My wife and I have Gambled here many times. We liked it and we decided to try and stay for a weekend. I called to book a advertised deal that was on their website. After the lady told me there was no such deal, I reminded her that it was on there web site. She check and said ok. I tried to book the two nights and what was advertisted was not what they offered on the phone. After I questioned it and complain they changed their advertisment on their website. I am glad I printed the advertisment first to prove it. DON’T TRUST THEIR ADVERTISED SPECIALS. My Wife and I have since booked a room for the same weekend down the road at North Star.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. I recently received a certified package from them in the mail and in it was a small purse I had forgotten in our hotel room. I didn’t realize that I had left my purse there and so didn’t even call to ask about it, but the staff was kind enough to spend the money and time to mail it back to me. Checked out the new casino a few weeks ago and like the new Poker and Table Games area, low ceiling was nice as I can hear the music. Ambiance was increased with the new building as well as business.

very good place to stay very nice and nicely decorated hotel room we had. The food in there restaurant was very good there too and the all you can eat buffet. on Friday that they have there. very fun adult entertainment!
Today’s Mother’s Day brunch was stellar! The convention center ballroom was decorated to the nines, had fresh flowers, clean/pressed linens, quick/smiling service from staff, and hot, fresh, and wide variety of food! The beef roast melted in your mouth and I was so proud and extremely impressed with the presentation and professionalism. It felt “big city” in terms of service, decor, & food but kept that small community friendly feel to it all without the “big city” prices. Today didn’t exceed expectations, y’all BLEW ME AWAY!! Bravo Menominee!!! I’ll definitely be back….. #Aho

Not impressed with the hotel or the set up of the facility. Nothing is convenient. Just to get from your room to the restaurant. ..you get a work out.
The set up in a suite is so tight that with 3 people you can hardly move . Not enough room to even open the hide a bed. I registered for 3 people and not even a blanket for that person. When I called the front desk I had to leave a message….REALLY. No excuse for that. And no microwave. The price is too high for what you get. Not sure if I would return.
The lady at guest services didnt look at all happy. We were going to stay in their RV park. It is a JOKE, open parkinglot with plug ins. Wasnt at all impressed. Casino was just OK.
Had a bad experience Memorial Day weekend. We had left 2 jackets in closet when we checked out. They found 1 which was a denim and the other a leather jacket was gone. Had called them many times and no return call. Once I reached the hotel manager Jonathan he said there was nothing they could do about it even though security had seen it on hotel cart when checking in and not on cart when checking out. He said they would send us a free room which was 2 weeks ago and still have… not received anything yet. The most upsetting thing about this experience is that they never return my calls. The security person I talked to a few times always got back to me but the hotel manager never returned my calls I always had to try to reach him. Even though it is our fault for leaving it there, there customer service sucks. I guess HO-CHUNK and Potawatomi will be seeing me a lot more.

Way too much distance between rooms and casino. My husband is disabled and the walk was too much. Casino workers are not but they were certainly not friendly. First and last visit for us.
Rooms are great for the price! Really needs better restaurant selections. New band entertainment area does not work! Not enough tables or area to Stand and enjoy the band. Slots are very tight! None of the four of us won anything to speak of! Isles for slots are very crowded and hard to get around! Really wish they would have taken some notes on how Northstar is set up! But overall good Value.
What I like is you can gamble and have some fun without every machine draining you dry I don’t think they are set as tight as some of the casinos! Also I like the fact that they offer the free rooms and there food is very good!!

Booked the Green Bay Game Day Package and stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Everyone from the desk clerk to the table games dealer to the employees who accompanied us to the game were exceptionally nice. Hotel was clean, pool area is beautiful, casino was clean, and Game Day Package was great – beer, food, indoor tailgate area, and a sober ride out of Lambeau after the game. Thanks Menominee!

We stayed for NYE from thursday – sunday. It was an amazing stay. The food and entertainment was fabulous and top notch!
There was never a need to leave the resort at all. We had all of our meals there between the restaurant and snack bar it was fulfilling. The buffets that were offered were excellent.
The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. There’s a tiny coffee maker to get you started before you head out and a small fridge to keep snacks and beverages for movie time… in bed.
Let’s not forget the pool area. It’s absolutely gorgeous if you just want to sneak away for awhile and relax.
The staff throughout the establishment are all so very friendly especially in the casino. They really know how to make you feel welcome there!
We definitely cannot wait to keep going back!!

