Very upset with the price hike for Premier tobacco products. I can go to the Menominee Casino Resort in Keshena, Wisconsin, and still get this product for the price I use to pay there. I think it wasn’t Premier, as much as the tribes greed. So I now have a new Smoke Shop, But will always do the Menominee casino Resort for gambling and all smoke needs…Thanks for nothing!

I use to think it was the number 1 casino. That has since changed. The workers are not friendly to the people and make you feel like you are bothering them! There are a few that are friendly! Also Oneida use to give alot of promos which gave a person reasons to go to Oneida. Even if it is a small amount, it would be at least a reason to go. A lot of people are not going also since the buses stopped. Some can’t afford to pay for the bus and not receive anything in return. Even if would be a $10.00 certificate. I will never stay there again. We had a family vacation there this weekend. I had a suite, if that is what you call it. No table and chairs to sit at. No fireplace. A TV in the bedroom that did not slide out or twist around so you only could see it from one side of the bed. It wasn’t very clean. They put the rest of my family way down hall although they were all booked at the same time. My family came from the UP to visit we went downstairs to eat we were the only othe…r table there with people We waited for hour for our food, and it wasn’t worth the wait. I smoke and obey the rules you had to go outside, that is fine, if there was some kind of shelter in this bitter cold weather, and snow. You can walk to the casino which by the way a very long walk if you are elderly or had a hip replacement like me. I paid like everyone else but I didn’t have a place to go and have a cigarette. I will never recommend this

You have better odds winning the powerball than winning anything close to your bet back in this “casino”. It would be nice if we could get a real casino in Green Bay instead of these thieves.

The machine are so tight they squeak . They have them so tight that I have been going once a week and only won once in three years and I don’t skimp on the money amount. My advice is stay away you would be better to go in by the door throw your money on the floor and walk away. Stay away unless you don’t care how much loose.

Friendly staff, good food at the Lombardi bar. Big downside is they allow smoking. I know there’s anon-smoking part of the casino, but there aren’t any table games in that area. Otherwise, if you like to gamble and don’t mind the smoke, this is a pretty good casino.

I understand they even offer a single deck game — now that’s amazing! Please keep up the great work and thanks for not leveraging ever advantage against the player! Highly recommend!

Apparently they just don’t care. Contacted Oneida and they are not looking to resolve my issue. Oneida blames the credit card company and the credit card company blames Oneida saying they processed my transaction as a Cash Advance instead of a purchase. Result=charging me a $10. Cash Advance Fee on my credit card in addition to the Bingo package.

Oneida is the absolute worst casino I have ever been too and I travel extensively for work so I have been to many many casinos! The payouts are horrible flatout! A lot of people might look at this review and say “your just mad you lost your money” that is completely inaccurate because one of my plants is in Green Bay I have visited this casino many many times (I refuse to even give them $20 anymore) during these visits I have almost always been in the casino for a few hours …minimum. Out of all of these visits I have never not once seen a jackpot hit ever! I only have witnessed people including myself drop hundreds in to machines with zero return. This casinos machines are set so tight that I’ve dropped hundreds into one machine without even one cherry showing up. $100 dollars of pulls in one machine without 1 single win……Really??? You would think they would at least have them set to keep you interested. We all know slots will always win at the end of the day but when you can’t even stay interested it’s a joke!!! People please take my warning serious! Oneida Casino is a joke and a play!!!!! If you would like to just throw away hundred dollar bills I would be more than pleased if you just mailed them to me….::

Video poker is the worst in the Midwest. Have fun! The hotel is nice but if you like!e to play get ready to pay because this place does not, now we all know and expect to loose but this place is a whole new level of ” we no pay”. Maybe they are trying to pay for the new addition? We usually stay here for our shopping trips to GB, service is good too but byass gaming and go see a movie.

It was clean slots are very very tight loosen the slots and you would have a great casino .Also you have one of the best food court workers I have ever known what a professional person and caring .I think this women deserves a raise for her food preparation and the taste if I didn’t know I was eating at a food court.i would think I was eating at a full fledge restaurant. This person Name is Lynn Brice I think that’s how you spell it the food she prepared was outstanding .I ate at the Boars Head that day and she was setting things up in the front .great worker if you lose her you lost a outstanding cook

You have the security watching the tv (especially if theres a game on ) and dont be thirsty for a soda because the person pushing the cart is usually bullshitting with people. If theres a problem with your machine, take a nap because it takes forever for them to fix it. Half their machines are screwed up and they dont fix them. I finally got a call back & was told they have tickets left but you have to purchase them on site & in person. So on my day off today, I drove to GB. I was told by a supervisor there was no one available to sell us the tickets. She said the “next” supervisor would be in at 3pm, we would have to wait 2 Hours! What a Joke!! Unaccepta…ble. Then got back at 2:45pm & some big jerk told us the booth wasn’t open until 4pm. I went to the supervisors office & same lady was sitting there. I asked why he’s telling us it’s now 4pm when she said 3pm?! She said she would be out there at 3pm. She is the one the same supervisor that sold us our tickets. So why she couldn’t do it when we were there at 1pm is beyond me. RIDICULOUS! Next year I will be going to a different Casino on New Year’s Eve!!

