was great but it took close to an hour and a half just to get our food. I asked for several items and never rcv’d any of it. At the end of our dinner she brought our check told us she would be our cashier when we were ready and she left. After 10 or 15 mins of waiting for her to come back I decided I wasnt going to wait any longer and took the check to the hostest desk. The gal there wouldnt ring up my bill, insisting that Randi needed to ring it up. She proceeded to yell for her like twenty times. Finally Randi came over and completed to process my card. We ended up leaving a night earlier than planned. Thank you very, very much for ruining our trip to make is dream come true. Not only will I never come back, but I will be giving your casino and hotel a 1 out 10 stars.

    The Buffet is broken and apparently they have no desire to fix it. Tonight with guests, we spent 35 minutes standing in line. This is common and has been up to an hour.

    Empty tables can be seen everywhere and no one is being seated. Why?

    Monday is senior night and they expect seniors to stand for up to an hour?

    Maybe some of the money being spent on expansion, should be spent on staff. But then again when you don’t care about customer service, what can you expect?

    This was the third time in a row and it’s doubtful I will bring family or friends again. We will travel a few minutes further where we are appreciated!

    Sunday, 4/10/16 went to Lucky Eagle for first time in about 2 years. The two previous visits were not enjoyable due to tight machines and not even getting some winnings during the play time to play on “their money”.

    First two machines I got bonus rounds, won $6 and $13 on $1 and $1.20 bets. FOR THE NEXT THREE HOURS NEVER HAD ANOTHER BONUS ROUND ON ANY MACHINE! Played a $2.00 bet on machine and get bonus round finally! I WON 60 CENTS ON THE FREE SPINS!

    I’ve been to a lot of different casinos in Washington state and Oregon and Lucky Eagle is by far one of the best run casinos out of all of them they seem to be the better paying payouts and their Buffet is awesome.     The drawing they have where they call a name and announce that the person has 3 mins to get to the players Club desk is BS because I timed it they have anywhere from 3 to 8 mins to get to the players desk if not longer I waited around tonight and the guy that won the prize took 7 mins to get to the desk they only called 3 names and it started at 8pm and ended at 818pm in that time they should have called at least 3 more names especially for the people that were patiently waiting for the drawing.

    We stayed at the hotel and something was wrong with the lock on our room door had to go down 4 times to get our keys redone, the head housekeeper and security person couldn’t even get us in. Even after they “said” the maintenance crew changed our lock Finally at 9:30 that night they gave us a different room. They gave us 1/2 off our room but I feel like more should have been done this was our anniversary get away and we couldn’t get in our room for over 5 hours after check in and spent a lot of time trying to get it fixed when it wasn’t our problem. The games are all dated and the same games. We will not be going back.

    One of my very favorite places to see musicians perform. The venue is not to big, the quality of sound is on point and security is always friendly. Oh, and the price of a beer isn’t bad, either!!     The rooms could be cleaner. Every wall and corner has a few years of dust accumulated, pretty bad. The staff at the front desk are pretty rude. Every time I had to go to front desk there were 3 employees there all pretending to be too busy to even acknowledge me for at least a couple minutes. One in particular was just blah! Beware of the heavy set one with glasses. She sat there with her cell phone in her ear, not talking, maybe on hold? Maybe nothing? I was standing right in front of her and she did nothing. Isn’t that the first rule in hospitality? To at least acknowledge a guest within seconds? I actually walked away, after about 5 minutes, to another staff member who walked out of the back. I don’t think it is resting bitch face, just bitch face and bad attitude. I asked for more coffee and she gave me 2 cups, (they are the pods) I said we needed more and she wouldn’t give them to me. Another day my son went and easily got 4. Even after I went to my room and the door wouldn’t unlock and I had to go back down there for new key, I said I should get a couple more cups coffee for my trouble and just got a dirty look.     If I could rate lower, I would. Went to the buffet last night, had to ask twice to have our table wiped off. The first time the girl bright us napkins, I am guessing we were to clean it ourselves. The food was disgusting and there were flies everywhere, thankfully they just brought stuff out while we were in line, so we were able to get some food before the flies landed on it, but it was still mediocre at best. I had to go looking for someone to bring us tea and although she wandered around to look busy, not once did she come back to check on us. When I told one of the employees, this was the worst buffet I have ever been to, they just walked off. Save your money and eat somewhere else. We will never eat there again.