We came from Danbury, Wisconsin to see BBI in the lounge! They were terrific. Very entertaining and a class act. Hope they are booked at least four times in a year. I love coming back to my rez and listening to awesome bands and seeing old friends! Thank you MCR!

Stayed Feb 18 – 21, 2016. First time staying there. We had a bigger group of about 13 rooms. Just over all way to many “little” issues that added up for me to not be in a big hurry to go back. Starting with trying to put room reservation in my name from room block and could not get the girl on the phone to understand what group I was with. 10 min later and after naming everyone in my group she got it. Hotel was nice but rooms are tiny. Could barely get cart in. I like the non…-smoking area in the casino since I am not a smoker or a gambler it was more inviting to give it a try. Food was hit or miss in the restaurant. The little Cafe’ area is a nice idea and pretty decent food/prices. House keeping was friendly and helpful. Desk people not so much. A lot of issues with front desk/casino desk not giving information regarding player cards/promos/swim wristbands for kids/non working room keys. Not everyone in our group was told about/given swim bands for kids at check in and then the next day got yelled at for not having them on the kids. 2 are included with room so if you have 3 kids you have to pay an extra $10. To much back and forth between hotel desk & casino desk. Players cards not given at hotel desk. Had go to casino to get card, then go back to hotel desk to get promos, then back to the casino to use them. While others in our group got everything at hotel desk upon check in. Had one in our group told promo was already used when she wasn’t even in the casino yet. Some in group on 2nd night of stay were told by the casino desk that they were not listed as a registered guest. So off to the hotel desk to straighten that out, then back to the casino desk again. Do they not have phones or headsets to communicate back and forth? They would rather you, as a guest, get your exercise going back and forth. Glad I’m not elderly or handicapped! Had to replace room keys twice during stay. Once when I was in a swim suit/towel & flip flops. They wanted my ID to replace card. Guess I was supposed to go up to my room on the second floor with a non-working key card for my ID and try to get in how? Others in our group had key issues also. Hotel had a pool party Saturday from 11:00-3:00. Required extra $5 per person to get in. Didn’t go. Didn’t feel that as a hotel guest I should have had to pay an extra $15 for my family to use the pool. Looked in several times and pool room was completely empty. So that was very displeasing as being in a group we had several kids, and adults that are not into gambling and we couldn’t even hang out in the pool area. Oh yeah, and for most of the day Friday, we could not get any tv channels to work in rooms. No signal from 5:30 am until late afternoon. They do have a nice work out room, but the TV’s on the equipment do not work either, so you stare at your own reflection while on treadmill, bike, or elliptical.

Claims your at fault with hotel rules and regulations to get more money from you.. even with evidence that they are wrong.. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!..

Actual casino is too small.
This is our 2nd time here we were here in February and came back because we received 2 free rooms! This resort has everything you need a huge pool and hot tub the casino is not “tight” and your money actually lasts, there are multiple food options and overall it’s clean and quite I will definitely keep coming back!
They should have free play activate on a Tuesday not Wednesday when they have speen the wheel for free play after getting 25 points. More bonuses shoud be played out with out sucking 100$ up then trigger the bonuses. Need to give us playing time and $$$. Keep up the great customer service. Julia
I wish my money would last longer. Too few machines with max bet at $1 or less for those that budget the money they bring to this casino. It would be nice to hit a bonus, but I don’t get them b/c I don’t play max bet of $4, $5, or even $6 on penny machines.
The hotel has some nice features but a few disappointments. The biggest thing was how turned off we were right off the bat at check-in. Tamara checked us in and I must say she has below average customer service skills. She came off rude and snobbish! Then for dinner we ate at Forest Island and it took forever to get seated even though we stood there staring at empty dirty tables for 15 mins and we were next in line. We did a golf stay and play and the promos were all messed u…p on our cards. Also It would be nice if there were DVD players in the room because otherwise your paying $18 to rent one off of on demand. lastly at check out they overcharged us $50 and it had to be refunded. Which I know those things happen not intentionally. Otherwise the casino and hotel are clean and neat and the pool was great! Questionable if I would recommend this hotel or stay with you again.
Well first off everytime i go there i get ugly mean looks from a floor manager then i can hear her talkn about me to workers…her name is cheryl jones…now today she is harrassing me on facebook…how is that when u are a floor manager…calling me names…i reporting you

It is nicely remodeled inside! Our room was amazing with a jet tub. Our buffet dinner was also amazing. My bloody Mary for breakfast was only 4.50! I had a great weekend!