I had good time in Oneida but I also had multiple very bad experiences where management either is not around to solve the issue (or even recognizing it), and times where they basically insulted me!! Very disappointed at the level of customer service.

Most of the dealers there remember me by name which is awesome (I probably have a gambling problem lol). The bartenders are also very polite even during the busy times. I give it 4 out of 5 because I’ve had a few pretty upsetting experiences with 1 or 2 dealers there especially for me being there so much & I wish the point system/free play could be played on the t…able games. Other than that, definitely recommend it to anyone. Very welcoming place with a friendly environment. Their reward program has gone down to nothing……we gamble alot and would rather go to a local tavern anymore than go to Oneida….Sure don’t care about there loyal patrons anymore.

We usually only go once maybe twice a year. Sometimes we are lucky and come some what ahead last night we did very little. The machines were so full it was hard to find a game open. Our chicken dinners were both burnt like jerky style only good thing was the ran out of wings so got 3 breast. They dont give you as much player credits.

I enjoyed myself at Oneida Casino. It’s one of my favorite places to visit. However, my experience at the Radisson Hotel this weekend which is associated with oneida casino was not too good. There were so many kids running through hotel. late in the evening.

Never win at Oneida. Better off driving to Norhstar or Menominee. At least at those two you can play for hours on $60 bucks.

The staff!!!!!!! Each and everyone of them courteous, helpful and welcoming. My first time visiting. Even though I didn’t win a dime, I had the best time ever. I’ll definitely travel the 2.5 hrs to return for the experience again real soon!!!! And this is coming from someone who lives 20 minutes away from a casino in my own city.

We stayed in your RV park. People at sign-up were very nice and helpful. A security guard even guided us around to the RV area and answered many questions. We are not big gamblers so I’m no expert on casinos but it was very clean inside and your restaurant and snack bar food was very good!
The RV site was perfect for our 34′ class A and our Jeep Wrangler. The 30amp worked well and the wooded area next to the sites was very nice!

Jalopena Burger done perfectly, my wife had a steak that was done just the way she likes it, topped it off by the homemade potato chips. Excellent meal!! Here’s the best part of all. Dylan, the young man who was our server was over the top. He truly make the meal the best possible in our home away from home for the evening. We felt truly welcomed by his attention to detail. Well done. We will be back.

The bathrooms were dirty. casino was a mess. Glasses all over the machines. Bartenders were to busy talking to each other instead of asking if I’d like a drink. Had to move empty beers cans myself that were next to the machines because they were to busy talking. Won’t be back.

The bathrooms were dirty. casino was a mess. Glasses all over the machines. Bartenders were to busy talking to each other instead of asking if I’d like a drink. Had to move empty beers cans myself that were next to the machines because they were to busy talking. Won’t be back.

First time there. Very friendly. Didn’t win,didn’t lose. When asked where the 25.00 slots were..no response. So we played whatever was near the door. Left after 45 m.

The cashier in the smoke shop was really rude & there was an attendant walking around that was also rude. I spend A LOT of money there every month, the least the workers can do is be respectful!

It was just ok because the machines weren’t popping. I mean come on once in awhile you like to get a bonus. We both lost, me a couple hundred, her one hundred, and didn’t get to have any fun. I hate when that happens. But other times, it’s great. ��

Security is very helpful and friendly. Had fun playing some slot while waiting for the smoke shop to open. Girl there was friendly in asking us to call ahead with how many cartons we wanted to buy so she could up her order to prevent them from selling out of a particular brand. Thanks

Plenty of machines to play, table games were well staffed, bartenders wer quite personable & friendly so happy wen ur recognized upon ur return. Only downside I saw was lotsa Asian ppl jus walkin around & watching u play like literally standing behind u, very uncomfortable setting.

As I read a lot of comments , I have to agree with most, the point system sucks and we never thought much about the payouts. But we were there for the first time in years and had a good time, actually won abit. lol At Radisson the rooms were nice.
I wish the casino was more handicap friendly since my husband is wheelchair bound. No restrooms for handicap on floor. The employees were friendly and service was good in a timely manner. I have to say tho. Carter is our favorite, cant beat the exceptional friendly and handicap services.! And better point system.