    Hotel was fine! Nice rooms but you can hear all hallway activity/voices. Not good if you’re trying to sleep.
    The room itself though was VERY clean! Thank you housekeeping!
    Buffet (temporary or not) was AWFUL! Rude staff, over cooked food, a complete chaos amongst staff in front of guests on who is doing what. Awkward.
    My group of 6 wanted to eat at the ChopHouse but there was a long wait with no wait list and no time frame. The host(es) ‘greeting’ guests should acknowledge the people standing around their register, at the very least. We had an 1:45 before the concert and your staff did not make us feel confident we would make it in time. Not what you want to hear when we’re seeing an event at your venue. Frustrating. We had to settle for the buffet and I would never do that again. I’d recommend you stop by Taco Bell, Shari’s or Denny’s before attending an event here. Oh, and parking is terrible. TERRIBLE…. But popular.
    Venue is nothing to write home about, but #sawyerbrown put on a GREAT show!

    Ate at your “temporary buffet.” Very disappointing.
    First- the buffet had less than half of the normal choices, so there should be a temporary discount. Paying the same price for less variety.
    2nd- During my trip thru the line I wanted some fried chicken and there was one sorry piece and the never refilled it until we left.
    3rd- Decided to have some ham, no serving spoon cuz someone had conveniently put in with the fried rice. So, I asked the scruffy gentleman standing to attend something? Not sure what? If he could get a serving spoon. So he took the one that had been put in the rice back behind the black curtain and instead of getting a clean one. He smacked it on the side of the garbage can and then brought it back out and reluctantly placed it back in the pan of ham. So now it was already dirty then it came in contact with THE GARBAGE CAN AND WAS PUT BACK ON THE PAN OF HAM!!! CONTAMINATED!!!!
    GO BACK BEHIND THE CURTAIN OZ!!!
    DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE FOOD HANDLER CARDS???????
    And finally, after leaving that area, headed to your lovely dessert dabockle!!! And the attendant mentioned to me, “we have to keep everything covered up because people complain about the flies.” And my reply was, we’ll I can understand that????????

    First time staying at this casino/hotel. We went for my birthday. Staff was super friendly and gave me vouchers for food, the hotel staff Stephanie was super nice and offered to upgrade the room for a small fee. We ended up with a family suite and it was AMAZING!! beautiful room with jacuzzi tub. Easy access to the casino via the sky walk and the table dealers were really nice and friendly and joking around with us. The machines were paying nicely and my son walked out over a thousand dollars richer. Not bad for a 22 year old kid. The only complaint I had was the buffet. The steak was on point but the rest of the buffet left a lot to be desired. The fruit had fruit flys all over it and the deserts looked like they got them from Costco we later got a pizza from the sports bar and that was really nice!! Took it to our room and enjoyed it watching a big screen TV before heading back to the casino for more fun. Over all I would most definitely come back again real soon. I had a very good time �

    Its pretty cool little casino. Husband spent 200.00 and he gets it back after 2 more visits. Never had a casino that did that before. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our Saturday afternoon. I walked in with 100.00 walked out with 100.00 so i was pleased. Cant wait to go back and Eat at the Buffett.

    The hotel was very nice, stayed there one night on Wednesday night. Front desk staff was nice. We didn’t go to the casino or buffet, so I can’t rate those, but we used the pool and spa. Spa was a little murky but that can be expected when people don’t rinse off before using it, like the sign says. Jets worked great and it was very relaxing. Pool was slightly heated which was nice. The room was very clean and tidy. The shower tub drained really slowly, which wasn’t that big of a deal, I mentioned it to the front desk lady as I checked out the next morning. The Starbucks in the lobby was great for breakfast. It was a nice place for the rate they charged. I think the bad reviews on here are just people who like to complain and pick out every little thing. If you’re easy going like me you’ll have a great time. Would definitely go here again!

    October 23-24th 2016 Room #403 Hotel stay & Michael McDonald Concert:
    I was pleasantly surprised by the polite, respectful,and considerate staff of the Hotel,Main Street Restaurant, Event Center and Buffet Restaurant..
    While I was having lunch in the Buffet my server actually sat down with me and had a nice conversation with me about my hometown and the concert I was attending that evening..it meant a great deal to me that she took a few moments from her busy day to take interest in me, her kindness poured over into the rest of my stay…My food and drinks were both delicious and well priced.
    The room was warm, comfortable and very clean..The morning I left the hotel cleaning staff were very nice as I departed….After I arrived home I noticed an additional $25 was billed to my card so I contacted the front desk where the issue was resolved with courtesy and respect…I highly recommend The Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel based primarily on how I was treated, great food, nice room and great overall experience..