Had a very small budget but drove from green bay to have a night out on my fiancée on her birthday….and we spent a few hours there have a good time hopping from machine to machine and each one made it fun and had wins and losses but it lasted , had good live music…will be back, hope a room next time so I can enjoy the night longer with no drive after few drinks….would love to play the night there….thanks for the fun

This a very beautiful and clean place and the people here are very very nice and I’m just having a lot of fun on my music tour playing here.
I spent over 3o minutes trying to talk to someone about booking a room and 5 calls later still haven’t even talked to a hotel employee! Im very disapointed in there lack of ways to attend to their guests!
Updated facility, friendly staff, nice pool that’s kept warm, really comfortable beds! I would defiantly go back!

I was so upset. I take my Nieces out to swim and spend time with me several times throughout the year. Don’t stay here if you have kids who want to swim. You get two children per room. Two queens no other adult it cost you 10.50 for the third child. If my partner was with me 2 of us in 1 bed and 2 children in the other thats okay. You will be penalized 10.50 if the 4th is a child and not a adult. NEXT, check in at 4pm and they got me in at 4:15pm and they told us children hav…e to leave the pool at 8pm? Get into the room, put your swim suit on and hustle into the pool at 5pm ish if your lucky and the kids have 3hrs to swim…Very disappointing but then I read the brochure it said children could swim until 10pm. Who knows it was the next day when I read that either way you cant trust the staff who told us 8pm or the staff who printed the brochure. Not Children friendly at all, I guess kids don’t spend money in the Casino. I will never stay at this hotel again. My husband and I have many friends and family who come to visit and play up here. North Star will get there business not the Menominee Hotel!!!

When my husband And I checked in on February 22 at about 2:30-2:45pm the gal behind the desk was very unsocial, never greeted us or even put a smile on her face, unacceptical, it’s your guests that are paying your wages, suck it up buttercup! If you don’t like your job, find another! People will spend their money where they feel appreciated!
Went and lost my money there. Very tight and after $100, didn’t even hit a bonus. Never coming back.

The boyfriend called 3 weeks prior for reservations. When we arrived he got a run around and the manager had to be called, he took care of it so it was ok.
We got Room 124, it was a loud room location, doors banging all night, the shower head squealed, and the neon fluorescent lights on the clock, phone, and on the door by the BR really bothered me. They are so bright the room was lit up at 3 AM. The sheets were very scratchy…(even my boyfriend commented! Ya a guy ha ha)… Too much starch? It was so uncomfortable that my skin was sore, and irritated.
I know I probably sound like a diva…but I’m pretty simple.
The prime rib buffet was a 5 on a scale of 1-10. The prime rib was ok, the salad bar was minimal, the soup (stuffed pepper) was really good! High five to the cook. Couple of tweeks here and there it would definitely be worth $20 a person…but not as is. I will just have a sandwich next time! The head carver, he was a hoot, really a fun, and funny guy…the dining room staff was 10/10.
The casino, TOO SMOKEY. We gambled, ate, listened to the band (10/10) and drank, 5 PM until 11 PM and probably would have stayed LONGER gambling, but we both were bothered by the smoke! I had a smoke headache, he was nauseous, our mouths tasted like smoke, I was wheezing…it was disgusting. Ironically, old people on oxygen would sit next to SMOKERS. That’s safe. My hair, clothes, suitcase still stink like smoke. We went to the non-smoking section and people were SMOKING…the staff would just walk by. Casino staff 5/10.
We did leave the casino with more money than we came with. If it wasn’t so smoky we probably would have lost it all.. hahaha
I am not 100% sure if we will return anytime soon though. If the ventilation system improved we probably would, as we live in Appleton..short drive.