    The Hotel was exceptional, we were in the new addition beautiful job on it .The king bed was awesome and the pillows were from cloud nine.
    But the new eatery called the Craft House was horrible. We waited quite sometime to get waited on and when we were served our dinner salad, we had no silverware, now about 15 minutes to receive them. When our supper came we were served a Calzone that was burnt on the bottom. We tried to get our waitress’s attention to no luck. One of our friends that we were dining with got up from his supper to run a waitress down. When she did come she explained to us that all Calzones are brown on the bottom from the flour..we said this isn’t brown it’s burnt black. She then asked if it was so bad why did we eat half of it…we explained that Ron had taken his Insulin based on what he was going to eat and that with all the time passing his sugar was low. We had scraped off the top for him to eat from my top and his. She was very huffy about the whole situation. She finally agreed to take it off our bill. I do hope it is better the next time…or maybe we will always eat elsewhere as is what we did for breakfast the next day. But we really highly recommend the Hotel.
    The Casino was under construction inside so that part also was kind of a disappointment….but we were happy to just get out.

    My sister and I went to the Lucky Eagle for the Thanksgiving Buffet. What a disappointment! The food was cold because they tried using one tea light candle under each buffet tray to keep the food warm. It didn’t work. The quality of the food left much to be desired. The baby carrots tasted like someone just dumped them from a bag into the tray and steamed them. The sweet potatoes tasted like they had just come out of a can and been warmed up. The stuffing was just okay, lacked seasoning. The mashed potatoes and turkey gravy were okay. The turkey tasted like it had been precooked and frozen before being shipped in. The cranberry sauce was over with what passed for a salad bar, no plates so back to the buffet line for a plate. Salad bar consisted of spinach, romaine and iceburg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, sliced boiled eggs and pickled beets plus potato salad. They also has shrimp and two kinds of crab. The crab I had tasted like it had been boiled in salted water so salt was the predominant taste. The rolls were okay but no butter to be found. When my sister went to the dessert table and came back empty handed I knew things weren’t about to improve! I had a pecan tart which was pretty good and a chocolate pumpkin thing that was inedible. They had apple, pumpkin and lemon pie that looked like what you would find at Walmart, also some cookies, brownies and pumpkin bread. Definitely not worth what we paid and we won’t be back. I have had Thanksgiving dinner there in years past and always had good food. The people at the two tables near me also said their food was poor quality and cold. On the good side, our server was polite and prompt.
    Update 1/11/2017 I was contacted by Lucky Eagle and told they would contact me regarding my issues with the buffet. It’s been over six weeks and I have yet to hear from them! I suspect they may have been overwhelmed by the number of people complaining about the quality and quantity of the food but their attitude has just confirmed my decision to not only not return to their buffet but to also avoid the other restaurants and the casino.

    I’ve been to my share of Casinos … local (Washington/Oregon), Las Vegas, Reno, Tahoe, Laughlin, Wendover, Black Hawk, Riverton, Redding, Coeur d’Alene, San Diego/Ramona, and Lucky Eagle is a favorite for my wife and I. The BEST players club of any of them.

    My only major complaint would be hotel related. Our 3-headed shower didn’t work… much to our disappointment. We reported it to the front desk in person who really couldn’t have cared less.

    Another minor issue we had was the disorganized handling of Fireball Bingo. We took my dad and had tickets printed. We were told we had to go to the events/promotion window for tickets (swap the print outs for tickets), so we lost our place in line. After 30 minutes in that line, the window said our printed tickets were fine. Back to the end of the other line. By the time we got in, we all had to sit separately and didn’t get our Fireball t-shirts. They ran out. Funny you’d run out for an event where you control the number of tickets sold. My dad collects t-shirts, so he was disappointed he wasn’t going home with a Lucky Eagle shirt. My wife emailed them…again a lack of cares given. (I can get $80 in free play, but a t-shirt would be too much, I guess.)

    So, the casino is awesome … 5 star, our favorite. The hotel and promotions? Not so much. I recommend the casino and players club to my friends and family.

    I visited December 17th and had a great time..even got to see the Commodores. My complaint was you were serving lobster n steak (i don’t eat either ) at buffet for 25.00. Told host at front desk I didn’t want those items but was told I still had to pay

    I expected smoke, but it was sooo bad! There is no way to avoid it which was really disappointing. Almost everyone i know avoids casinos for this reason. Also, warning! No options for people with food allergies. You should consider using separate fryers so food isn’t contaminated with dairy and egg. Guacamole and salsa with chips or fries would have been an option but your chips are fried in same oil as egg battered items and guac is mixed with cream! The best part was the band Rumor 6 that played on dec 30th. We had fun dancing on the light up dance floor.

The cost for seniors suck now and having to wait in line for some of us that are disabled is very hard to do. Most of the food trays were empty and every time went up to get some still not replaced. I got home and was sick to my stomach for 2 days. I have been eating hear for years evey week but that was my last time. Just a little side note. Your non smoking room is the pots. No good games. Way way way to small. All the good games are in the smoking and not everyone smokes but have to play in it. I have been going to Redwind and Little Creek because they have large non smoking.

The NEW buffet is no exception. Prices have gone up, while quality and selections have become worse. Sure the new buffet needs to be funded, but not from my wallet.

    The service at The Craft House bar was lacking to say the least. Our server was more interested in talking to a table of personal friends that she sat behind us. Not only did she ignore us most of the game, we had to listen to her conversation full of profanity with her friends. Completely inappropriate. When another server moved said friends, he advised them to come to his section for free beer. I fealt as if I deserved the free beer for putting up with the conversation and profanity and lack of service.
    I had to round her up for drinks many times and ask for my bill 4 times at least not to mention the drinks I ordered were either not in stock, not 1 or 2 but many beers and my girlfriends drinks were made with 7 up when we requested soda water many times.
    Needless to say, I’m not likely to return here.
    And FYI, when we come to your bar for a Seahawks Game we would like to hear the game not the endless anouncments that go on and on.

    To much walking from hotel to casino, lil casinos in the hotel lobby are just $ guzzlers, ordered a sandwich that wasn’t complete, friend had a hamburger that wasn’t prepared as ordered, coffee machine in room didn’t work, jacuzzi tub had jets not working, coffee table was filthy, popcorn kernels & something else was wiped off into the corner of counter. Top it off the room that was reserved was supposed to be a double, that got snatched up by someone else! We got a king & a roll away… not worth the drive not worth nothing, the room was a gift from friends for my birthday they are awesome people think they would be disappointed to hear the truth, the best thing was the fact they got a room & took care of a flower arrangement that they had to be placed in the “room” 1 star for the king bed it was very comfortable…..

    On March 3rd 2017 we had dinner at the new fire kitchen buffet. The food was dry, cold, no flavor and there wasn’t even the crab shell crackers available. This was the biggest waste of a $50.00 bill that I can remember. I could have gone anywhere else and done better!!! Won’t be going back anytime soon.

    I was there for 3 hours no1 came and offered us drinks at all… I even ask the front desk at players card desk if me and husband was on mail list she said why do you want to know that for very rude her name was Deborah… The buffet close at 3pm for dinner. They should change that i think there shouldn’t be a dinner change only prices… My husband who was a new person didn’t get his free play… I came from Shelton to get out of my routine but I think I’ll just stay up here and Shelton and play at the casino here.

    All I can say is the so called new & improved buffet was absolutely terrible. Should have stayed with the previous one. The food was cold, salad had to be cut with a fork, tomatoes were like little rubber balls. Lemonade was like dishwater, lemon moraine pie was aweful. Save your money, eat before you go to the casino. Also slots are extremely tight… would not recommened lucky eagle to anyone…

    This weekend we went to the casino and hotel for our honeymoon we got their best room with the large deck and jetted tub we had a good time gambling had really good food at the craft house they over-cooked one of my steaks but they took it back to the kitchen and fix this and new steak and gave us dessert on the house for the mistake. The best place to go to have a good time is The Lucky Eagle and they also had good entertainment.

    We had fun playing slots and then we ate.. the line is always long, the wait to be called forward to pay is longer then necessary, the food is dry, or there isn’t any more available, last night there was no ranch dressing, the prime rib was very tough, the turkey was dry, there was no steak knife, the crab was very salty.
    I feel bad so much time and money was spent to make our dinning experience better , but it was actually better the other way.
    Oh and those plates in the bar that are shaped like Washington are udderly ridiculous and hard for the servers to maneuver.