Attended a conference at one of the large conference rooms everything was excellent staff was very polite, attendees seemed to be satisfied and it was a very good conference would recommend that anyone wanting to have a conference or even stay there.

I enjoyed the casino and variety of machines. Food was good and room was nice. 1 problem I accidentally left several items in the freezer. These were personal items and of value. They did very little to recover them and told me they probably threw them out. The items should be marked for that room and guest should be contacted. Drinks overpriced. Understaffed and ill equipped snack bar. Scolded three times by very rude staff that need to be reminded that we’re the customers here. Tight machines with little to no payout. Your tribe can keep their casino and has lost their way. Won’t be back!
Beds are fine. Room was very clean. The hand towel holder came right out of the wall when I used the towel. Otherwise room was good. Machines were really tight. Lost way to much there.
Love this place! It’s my favorite..don’t always win but it’s a fun place to be!!
If you want to play table game goodluck.. horrible went twice would not open roulette in the 15 hours there..will not go back ever.. menominee pride!

This casino is one of my favorites. They have all sorts of slot machines to choose to play. Beds are comfortable. You can go to cafe 24/7 food. Only negative thing is air conditioning pimped up, but then, I’m a coldly cat…

Stayed overnight for business. Great rates on the room, excellent room amenities for a small property and exceptionally friendly front desk staff. Indulged in a Monday night bingo session that was fast paced, professionally run with amazingly helpful floor staff who nurse maided this newbie through the games and what to buy for cards. The breakfast buffet is 9 bucks and easily worth twice more. (Delicious waffles!) I couldn’t be happier and wish it was closer to the Twin Cities so I could go more often.
Have to wait 12 minutes on hold every time I call there. Not even acknowledged. Need a better system.

I’m a member of the Menominee tribe I’ve been coming to this casino since the day they opened not once have I ever won a jackpot or come close that’s pretty sad It’s like every time I go I lose
it was o.k there they used to be much better with free drinks and free rooms now you get pretty much nothing,machines are not as good as they used to be.
Went up for BaconFest was SO Disappointed in the fest Bacon was over cooked and gone within 15 minutes and not restocked while I was in the room (1 hour after emptied) and venders weren’t even serving Bacon dishes except 2.. First time going to fest and sadly our whole group of 8 people say our last.
Machines in casino are usually tight but expecially tight yesterday no matter what the bet is. Doesn’t even give enough to keep playing the game a bit. Even with minimum bets $2…0 is gone in 5 minutes with no bonuses given or hits to keep playing in $60 on same game. Ridiculous. Our whole group of 8 total say
Ho Chunk will be our up north casino from now on its not worth the hour drive anymore to come to just be out of $100 or more in less than an hour and leave. (We all would come up at least once a month ) But this is how its been last 6 months so our group is done. And if asked we will all tell others not to bother
I really don’t know casinos, but it was nice enough.
My fiance and I went to this casino for his birthday weekend, and it was my first time on a blackjack table. We had a good time, but the dealers left a bit to be desired. Two of them kept trying to tell me how to play my hand, one kept giving me dirty looks for sharing my chips with my fiance (even though we did it the exact way that she asked us to), and one completely skipped me when it was my turn to hit or stay on an 11 hand because I was trying to be kind to the people around me by putting out my cigarette. We were hell bent to simply enjoy ourselves for the evening anyway, but the dealers could have been much more cordial to say the least. Needless to say, not a single dealer got tipped from us that night.
Resturants are poor customer service 2 times now never going order from here again probably get better service digging in garbage

Another losing session at Menominee..it seems its getting very repetitive lately! I have been noticing that they have been getting in new machines but they are 50cents to 80 cents minimum bet ones.They have took some 30 line machines out and replaced them with the 50 to 80 cent minimum ones guess they want to get rid of the low-rollers but this is Wisconsin.
So I heard some good things about Ho Chunk witty and their new digs up there!I will check them out sometime next week..who knows a new playground for this player maybe espically when Menominee is all take and no give but then hasn’t all of them been that way….
Saturday night BOGO Seafood Buffet was excellent. King Of The Cage fights were amazing. Great experience. Rooms comfortable. Friendly staff