    I love all the games. But I don’t understand why the Craft House cannot get the service right. I’ve eaten there 8 times and I have had terrible service every time. It takes forever for food, drinks and bill to come. They have brought wrong food, dropped tray with food before it got to table and yesterday I ordered eggs Benedict and 15 minutes later waiter came and said oh sorry we are out!     We had lots of fun and some luck. Dinner at the new steakhouse, well the service was excellent, starch of the day was potatoes that were way over seasoned with salt (and I like salt), 3 out of 4 steaks were perfect, but 1 overcooked. Truly had a good time, but mostly because of the company and service, not so much the food itself. Very clean rooms as usual and all the staff at the hotel and casino are so friendly and nice.

    Love the casino, we go there often and have a great time. However this time we decided to eat at the Craft House. It was incredibly disappointing. It was moderately, busy, but not to bad. We ordered the Craft your own burger, one with bacon, cheese, no tomatoes, one with cheese& mushrooms . The order came, the one without tomatoes not only had them on the burger, but it was garnished with one. My partner cannot eat tomatoes. When we told the waitress…not only did she not apologize, she gave us a dirty look and told us it would be another 20 minutes. Mine had maybe a tsp of mushrooms, which we paid extra for..odd for a build your own burger. She did bring the order back, it was practically raw, never once apologized. We will not be eating at this place again. Left a bad taste in our mouth after a decent evening. While mistakes on food do happen, the customer service was horrible!

    A few of us decided to come here after a wedding reception to try it out for the 1st time. The staff seemed really nice but our biggest issue was the tightness of the machines. The place seemed pretty busy so u would think they would have some decent payouts some of the time. None of us managed to hit anything close to a decent payout. The people around me were saying the same thing. And please, in this day and age, make your non smoking section bigger. It’s like 1/6th the size of the smoking section.

But it was still pretty good. And I also got some Calamari that I had to send back because it was not cooked long enough. They re-cooked it and it was way better the second time. My friends had their chicken nachos and it was a HUGE portion…i believed they liked it. The pricing wasn’t too bad at all. I also had the Hawktail cocktail that was really sweet and good!!     Great performance from the band and fantastic sound but not a very good rock-n-roll show venue. The stackable chairs for a rock show were a joke.     Me and my wife have been coming to the lucky eagle for the better part of 10 yrs.to be clear, the only thing that brings us in to take a chance with two days pay…..the food.tonight….not so much.my wife orders chicken strips.I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Pretty simple right? Uh..no.I watched my cheeseburger sit under the heat lamp for 10 min while waiting for my wifes chicken strips.when fresh chicken strips got there, so did my old burger.could have almost let it go….but, they forgot the bacon! Sent it back…..5 min later ill give you one guess what they sent back……the same old burger with bacon that was cooked hours before the burger……flagged the manager down and had the meal taken off my bill.first time in my life ive had to do such a thing.but, here’s the kicker!……after removing the meal from my bill….THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE BACON!!!!! The thing about the crafthouse, if you pay attention you can watch how the “machine” works.in my humble opinion its not the servers…… its inattentive kitchen staff and management not willing to hold them accountable.

    Casino is 5 stars! Once you walk onto the gaming floor there are hundreds of machines…some favorites, but my husband and I prefer craps as our game, but when craps is crappy, we play machines…lol

    Associates deserve 5 stars! From the staff, Players Club, Cashier cage, Cocktail staff (walking the gaming floor making sure their players stay hydrated), and the housekeeping constantly cleaning restrooms. Dealers at table games, most always upbeat and joking and having fun with the “regulars”, their presence makes going to Lucky Eagle, a fun time!

    Restaurants: You have options…from the Fire Kitchen Buffet, Craft House, Sidewalk Cafe, Steakhouse and the new Yuzo noodle bar, there is something for everyone. Menus are vast, you are able to order breakfast all day (at the Craft House) although a smaller menu after 11am…..and meals are affordable! We haven’t tried the noodle bar. But all our meals for the most part, are served hot and delicious. If there is a problem, bring it to the servers attention and they will gladly correct it.

    Drink Stations: there are two, one in Non Smoking gaming area, and one centrally located in the middle of the gaming floor, and not to mention many cocktail servers happy to serve drinks …and they are everywhere!

    We have been very happy with our time at Lucky Eagle! We always have fun there, meeting friends there, gaming with friends there, we go there a lot, it’s like our home away from home. My husband is retired with a disability…so our time is precious and we enjoy being where we get to spend time with friends and have fun!

    We enjoy our gaming time at Lucky Eagle. There are jackpots won often! (Although I haven’t won any). Maybe someday…
    But this casino earns 5 stars from us.
    There are no other associates anywhere else like at Lucky Eagle!

    And the VIP Hosts are the BEST!! They always do their best to make sure you have everything you need or desire to make your stay a great one!!

    Gift shop: Great!! Lots of items & great prices!! My husband says I am banned from there for a while…as I buy a new purse evertime I walk through their doors….lol…I’m only at 5…..

    Bars: there are two great bars…every drink you can imagine and wide variety of beers on tap…make mine a double!! Lol…

    Drink Stations: there are two, one in Non Smoking gaming area, and one centrally located in the middle of the gaming floor, and not to mention many cocktail servers happy to serve drinks …and they are everywhere!

    We have been very happy with our time at Lucky Eagle! We always have fun there, meeting friends there, gaming with friends there, we go there a lot, it’s like our home away from home. My husband is retired with a disability…so our time is precious and we enjoy being where we get to spend time with friends and have fun!

    We enjoy our gaming time at Lucky Eagle. There are jackpots won often! (Although I haven’t won any). Maybe someday…
    But this casino earns 5 stars from us.
    There are no other associates anywhere else like at Lucky Eagle!

    And the VIP Hosts are the BEST!! They always do their best to make sure you have everything you need or desire to make your stay a great one!!

    Gift shop: Great!! Lots of items & great prices!! My husband says I am banned from there for a while…as I buy a new purse evertime I walk through their doors….lol…I’m only at 5…..

    Bars: there are two great bars…every drink you can imagine and wide variety of beers on tap…make mine a double!! Lol…

Little Creek is too close to come here and spend hundreds of dollars to be treated like this. So many rude employees. I had ask for a Seattle Seahawks blanket they were giving away long after they were gone. I wanted it for a child that is fighting cancer. I ask one of the wonderful casino representatives, Robin, and she made sure we got one. We gave it to this child via his grandmother and he was absolutely thrilled. I believe all casinos have smoking sections but the Lucky Eagle now has a very large non-smoking section. We don’t even go to any other casinos as this one makes us feel like we are home.

    Family took me and my 5 year old daughter to watch the Eclipse upon top of parking structure, their choice not mine since new to the Casino scene. Family wanted to eat breakfast afterward, took elevator down and was met with security and escorted to eating area because of daughter, which was cool. After eating used restroom and got separated from family. Was told by hostess to go ahead a walk to elevator. On way ran into brother and asked where rest of family went, was approached by employee and told not to dally on the floor and to get moving, in a rude tone. Proceeded to elevator as instructed, was then approached as my daughter and I walked by security. Was interrogated a dozen questions, hardly given the time to respond, clarified what I was doing and where I was going. Security proceeded to argue, and told me to exit the front of building, was finally able to get a few words out and explained we were parked in structure. Then told we were walking the wrong way and not to zig-zag through Casino, at that point I pointed to elevators and where we came from which was basically a straightforward walk. At that point I told them I’m leaving. Food was ok but real inexpensive do was worth it, wait staff was friendly and did a good job, which was why I gave two stars.

The mother of the child even watched and so did the employees behind the area. All of the employees we encountered were super friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Last time I was there a woman who is there everytime I am, won 5 games out of 20. Now I don’t begrudge someone winning, but when that same person wins at least twice everytime I am there and then wins 5 times that evening – it really gives the appearance the bingo games are rigged! Each time I am there the same people are winning! I trust my gut when it says the games may be rigged!

The community, my union and my friends rallied behind me for a sifting party where we went through the ashes of my home looking for items that may have survived the fire and stressful as it was, my fur babies to put them to rest. Some of my friends, and myself, were coming from quite a ways away and Lucky Eagle put us up so we did not have to start our day at 4 am due to drive times. They put us in the most amazingly beautiful and peaceful room, I was treated with kindness and dignity by the front desk staff. I hadn’t been in the hotel before but am a frequent flyer at the casino and Pam and Scottie are the bomb for arranging this for me. Do I grumble when I don’t win? Like most folk, yes…but when my life erupted into total chaos, Lucky Eagle stepped up to make my life easier…Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen…many blessings to you all!

    Buffet dinner was great. Dessert needs a little more work. Mousse or pudding(which ever it was) was drab in flavor and sticky, I think one was tiramisu but had 0 coffee flavor or any discernible flavor for that matter.

    Everything else in the buffet from food to staff to atmosphere was great though. The fire roasted salmon is an amazing addition to the buffet and a real eye pleaser.

    We only go to a seafood buffet once every month or two but this buffet will be our new destination. The other two main buffets around Olympia don’t come close in comparison to Lucky Eagle’s. Compliments to the owners and construction team on this renovation.

    Buffet dinner was great. Dessert needs a little more work. Mousse or pudding(which ever it was) was drab in flavor and sticky, I think one was tiramisu but had 0 coffee flavor or any discernible flavor for that matter.

    Everything else in the buffet from food to staff to atmosphere was great though. The fire roasted salmon is an amazing addition to the buffet and a real eye pleaser.

    We only go to a seafood buffet once every month or two but this buffet will be our new destination. The other two main buffets around Olympia don’t come close in comparison to Lucky Eagle’s. Compliments to the owners and construction team on this renovation.

    Well me personally I believe this place is a scam , the card readers take forever to read your card and when you want to play your not going to sit and keep messing with the machines to get the card readers to work I’ve played thousands of dollars here over this last weekend but since the card readers aren’t working ever I haven’t earned anything I’m from out of state I’d highly recommend not to come here . There’s better places that will take care of u . Once again just my opinion thanks .

    I really like the casino and all that it has to offer but the motel portion is overpriced. It’s clean and comfortable but not worth the 175 for the plain Jane room. The steakhouse is also overpriced and really has no flavor. I had prime rib medium rare and no flavor. My wife had the salmon and wouldn’t eat it as it was Atlantic salmon (we did ask as it didn’t look right or taste good). Why are you serving Atlantic salmon in the pnw?

    Even with no personal luck, I’d say I really do love there setup and how beautifully kept up it is. No doubt you’ll be welcomed with open arms by the polite customer service as well as the peaceful game rooms that seem picked just for you!     We love lucky eagle. We have never had a bad experience there. We have always had great service in the casino and hotel. The staff is great. When we play the slots, there always staff walking around and helping someone. I think if people are upset at the staff because they aren’t doing something for them . Then, just get up and get it yourself. You try dealing with people that are drunk and losing and maybe be stressed because they just not winning. Then, you might understand why some staff gets upset. They are just trying to do their best for the enjoyment of us. So remember that when you go there. Just to let you know! We think all the staff is great. Keep up the great service and smile’s.
    We have won some n lost a lot money. However, we always feel very safe and secure at lucky eagle. We thank you. Thank you for letting us come and have a great time .     I won $1,000 at bingo but the slots are usually tight for me and I lost 60 bucks pretty quick before I quit it. That’s how gambling goes. I tried the new buffet for the first time and was disappointed because it wasn’t any better than the old Buffet. They have a good selection but the prime rib was tough and the crab was watery. Their smoked salmon is very good

    Had the crab and prime rib buffet…food was good but the service is actually what made the night memorable. The people – quite literally from the Cashier to the host who showed us to our table to our waiter- were personable, smiling, johnny on the spot even while they were busy to get us anything we needed.     Here I am, laying awake in my room at Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel at 2:30 am. Until 30 minutes ago I was sleeping soundly, then suddenly I was renched from my peaceful slumber by the lights in my room turning on and the exclamation of “WHAT THE FUCK!”. Through the sleep in my eyes I see, sandig in mydoorway, a shocked elderly woman trying to processes the notion that the room she was given was already occupied. My angry wife called down to the front desk to complain about our unexpected guest and the phone was answered by an apologetic, but slow witted/stoned front desk clerk. Not one minute later, as I was thinking my adventure was over, I hear a knock on the door and sure enough it is the husband of the fowl-mouthed elderly lady who had just busted into my room like the Koolaid Man. When my angry wife answered the door, the confused old fellow let her know that she was not his wife and left to resume his search for a place to sleep. Just as my angry wife and I were getting back into bed, the phone in our room rings; it is none other than Smokey McBongwater from the front desk resuming his apology and letting my angry wife know that we would not be charged for our stay that night. The most extraordinary detail here is that our two children sleeping in the room with us were somehow able to remain undisturbed by the ruckus affair. This is my extraordinary tale. It could have been worse.
